PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you.

To avoid any issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country applies a visa to citizens of the Republic of Turkey, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the border police for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.

HEALTH

As of 01 MARCH 2023, Covid procedures have been lifted.

We do not think there will be any problem with the food served that would negatively affect your health. We recommend that you do not drink tap water

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours are carried out with the participation of at least 10 people. If the minimum number is not reached, prices are recalculated according to the number of participants based on current costs. Optional tours may not take place or may vary depending on pandemic conditions. There may be changes in flight times due to the airline. The times written on your ticket are valid. The final decision regarding the tours belongs to the Government of Thailand. It may change or cancel when necessary.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km limits. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the room and the bed type. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

USE OF PHONE        

If your mobile phone line is open for international calls (roaming), it can be used. Communication may be difficult in some areas

ELECTRICITY

Although the electricity is 230 volts, 220 volts is used in the hotels where you will stay. Sockets are Type A two-pin and Type B three-pin sockets. CURRENCY

The currency of Thailand is Baht (THB).

It is advisable to have US Dollar (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey it is 16:00 in Bangkok

SHOPPING

In addition to souvenirs, it is possible to find watches and natural food and beverage products specific to the country visited.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

We recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in meals.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. For panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entries, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, if possible.
