This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer at the country entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours / activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations to be visited and on weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated km. 

3-person rooms are provided subject to the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the cramped conditions and bed type that may be experienced in the rooms for 3rd person and/or child reservations. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts served at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are presented in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Thailand is the Baht (THB).

It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey it is 16:00 in Bangkok

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

CUISINE CULTURE

Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in meals.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport services fee. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to reasons such as routes not being permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or roads closed due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, to the extent possible.

ELECTRICITY

Although electricity is 230 volts, 220 volts electricity is used in the hotels to be stayed at. Sockets are Type A two-pin and Type B three-pin sockets. Tour Program
Istanbul – Phuket
Our program begins with our meeting with you, our valued guests, at the International Departures terminal of Istanbul Airport. We then depart for Phuket on a scheduled flight operated by Turkish Airlines. We welcome the new day aboard the plane.
Phuket
We proceed to Phuket city center with our private vehicles waiting for you at the airport. After the journey, we begin our panoramic city tour. At the end of the tour, we head to our hotel for check-in. After a short rest, guests who wish may join the optional evening activity, Siam Niramit Show (70 USD), organized by our guide. Listed in the Guinness World Records, Siam Niramit presents Thailand’s rich culture and history through a unique stage performance depicting the country’s four regions, accompanied by magnificent stage sets, live performances, and traditional music. With its expansive garden and cultural atmosphere, it is definitely an experience not to be missed. After the activity, return to our hotel and overnight stay.
Phuket
After breakfast, the entire day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join our optional Phi Phi Islands Tour with lunch (75 USD), which will be arranged by our guide. On this tour, we take a full-day speedboat trip to what is perhaps Thailand’s most exotic island. With our speedboats, we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, the first of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket. There will be an opportunity to swim and sunbathe at “Maya Bay,” where some scenes from Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio’s “The Beach” were filmed, with its palm-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise sea. You will not be able to get enough of the sun and the beach. Next, we visit Phi Phi Ley, where we tour the Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast, the entire day is free at leisure. For those who wish, our guide will optionally organize the James Bond Island Tour with lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages on the boat (75 USD). With our speedboat, our first stop will be Panak and Hong Islands, which have been featured in many documentaries. During this trip by private canoes, a wonderful adventure awaits you, where you will witness magnificent natural scenery among bays and caves. After the open buffet lunch on our boat, our next stop will be James Bond Island, where the James Bond “The Man with the Golden Gun” scene was filmed. We will see the famous rock and beach on this island, and there will be free time to shop from the Muslim villagers on the island and take lots of photos. Our final stop after James Bond Island will be Lawa Island or Naka Island, where we can swim, sunbathe, and relax on the beach. (To be decided according to weather conditions.) After our tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket - Pattaya
After breakfast, we transfer to Phuket Airport. Following our flight on local airlines, we arrive in Bangkok. After completing passport control, we set off for Pattaya with our private vehicle waiting for us. Upon arrival in Pattaya, free time. Those who wish may join the Elephant Safari tour, which our guide will organize optionally (40 USD). How many times in your life can you go on safari atop an elephant? Here is the opportunity that has come to your feet. After receiving information about the elephants, we go on safari in the forest with them. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. In the evening, those who wish may attend the Alcazar Show, which our guide will organize optionally (45 USD). In this beautiful cabaret show in Thailand in Lido style, we enjoy a visually delightful evening with changing stage sets, changing costumes, dancers, and magnificent light and sound systems. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Pattaya
After breakfast, the rest of the day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join the Coral Island tour (60 USD), which will be organized optionally by our guide. From Pattaya beach, we head to Coral Island by our private speedboats, where we can swim all day in the turquoise waters of the island, surrounded by palm trees and a white sandy beach made of coral powder. Lunch consists of grilled fish, shepherd’s salad, and tropical fruits. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Guests who wish may also join the Crocodile Farm tour (35 USD), which will be organized optionally by our guide. On this tour, you will watch a dangerous crocodile show and then visit the beautifully landscaped garden. You can take souvenir photos with tigers, feed the elephants by hand, and see various Far Eastern animals in the lovely garden. Overnight at our hotel.
Pattaya – Bangkok
After breakfast, we depart for Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we begin our panoramic city tour. During the tour, the places to be seen include the Golden Buddha, Chinatown, Flower Market Street, the Parliament building, Democracy Monument, and Royal Street. After our excursions, we transfer to our hotel and check in. Guests who wish may join the optional Canal Tour organized by our guide (40 USD). Bangkok cannot truly be considered visited without taking this tour. During the tour, we will have the opportunity to see fascinating sights that cannot be seen anywhere else in the world aboard our private boat on Bangkok’s historic canals. We will closely observe the lives of the Thai people along the canals and witness the interaction between Thailand’s wealthy and poor communities. In front of one of the temples, we will feed the sacred catfish. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok
After breakfast, the entire day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join the Floating Market tour (60 USD), which will be arranged optionally by our guide. On this tour, we first leave Bangkok and stop at a coconut farm in Samut Songkhram, the town where the world-famous Siamese Twins were born. Here you will learn how the Thai people make use of the coconut tree and see souvenir items made from this tree; you may also visit the orchid garden inside. From here, after about a 10-minute bus ride, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. After boarding the boats and enjoying an approximately half-hour pleasant journey amid wonderful exotic Far Eastern scenery, we arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has graced magazine covers and documentary introductions. You will see the open-air market set up in canoes on the river and have the opportunity to shop. We will visit the Floating Market until noon closing time. On the return journey to Bangkok, you will taste Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits, selected by your guide. Guests who wish may also join the Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise & Asiatique Night Market Tour, which will be arranged optionally by our guide (70 USD). On the Chao Phraya, Bangkok’s “River of Kings,” known as the Venice of the Far East, an unforgettable dinner awaits you on our 41-meter-wide boat accompanied by live music. After our meal, we head to Asiatique, Bangkok’s newest entertainment center, built in the area where the first trade between Thailand and European countries across the ocean took place, and where history and modernity are intertwined, with more than 1,500 shops and restaurants. While having free time for shopping, it is the perfect time to enjoy your drinks overlooking the Chao Phraya, known as the River of Kings. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok - Istanbul
After breakfast, at the time determined by our guide, we transfer to Bangkok Airport. We take our flight to Istanbul and our tour comes to an end...
