This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the trips may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for a 3rd person and/or child. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

The breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited, and are generally presented as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Thailand is the Baht (THB).

It is advisable to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey, it is 16:00 in Bangkok

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

We recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.

CUISINE

Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in meals.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destination/passport) does not necessarily mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or historical site entrance fees. In panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, the agency is not responsible for the failure to carry out the aforementioned tours if they coincide with a day and time when local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Phuket
After completing your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we fly to Phuket on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Phuket, we meet our guide and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free time; to shake off the fatigue of the flight, you can sip your drinks by our hotel pool. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
Breakfast will be served at the hotel in the morning, followed by a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Phi Phi Islands Tour with lunch (75 USD), organized by our guide. On this tour, we arrange a full-day excursion by speedboat to what is perhaps Thailand’s most exotic island. With our speedboats, we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, the first of two paradise coral islands near Phuket. There will be an opportunity to swim and sunbathe at “Maya Bay,” where some scenes of Leonardo DiCaprio’s movie “The Beach” were filmed, with its palm-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise sea. You will not be able to get enough of the sun and the beach. Next, we stop at Phi Phi Ley, where we visit Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at the hotel, the entire day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join our guide’s optional James Bond Island tour with lunch and unlimited soft drinks on the boat (75 USD). Our speed boat will first take us to Panak and Hong islands, which have been the subject of many documentaries. During this trip by private canoe, an adventure awaits you where you will witness magnificent natural scenery among bays and caves. After lunch, served buffet-style on our boat, our next stop will be James Bond Island, where the famous scene from “The Man with the Golden Gun” was filmed. We will see the island’s famous rock and beach, and there will be free time to shop from the Muslim villagers on the island and take plenty of photos. Our final stop after James Bond Island will be Lawa Island or Naka Island, where we can swim, sunbathe, and relax on the beach (to be decided according to weather conditions). After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have the opportunity to enjoy Phuket’s unique sea, sand, and sun all day long. In the evening, guests who wish may join the optional Fantasea Show organized by our guide (65 USD). It is Phuket’s most famous cabaret show. Before the show, we will have dinner at an open buffet, then move on to the theater where the performance takes place. In this magnificent Las Vegas-style show, you will experience 4D effects, aerial ballet dancers, acrobatics, special effects, a spectacular performance with 30 elephants, and a magical presentation of Thai culture told through enchanting lighting and stage decorations. We are sure you will have a wonderful night watching this show, which captivates visitors of all ages and cultures. It is definitely a performance not to be missed. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket - Pattaya
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to Phuket Airport. Following our flight with local airlines, we arrive in Bangkok. After completing passport procedures, we depart for Pattaya with our private vehicle waiting for us. Upon arrival in Pattaya, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Elephant Safari tour organized by our guide for 40 USD. How many times in your life can you go on a safari on an elephant? Here is the opportunity coming to you. After receiving information about elephants, we go on a safari with them through the forest. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. As an evening activity, guests who wish may attend the optional Alcazar Show organized by our guide for 45 USD. In this beautiful cabaret show, Thailand’s best in Lido style, with changing stage sets, changing costumes, dancers, and magnificent light and sound systems, we enjoy a visually delightful evening. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Pattaya
After breakfast at the hotel, the entire day is free at leisure. Those who wish may join the Coral Island tour (60 USD), which will be organized optionally by our guide. Departing from Pattaya beach on our private speedboats, we head to Coral Island, where we can swim all day in turquoise waters surrounded by coconut palms and a white sandy beach made of coral sand. Lunch consists of grilled fish, shepherd’s salad, and tropical fruits. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel. Those who wish may join the Crocodile Farm tour (35 USD), which will also be organized optionally by our guide. On this tour, we will watch a dangerous crocodile show and then stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens. We will be able to take souvenir photos with tigers, feed the elephants by hand, and see various Far Eastern animals in the lovely garden. Overnight at our hotel.
Pattaya - Bangkok
After breakfast, we depart for Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we begin our panoramic city tour. During the tour, the places to be seen include the Golden Buddha, Chinatown, Flower Market Street, the Parliament building, the Democracy Monument, and Royal Road. After our excursions, we transfer to our hotel and check in. Guests who wish may join the optional Canal Tour organized by our guide (40 USD). Bangkok cannot be considered visited without taking this tour. During the tour, on our private boat along Bangkok’s historic canals, you will have the opportunity to see fascinating scenes unlike anywhere else in the world. You will closely observe the lives of the Thai people along the canals and witness the interaction between Thailand’s wealthy and poor communities. In front of one of the temples, we will feed the sacred catfish. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok
In the morning, after breakfast at the hotel, the rest of the day is free at leisure. Those who wish may join the optional Floating Market tour organized by our guide (60 USD). On this tour, we first leave Bangkok and stop on the way at a coconut farm in the town of Samut Songkhram, where the world-famous Siamese Twins were born. Here, you will learn about the ways the Thai people make use of the coconut tree and see souvenirs made from this tree; you may also visit the orchid garden inside. From here, after about a 10-minute bus ride, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. We then board the boats and, after an enjoyable approximately half-hour journey through delightful exotic Far Eastern scenery, arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has been featured on magazine covers and in documentaries. You will see the open-air market set up on canoes along the river and have the opportunity to shop. We explore the Floating Market until noon, when it closes. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste some of Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits, which your guide will provide. Those who wish may also join the optional Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise & Asiatique Night Market tour organized by our guide (65 USD). On the Chao Phraya River, known as the Venice of the Far East, a memorable dinner on our 41-meter-wide boat awaits you with live music. After dinner, we head to Asiatique, Bangkok’s newest entertainment center, built in the area where the first trade between Thailand and overseas European countries took place, based on the historical Siam Kingdom, where history and modernity intertwine, and featuring more than 1,500 shops and restaurants. While you enjoy free time for shopping, it is the perfect time to savor your drinks overlooking the Chao Phraya, known as the river of kings. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel in Sabah, we will have free time and then transfer to Bangkok Airport at the time determined by our guide. We will take our flight to Istanbul. We will welcome the new day on the plane.
