PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will send to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer at the country entry-exit points, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, trips cannot be made or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
3-person rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and/or coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts apply only to one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country you are in and usually with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
CURRENCY
Thailand's currency is the Baht (THB).
It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. When it is 16:00 in Turkey, it is 16:00 in Bangkok
TELEPHONE USAGE
Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open for international calls (roaming). Communication may be difficult in some areas
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
We recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in meals.
ELECTRICITY
Although electricity is 230 volts, the hotels where you will stay use 220 volts. The sockets are type A twin and type B triple sockets. SHOPPING
Besides souvenirs, it is possible to find local handicrafts and natural food and drink items unique to the country visited.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
BinRota is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed by local authorities, places that are not permitted to be visited or entered, or for any activity, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, within possibilities, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
