Participation Condition

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send আপন to you. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. As border officials may ask for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when our guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.

Optional Tours & Activities

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the places to be visited and on weather conditions.

Accommodation

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in kilometers. Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed. Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. Breakfasts received at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

Currency

Thailand's currency is Baht (THB).

It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

Time Zone

 There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey it is 16:00 in Bangkok

Phone Usage

It is used if your mobile phone line is open for international calls (roaming). Communication may be difficult in some areas

Clothing and Necessary Items

We recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings that can be easily put on and taken off. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

Food Culture

In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are quite common. Local spices are used in dishes.

Electricity

Although the electricity is 230 volts, 220-volt electricity is used in the hotels where you will stay. The sockets are Type A two-pin and Type B three-pin sockets. Shopping

Besides souvenirs, it is possible to find local handicrafts specific to the country you are visiting and natural food and beverage products.

Important Notes

Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. BinRota is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be held on the day and time of the tour due to roads not permitted by local authorities to be visited or entered, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
