PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour, if canceled due to insufficient participation, will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and is not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if the destination country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under 18 years of age may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer at country entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be attentive in this regard.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions may not be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther away than the distances stated in kilometers. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed offered to the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are of the fold-out and coach bed type, participants making 3rd-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type. 

Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY

The currency of Thailand is the Baht (THB).

It is advisable to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey it is 16:00 in Bangkok

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in dishes.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police has the authority to refuse your entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, arranged for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with guide narration from the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entries. For panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise when weather conditions make the tour impossible, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at points with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Phuket
After completing your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport, we fly to Phuket on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Phuket, we meet our guide and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free time; to recover from the fatigue of the flight, you can sip your drinks by our hotel pool. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel, the rest of the day is free. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional Lunch Included Phi Phi Islands Tour (75 USD). On this tour, we organize a full-day speedboat excursion to what is perhaps Thailand’s most exotic island. With our speedboats, we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, the first of two paradise coral islands near Phuket. There will be an opportunity to swim and sunbathe at “Maya Bay,” where some scenes from Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio’s film “The Beach” were shot, with its palm-tree-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise sea. You won’t be able to get enough of the sun and the beach. Next, we stop at Phi Phi Ley. Here we visit Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After our tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel, the entire day is free at leisure. For those who wish, with our guide’s optional excursion of the James Bond Island tour with lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks on the boat (75 USD), we will quickly reach our first stop: the islands of Panak and Hong, which have been the subject of many documentaries. During this trip by private canoe, a breathtaking adventure awaits you as you witness magnificent natural scenery among bays and caves. After having lunch on the boat as an open buffet, our next stop is James Bond Island, where the famous scene from “The Man with the Golden Gun” was filmed. We will see the island’s famous rock and beach, and there will be free time to shop from the Muslim villagers on the island and take plenty of photos. Our final stop after James Bond Island will be Lawa Island or Naka Island, where we can swim, sunbathe, and relax on the beach (to be decided according to weather conditions). After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket - Pattaya
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Phuket Airport. Following our flight on local airlines, we arrive in Bangkok. After completing passport procedures, we depart for Pattaya by our private vehicle waiting for us. Upon arrival in Pattaya, free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Alcazar Show, which our guide will optionally organize (45 USD). In this finest cabaret show in Thailand in the Lido style, with changing stage sets and costumes, dancers, and magnificent light and sound systems, we enjoy a visually delightful evening. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Pattaya
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the Coral Island tour (60 USD), which will be organized optionally by our guide. From Pattaya beach, we will take our private speedboats to Coral Island, where we can swim all day in turquoise waters, on white sands made of coral powder amid palm trees. Lunch consists of grilled fish, shepherd’s salad, and tropical fruits. Guests who wish may join the Crocodile Farm tour (35 USD), which will be organized optionally by our guide. On this tour, we will watch a dangerous crocodile show and then visit the beautifully arranged garden. You can take souvenir photos with tigers, feed the elephants by hand, and see various exotic Far Eastern animals in the lovely garden. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Pattaya – Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we begin our panoramic city tour. During our tour, the places to be seen include the Golden Buddha, Chinatown, Flower Market Street, the Parliament Building, the Democracy Monument, and Royal Street. After our sightseeing, we transfer to our hotel and check in. Guests who wish may join the optional Canal Tour organized by our guide (40 USD). Without taking this tour, Bangkok cannot be said to have been seen. During the tour, we will have the opportunity to see unusual sights that you cannot find anywhere else in the world by private boat on Bangkok’s historic canals. We will get to know the lives of the Thai people along the canals up close and witness the blending of Thailand’s wealthy and poor. In front of one of the temples, we will feed the sacred catfish. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time for the rest of the day. Those who wish may join the optional Floating Market Tour organized by our guide for 60 USD. On this tour, we leave Bangkok and, on the way, first stop at a coconut farm in the town of Samut Songkhram, birthplace of the world-renowned Siamese Twins. Here you will learn how the Thai people make use of the coconut tree, see souvenir items made from this tree, and also visit the orchid garden inside. From there, after about a 10-minute bus ride, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. Boarding the boats, after a pleasant half-hour journey through beautiful exotic Far Eastern scenery, we arrive at the famous Floating Market, featured on magazine covers and in documentary intros. You will see the open market set up inside canoes on the river and have the opportunity to shop. We will visit the floating market until it closes at noon. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste the most famous tropical fruits of Thailand, selected by your guide. Those who wish may join the optional Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise & Asiatique Night Market Tour organized by our guide for 65 USD. On the 41-meter-wide boat on the Chao Phraya, Bangkok’s “Venice of the Far East” and the king’s river, an unforgettable dinner awaits you accompanied by live music. After our meal, we head to Asiatique, Bangkok’s newest entertainment center, where history and modernity are intertwined, built in the region where the first trade between the Siam Kingdom and overseas European countries took place, and featuring more than 1,500 shops and restaurants. While enjoying free time for shopping, it is the perfect time to savor your drinks against the backdrop of the Chao Phraya, known as the king’s river. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok - Istanbul
After breakfast, we have free time and then transfer to Bangkok Airport at the time determined by our guide. We will take our flight to Istanbul. We greet the new day on the plane.
