PARTICIPATION CONDITION

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations that require a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will forward to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since there is a possibility that passengers under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the border police for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents at the country's entry and exit points; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, tours may not take place or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours / activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues in the places to be visited and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable beds and so-called coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child.

Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY

The currency of Thailand is the Baht (THB).

It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey it is 16:00 in Bangkok

Your mobile phone line is used if it is open to international calls (roaming). Communication may be difficult in some areas

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

We recommend that you bring a T-shirt that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

CUISINE CULTURE

Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in dishes.

ELECTRICITY

Although electricity is 230 volts, 220-volt electricity is used in the hotels where you will stay. The sockets are type A double and type B triple sockets. SHOPPING

Besides souvenirs, it is possible to find locally made handicrafts and natural food and beverage products from the country visited.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically from within the vehicle with guide narration, and last at most 2-3 hours without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be done on the day and time of the tour due to visits not being allowed by local authorities, entry restrictions, or closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or places where vehicle access is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Phuket
After completing your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport, we fly to Phuket on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Phuket, we meet our guide and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free time; to recover from the fatigue of the flight, you can sip your drinks by our hotel pool. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, the entire day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Full-Day Phi Phi Islands Tour with Lunch (75 USD), organized by our guide. On this tour, we set off on a full-day speedboat excursion to one of Thailand’s perhaps most exotic islands. With our speedboats, we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, the first of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket. At Maya Bay, where some scenes from Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio’s “The Beach” were filmed, you will have the opportunity to swim and sunbathe on its palm-tree-lined beach and in its crystal-clear turquoise waters. You will not be able to get enough of the sun and the beach. Next, we stop at Phi Phi Ley, where we visit the Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, the rest of the day is free. For those who wish, our guide will organize an optional James Bond Island tour with lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks on the boat (75 USD). On our fast-moving tour boat, our first stop will be the Panak and Hong Islands, both of which have been featured in many documentaries. During this excursion, which we will take with our private canoes, an adventure awaits you as you witness magnificent natural scenery among the bays and caves. After the buffet lunch served on our boat, our next stop will be James Bond Island, where the “The Man with the Golden Gun” was filmed. We will see the famous rock and beach on the island, and there will be free time to shop from the Muslim villagers on the island and take plenty of photos. Our final stop after James Bond Island will be Lawa Island or Naka Island, where we can swim and relax on the beach and sunbathe. (To be decided according to weather conditions). After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, you will have a full free day to enjoy the sea and sun. Guests who wish may join the optional evening activity Fantasea Show (65 USD), organized by our guide. Phuket’s most famous show. Before the show, we will have dinner as an open buffet, and then proceed to the theater where the performance takes place. In this magnificent Las Vegas-style show, you will watch 4D effects, dancers performing ballet in the air, acrobatics, special effects, a spectacular show with 30 elephants, and the enchanting presentation of Thai culture through lights and stage decorations in a magical atmosphere. We are sure you will have a wonderful evening at this show, which fascinates visitors of all ages and cultures. It is definitely a show not to be missed. After our tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket - Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we transfer to the airport at the time determined by your guide. We take our local airline flight to Bangkok. After our flight to Bangkok with the local airline, we proceed with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport for our panoramic city tour. During our tour, the places to be seen include the Golden Buddha, Chinatown, Flower Market Street, the Parliament Building, the Democracy Monument, and Royal Street. After our sightseeing, we transfer to our hotel and check in. Guests who wish may join the optional Evening Dinner Baiyoke Sky Tower Tour & Asiatique Night Market (70 USD), organized by our guide. In this tour, Baiyoke Sky, with its height of 309 meters, is Thailand’s tallest building with 85 floors. On the 77th floor of the building, we enjoy a wonderful buffet dinner with a magnificent view from the 360-degree restaurant where you can see the entire city. Afterwards, we go to Asiatique, built in the region where the first trade between Thailand and overseas European countries took place, dating back to the historic Siam Kingdom, and where history and modernity intertwine. It is Bangkok’s newest entertainment center, with more than 1,500 shops and restaurants. Free time for shopping, and then transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, free time. Guests who wish may join the Floating Market Tour (60 USD), organized optionally by our guide. On this tour, we leave Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in the city of Samut Songkram, the birthplace of the world-famous Siamese twins. Here we learn about what the Thai people make use of from the coconut tree and see souvenirs made from this tree. After leaving here and a bus ride of about 10 minutes, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. After boarding the boats and enjoying a pleasant journey of about half an hour accompanied by delightful exotic Far Eastern scenery, we arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has been featured on magazine covers and in documentary openings; you will see the open-air market set up in canoes on the river and have the opportunity to shop. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits, selected by your guide. Guests who wish may join the Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise (55 USD), organized optionally by our guide. Known as the Venice of the Far East, an unforgettable dinner awaits you on our 41-meter-wide boat on Bangkok’s royal river, the Chao Phraya, accompanied by live music. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Later, at the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Overnight on our plane.
