PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if the relevant country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for the optional tour/activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants making reservations for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in line with the breakfast culture of the country visited, and are generally presented with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
CURRENCY
The currency of Thailand is Baht (THB).
It is useful to have US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. When it is 16:00 in Bangkok, it is in Turkey.
PHONE USE
Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming). Communication may be difficult in some areas
CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
We recommend that you bring a T-shirt that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
CUISINE CULTURE
In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are quite common. Local spices are used in dishes.
ELECTRICITY
Although the electricity is 230 volts, 220 volts is used in the hotels where you will stay. Sockets are Type A double and Type B triple sockets. SHOPPING
Besides souvenirs, it is possible to find handicrafts specific to the country visited and natural food and beverage items.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not necessarily mean that entry into the country will be permitted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be conducted on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not permitting visits or entries, or due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise in cases where weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
