CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.

• !!! Guests whose passports contain a K.K.T.C. stamp cannot enter Greece !!!

• The Accommodation Tax imposed by the Government of Greece is not included in the package price and must be paid by guests in cash at the hotel upon entry.

  • Rhodes Island Door Visa Fee; 30 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.

  • For door visa applications for Rhodes Island, a passport valid for 1 year from the end date of travel is required.

Documents required for Door Visa Applications;

- Application Form (We prepare it on behalf of the guests and send it; it needs to be signed and shipped by courier)

- Passport Copy

- ID Copy

- Copy of Schengen Visas, if any, obtained within the last 3 years

- 4 Biometric Photos (3.5x4.5 cm)

- Travel Health Insurance (English policy, starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the duration of the trip, with 30,000 Euro coverage)

- Bank Account Statement (Showing transactions from the last 3 months retrospectively, with an available balance equivalent to 600 Euro in TL on the date the statement is issued (excluding overdraft), and it must be an active account with movement.)

- For applications of children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the parent not accompanying the trip and its English translation made by a sworn translator are обязательно required.

Door Visa; unlike a Schengen Visa, it is not a visa type that is finalized in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made from Turkish Ports without a visa. The final result is determined at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. No information is provided from the islands before the travel day; however, in some cases of negative evaluation, information is received 2/3 days before the travel date stating that the guest's application has been negatively evaluated and that they should not come. In the event of a negative evaluation, no written or verbal explanation is provided by the other side regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.

Tour Program
Day 1; Marmaris – Rhodes, Free Day on Rhodes Island
Depending on availability, departure from Marmaris Port at 08:45 or 12:00. After completing check-in at least 1 hour before departure at the ferry office located in Marmaris Cruise Port, depart for Rhodes Port by high-speed catamaran. After approximately 1 hour of sea travel, upon arrival on the island, you will be transferred to your hotel by the assistant and transfer vehicle waiting for you at the port. After check-in at the hotel, you may spend your time as you wish. If you like, you can set out to explore the city center and travel back in time through the streets of the best-preserved medieval town in Europe. The magnificent Rhodes Castle, the Palace of the Grand Master, and Street of the Knights are among the places you must see. As the center and largest island of the Dodecanese, Rhodes is ideal in the late afternoon for getting lost in the narrow streets of the old town and taking photos. With its rich history, traces of the civilizations that have lived on the island can be found everywhere. For dinner, we recommend making a reservation in advance at seafood restaurants as well as tavernas offering Greek music. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 2; Rhodes Island, Free Day
After breakfast at the hotel, you can either cool off and sunbathe in the magnificent sea of Rhodes, or go shopping in the city center. As the central and largest island of the Dodecanese, Rhodes is ideal in the late afternoon for getting lost in the narrow streets of the old town and taking photos. With its rich history, architectural works from the civilizations that have lived on the island can be found everywhere. For your dinner, in addition to seafood restaurants, we recommend making a reservation in advance at tavernas with Greek music.
Day 3; Rhodes Island, Free Day
After breakfast at the hotel, if you wish, you can rent a car and set off on a journey back in time on Rhodes, the island with the richest historical and cultural heritage in the Aegean. You can visit Lindos, the island’s most charming, warmest, and wealthiest town. On your route, in the Kallithea area, you can see the places where several scenes from the film Zorba were shot. Tsampika Monastery, where people without children in Greece go to pray for a child, may also be included in your visits. In Lindos, you will have plenty of time to wander through the white houses, narrow streets, and poetic lanes decorated with white slate stones, and to enjoy its unique sea.
Day 4; Rhodes Island, Free Day

Day 5; Rhodes Island Free Day, Rhodes - Marmaris
Departing from Marmaris Port at 10:30, 16:00, or 19:15 depending on availability. After breakfast at your hotel, you can spend your time as you wish according to your ferry’s departure time and enjoy the sea and the cafes along the shore. You must be ready at the specified pickup point at the indicated time for the transfer to the port. After the transfer from the hotel to the port and passport control, departure to Marmaris Port. At the end of a sea journey that will take approximately 1 hour, arrival at Marmaris Cruise Port.
