PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the latest cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country that applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. We recommend that you do not drink tap water throughout your trip and only consume bottled water that is opened by you for the first time.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for the extra tour/activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the places to be visited are open/closed and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
CURRENCY
Egypt’s currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).
It is useful to have USD (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a -1 hour difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 11:00 in Egypt.

Your mobile phone line is usable if it is open to international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothes that leave the shoulders exposed, and tight-fitting garments should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you must not use them while inside a place of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.

Egypt, like many countries by the sea, is full of fish restaurants and fish markets.

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry to the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fee
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be conducted on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
