This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under 18 years of age may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the entry and exit points of the country when traveling alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers cannot be reached, the tours cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations, and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for reservations of the 3rd person and/or children.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and fitting the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu, commonly called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Thailand is Baht (THB).

It is advisable to have US Dollar (USD) with you.

There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey it is 16:00 in Bangkok

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be put on and taken off easily, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in meals.

ELECTRICITY

Although electricity is 230 volts, the hotels to be stayed in use 220 volts. The sockets are Type A two-pin and Type B three-pin sockets. IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for the visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and carried out panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be conducted on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not permitting visits or entry, or because of closed roads due to any event, or in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may, within possibilities, be carried out by public transportation or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Phuket
After completing your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter in the international terminal of Istanbul Airport, we fly to Phuket on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Phuket, we meet our guide and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free time; to shake off the fatigue of the flight, you can sip your drinks by our hotel pool. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel, the rest of the day is free. Those who wish may join the optional Phi Phi Islands Tour with lunch (75 USD), arranged by our guide. On this tour, we take a full-day speedboat excursion to what is perhaps Thailand’s most exotic island. With our speedboats, we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, the first of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket. At Maya Bay, where some scenes from Leonardo DiCaprio’s “The Beach” were filmed, with its palm-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise sea, you will have the opportunity to swim and sunbathe. You will not be able to get enough of the sun and the beach. Next, we visit Phi Phi Ley, where we see the Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel, the whole day is free. For our guests who wish, our guide will optionally organize a James Bond Island tour with lunch and unlimited soft drinks on the boat (75 USD). Our speedboat will quickly take us to our first stop, Panak and Hong Islands, which have been the subject of many documentaries. During this trip, made with our private canoes, an adventure awaits you where you will witness magnificent natural scenery among coves and caves. After having our lunch as an open buffet on the boat, our next stop is James Bond Island, where the “The Man with the Golden Gun” scene was filmed. We see the famous rock and beach on this island, and there will be free time to shop from the Muslim villagers on the island and take plenty of photos. Our final stop after James Bond Island will be Lawa Island or Naka Island, where we can swim and sunbathe and relax on the beach. (To be decided according to weather conditions.) After our tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket - Pattaya
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Phuket Airport. Following our flight on a local airline, we arrive in Bangkok. After completing passport procedures, we head to Pattaya by our private vehicle waiting for us. Upon arrival in Pattaya, free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Alcazar Show (45 USD), which will be organized optionally by our guide. In this beautiful Lido-style cabaret show in Thailand, with changing stage settings, dancers in changing costumes, and magnificent light and sound systems, we enjoy a visual and delightful evening. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Pattaya
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the Coral Island tour (60 USD), organized optionally by our guide. From Pattaya beach, we go by private speedboats to Coral Island, whose white sandy beach formed by coral powder lies among palm trees, where we can swim in the turquoise waters all day long. Lunch consists of grilled fish, shepherd’s salad, and tropical fruits. Guests who wish can join the Crocodile Farm tour (35 USD), organized optionally by our guide. On this tour, we will watch the dangerous crocodile show and then visit the beautifully landscaped garden. You can take souvenir photos with tigers, feed the elephants by hand, and see various Far Eastern animals in the lovely garden. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket - Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we begin our panoramic city tour. During our tour, the places to be seen include the Golden Buddha, Chinatown, Flower Market Street, the Parliament building, the Democracy Monument, and the Royal Avenue. After our sightseeing, we transfer to our hotel and check in. Guests who wish may join the optional Canal Tour (40 USD) organized by our guide. Bangkok cannot truly be said to have been seen without taking this tour. During the tour, we will have the opportunity to see interesting scenes on Bangkok’s historic canals by our private boat that you cannot see anywhere else in the world. We will closely observe the life of the Thai people on the canals and witness the interaction between the wealthy and the poor in Thailand. In front of one of the temples, we will feed the sacred catfish. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel, the whole day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Floating Market Tour organized by our guide for 60 USD. On this tour, we leave Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in Samut Songkhram, the town where the world-famous Siamese Twins were born. Here we will learn how the Thai people make use of the coconut tree and see souvenirs made from it; you can also visit the orchid garden inside. After this, following about a 10-minute bus ride, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. We then board the boats and enjoy a pleasant half-hour journey through exquisite exotic Far Eastern scenery to the famous Floating Market, which has graced magazine covers and television documentaries. You will see the open market set up inside canoes on the river and have the opportunity to shop. We visit the floating market until noon, when it closes. On the return journey to Bangkok, you will have the chance to taste Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits, served by your guide. Guests who wish may also join the optional Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise & Asiatique Night Market Tour organized by our guide for 70 USD. On the Chao Phraya River, known as the Venice of the Far East, an unforgettable dinner awaits you on our 41-meter-wide boat, accompanied by live music. After dinner, we head to Asiatique, Bangkok’s newest entertainment center, built in the area where the first trade between Thailand and overseas European countries took place, with history and modernity intertwined, and home to more than 1,500 shops and restaurants. While enjoying free time for shopping, it is the perfect time to savor your drinks overlooking the Chao Phraya, known as the river of kings. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok
After breakfast, free time in Bangkok. Our guests can spend this time as they wish, go shopping, and enjoy the city. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok - Istanbul
In the early hours of the day, we transfer to Bangkok Airport at the time determined by our guide. After completing our passport and luggage procedures, we take our flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, our tour comes to an end.
