This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will send to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since there is a possibility that our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer at the country entry-exit points, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, trips cannot be made or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.

3-person rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and/or coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply only to one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country you are in and usually with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY

Thailand's currency is the Baht (THB).

There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. When it is 16:00 in Turkey, it is 16:00 in Bangkok

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in meals.

ELECTRICITY

Although electricity is 230 volts, the hotels where you will stay use 220 volts. The sockets are type A twin and type B triple sockets. SHOPPING

Besides souvenirs, it is possible to find local handicrafts and natural food and drink items unique to the country visited.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed by local authorities, places that are not permitted to be visited or entered, or for any activity, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, within possibilities, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Phuket
After completing your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport, we fly to Phuket on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Phuket, we meet our guide and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free time; to recover from the fatigue of the flight, you can sip your drinks by our hotel pool. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
Breakfast will be served at the hotel, followed by a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Phi Phi Islands Tour with Lunch (75 USD), arranged by our guide. On this tour, we organize a full-day trip by speedboat to perhaps the most exotic island in Thailand. With our speedboats, we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, the first of Phuket’s two paradise coral islands nearby. You will have the chance to swim and sunbathe at Maya Bay, where some scenes of Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio’s film “The Beach” were shot, with its palm-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise sea. You will not get enough of the sun and the beach. Next, we stop at Phi Phi Ley, where we visit Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Phuket
Breakfast will be served at the hotel in the morning, followed by a full day of free time. Those who wish may join our guide’s optional James Bond Island tour with lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks on the boat (75 USD). Our fast boat will first take us to Panak and Hong Islands, both of which have been featured in many documentaries. During this trip with our private canoes, an adventure awaits you as you witness magnificent natural scenery among coves and caves. After lunch, served buffet-style on our boat, our next stop will be James Bond Island, where the “The Man with the Golden Gun” was filmed. We will see the island’s famous rock and beach, and there will be free time to shop from the Muslim villagers on the island and take plenty of photos. Our final stop after James Bond Island will be Lawa Island or Naka Island, where we can swim, sunbathe, and relax on the beach (depending on weather conditions). After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a full day to enjoy Phuket’s unique sea, sand, and sun. In the evening, guests who wish may attend the optional Fantasea Show organized by our guide (65 USD). Phuket’s most famous show. Before the show, we will have dinner at an open buffet, then move on to the theater where the performance takes place. In this magnificent Las Vegas-style show, you will watch a magical atmosphere where Thai culture is told in a fairytale-like language through light and stage decorations, featuring 4D effects, dancers performing ballet in the air, acrobatics, special effects, and a spectacular performance with 30 elephants. We are sure that you will have a wonderful night at this show, which fascinates visitors of all ages and cultures. It is definitely a show not to be missed. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast, there will be an opportunity to enjoy Phuket’s unique sea, sand, and sun all day long. As an evening activity, guests who wish may join the Simon & Simon Cabaret tour (35 USD), which will be optionally arranged by our guide. One of the finest cabaret-style shows in the Far East, it is definitely worth seeing with its state-of-the-art light and sound systems, magnificent stage décor, dancers, and dazzling costumes. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket - Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, we transfer to the airport at the time determined by your guide. We take our domestic flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we proceed with our panoramic city tour by private vehicles waiting for us at the airport. During our tour, places to be seen include the Golden Buddha, Chinatown, Flower Market Street, the Parliament Building, the Democracy Monument, and Royal Avenue. After the sightseeing, we transfer to our hotel and check in. Guests who wish may join the optional Evening Dinner at Baiyoke Sky Tower & Asiatique Night Market tour (70 USD), organized by our guide. On this tour, Baiyoke Sky Tower, standing 309 meters high, is Thailand’s tallest 85-storey building. At the 77th floor restaurant, where you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the city, we will have a wonderful buffet dinner with a magnificent view. Afterwards, we go to Asiatique, built in the area where the first trade between Thailand and overseas European countries took place, based on the historical Siam Kingdom, where history and modernity blend together, and which is Bangkok’s newest entertainment center with more than 1,500 shops and restaurants. Free time for shopping, then transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, free time. Guests who wish may join the Floating Market Tour (60 USD), organized optionally by our guide. On this tour, we leave Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in the city of Samut Songkram, the birthplace of the world-famous Siamese twins. Here we learn about what the Thai people make use of from the coconut tree and see souvenirs made from this tree. After leaving here and a bus ride of about 10 minutes, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. After boarding the boats and enjoying a pleasant journey of about half an hour accompanied by delightful exotic Far Eastern scenery, we arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has been featured on magazine covers and in documentary openings; you will see the open-air market set up in canoes on the river and have the opportunity to shop. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits, selected by your guide. Guests who wish may join the Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise (55 USD), organized optionally by our guide. Known as the Venice of the Far East, an unforgettable dinner awaits you on our 41-meter-wide boat on Bangkok’s royal river, the Chao Phraya, accompanied by live music. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, we will have free time. Then, at the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will take a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul.
Istanbul
As we arrive at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end.
