PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if the relevant country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for the optional tour/activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited, and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.

3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants making reservations for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in line with the breakfast culture of the country visited, and are generally presented with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY

The currency of Thailand is Baht (THB).

It is useful to have US Dollar (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. When it is 16:00 in Bangkok, it is in Turkey.

PHONE USE

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming). Communication may be difficult in some areas

CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS

We recommend that you bring a T-shirt that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

CUISINE CULTURE

In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are quite common. Local spices are used in dishes.

ELECTRICITY

Although the electricity is 230 volts, 220 volts is used in the hotels where you will stay. Sockets are Type A double and Type B triple sockets. SHOPPING

Besides souvenirs, it is possible to find handicrafts specific to the country visited and natural food and beverage items.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not necessarily mean that entry into the country will be permitted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be conducted on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not permitting visits or entries, or due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise in cases where weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Phuket
Our program begins with our meeting with you, our valued guests, at the International Departures terminal of Istanbul Airport. We then depart for Phuket on a scheduled flight operated by Turkish Airlines. We welcome the new day aboard the plane.
Phuket
We transfer from the airport to the hotel in our private vehicles waiting at the airport. Then we begin our panoramic city tour. Afterward, we check in to our hotel and have some time to rest. For those who wish, our guide will organize the optional evening activity, Siam Niramit Show (70 USD), a must-see show where you can experience the four regions of Thailand live in its magnificent garden, listed in the Guinness World Records and highly recommended by travelers. This is an unmissable performance that will help us understand Thai culture, with dinner included. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel, the rest of the day is free. Guests who wish may join the optional Phi Phi Islands Tour with lunch, organized by our guide for 75 USD. On this tour, we will take a full-day speedboat trip to perhaps Thailand’s most exotic island. With our speedboats, we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, the first of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket. In Maya Bay, where some scenes from Leonardo DiCaprio’s “The Beach” were filmed, with its palm-tree-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise sea, there will be time to swim and sunbathe. You will not be able to get enough of the sun and the beach. Next, we stop at Phi Phi Ley, where we visit Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, the entire day is free. For those who wish, our guide will optionally organize a James Bond Island tour with lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks on board for 75 USD. With our excursion boat, we will quickly reach our first stop: Panak and Hong islands, which have been featured in many documentaries. During this trip by private canoes, a wonderful adventure awaits you as you witness magnificent natural scenery among bays and caves. After lunch, which we will have as an open buffet on our boat, our next stop is James Bond Island, where the “The Man with the Golden Gun” episode was filmed. We see the famous rock and beach on the island, and there will be free time to shop from the Muslim villagers on the island and take lots of photos. Our final stop after James Bond Island will be Lawa Island or Naka Island, where we can swim, sunbathe, and relax on the beach. (The decision will be made according to weather conditions.) After our tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, you will have a full day at leisure to enjoy the sea and sun. Our guests who wish may join the optional evening activity arranged by our guide, Fantasea Show (65 USD). This is Phuket’s most famous cabaret show. Before the show, we will have dinner at an open buffet, and then we will move to the theater where the performance takes place. In this magnificent Las Vegas-style show, you will witness 4D effects, dancers performing ballet in the air, acrobatics, special effects, a spectacular show with 30 elephants, and the enchanting storytelling of Thai culture through lights and stage decorations in a magical atmosphere. We are sure you will have a wonderful night at this show, which fascinates visitors of all ages and cultures. It is definitely a performance not to be missed. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket - Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, we transfer to the airport at the time determined by your guide. We take our local airlines flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok with local airlines, we depart for our panoramic city tour with our private vehicles waiting for us at the airport. During our tour, we will see the Golden Buddha, Chinatown, Flower Market Street, the Parliament building, the Democracy Monument, and the Royal Street among the places to be visited. After our sightseeing, we transfer to our hotel and check in. Guests who wish may join the optional Canal Tour organized by our guide (40 USD). You haven’t really seen Bangkok without taking this tour. During the tour, on a private boat through Bangkok’s historic canals, you will have the chance to see fascinating views you cannot see anywhere else in the world. You will closely experience the life of the Thai people on the canals and witness the interaction between Thailand’s wealthy and poorer communities. We will feed the sacred catfish in front of one of the temples. Guests who wish may also join the optional Evening Dinner Baiyoke Sky Tower Tour & Asiatique Night Market tour organized by our guide (70 USD). In this tour, Baiyoke Sky, with a height of 309 meters, is Thailand’s tallest 85-story building. We will enjoy an open-buffet dinner against a magnificent view at the restaurant on the 77th floor, where you can see the entire city in 360 degrees. Afterwards, we head to Asiatique, built in the area where the first trade between Thailand and transoceanic European countries took place, rooted in the historical Siam Kingdom, and where history and modernity blend together. It is Bangkok’s newest entertainment center, featuring more than 1,500 shops and restaurants. Free time for shopping and then transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, free time. Those who wish may join the Floating Market Tour (60 USD), which our guide will organize as an optional tour. On this tour, we leave Bangkok and, on the way, first stop at a coconut farm in the city of Samut Songkhram, where the world-famous Siamese Twins were born. Here, we learn how the Thai people make use of the coconut tree and see souvenir items made from this tree. After leaving here, we take about a 10-minute bus ride to the pier where Thai-style boats depart. From there, after a pleasant half-hour boat ride accompanied by beautiful exotic Far Eastern scenery, we arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has appeared on magazine covers and in documentary openings. You will see the open market set up in canoes on the river and have the opportunity to shop. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits, prepared by your guide. Those who wish may join the Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise (55 USD), which our guide will organize as an optional tour. On the Chao Phraya River, known as the Venice of the Far East, in Bangkok, a memorable dinner with live music awaits you on our 41-meter-wide boat. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Later, at the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Overnight on our plane.
