Reminiscent a bit of old Bodrum, Essaouira has inspired many artists such as Orson Welles. The city, once a Portuguese port, took on a fully cosmopolitan character during Arab rule as it preserved its fortress and historic port, with Christians, Portuguese, Jews, and Muslims all living together. Its medina, made up of streets and avenues crossing at right angles, is a model of period urban planning. The kilometers-long sandy beach hosts international wave-surfing competitions every year. In the city we will reach while enjoying the natural beauties along the way, we will visit important and different areas such as the fortress, Medina, bazaar, and port, and give free time at the harbor for lunch and shopping. MARRAKECH – CASABLANCA

Places to see in Casablanca include Anfa & Ain Diab, Mohammed V Square, United Nations Square, and the Hassan II Mosque, built between 1980 and 1993, which is among the world’s top three largest mosques. Inside, 25,000 people can pray at the same time, 80,000 people can gather in its courtyard, and the laser lamp on its 200-meter minaret announces prayer time up to 35 km away. In addition, the city of Rabat is located on the banks of the Rabat Bou Regreg River, surrounded by eucalyptus and cork oak forest. On our panoramic city tour in Rabat, places we will see include the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Royal Palace. Afterwards, we head toward the city of Meknes, which is also on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Declared the capital by Sultan Moulay Ismail in the 17th century, Meknes is among Morocco’s “four imperial cities” and stands out with its architectural simplicity. The city is a unique example where Islamic elegance meets European engineering. Among the places to see, Bab el-Mansour, one of Morocco’s most magnificent city gates, stands as the symbol of Meknes with its intricate mosaics and imposing structure. FES - CHEFCHAOUEN- TETOUAN
After breakfast at the hotel, we leave the hotel with our luggage and head to Chefchaouen . It is a city that looks like it came out of fairy tales, located on the foothills of the Rif Mountains, with houses, walls, doors, and windows reflecting various shades of blue. Known for its narrow streets and sky-blue painted houses, the “Blue City,” whose fame has spread beyond Morocco, will make you feel as if you are inside a blue dream. After seeing the point where the Atlantic and Mediterranean meet and the view of Gibraltar extending from Africa to Europe, we depart for Tangier Airport. 1 – The hotels in the tour program are approximate hotel list. Depending on regional availability, other hotels of the same standard may be used. You can learn the exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.
2 – The hotels or restaurants used in tours may also serve alcohol. Depending on regional conditions, our company pays attention to using non-alcoholic venues as much as possible. However, especially under European conditions, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.
3 – Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed may be a foldable bed smaller than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a Triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.
4 – Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
5 – We recommend that guests who will join a visa-required tour read our cancellation/refund conditions and register for a tour for which their visa will be ready. For European Tours, we recommend that you register for the tour 2 months in advance and complete your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In the event of any issue arising from the visa, our company's cancellation/refund conditions apply.
6 – Our company bears no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide consultancy services regarding document procurement, arrangement, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. For the fee paid for the tour, the cancellation/refund conditions apply.
7 – Please do not forget to bring slippers and a prayer rug with you on every tour. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling in, we may not have access to a mosque or prayer room at all times. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.
8 – Our guide has the right to make changes to the program with the approval of our agency and to cancel certain places in the sightseeing points depending on weather conditions and/or force majeure. All our guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.
9 – In cases such as the Consumer or the Agency canceling the tour, etc.; the refund will be made in the currency in which the guest paid and in the same manner. (If payment was made by credit card in TL, refund to the card in TL. If payment was made in foreign currency, refund in foreign currency.)
10 – Due to protocol agreements in airlines, there is a consecutive flight rule. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are canceled. In no case can cancellation/refund or changes be made.
11 – We kindly ask our guests not to purchase separate domestic flights due to possible flight time changes or delays in connecting flights that may occur on our tours. The connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In the event of a delay in the domestic leg, etc., a free ticket is issued for the next international flight.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The general conditions are an integral part of the 'Tour Brochure' and the 'Tour Registration Contract' and cannot be considered independently.
‣Our Tour Program is arranged with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operation department.
‣In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the trip departs.
‣Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Hünkar Tourism guests are under the responsibility of Hünkar Tourism.
‣This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and for groups above this number there may be a price increase. Please ask for price information.
‣If the passport issue date on ordinary passports is more than 10 years ago, and more than 5 years ago for other passport types, the person traveling cannot go abroad even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing on the passport cannot be done. Please check your passport information and details.
‣When exiting through Turkey customs, passport police require a minimum validity period of 6 months as of the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic), even for Turkish citizens or foreign nationals or passports with a valid visa. Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. Hünkar Tourism has no compensation liability to the passenger because holders of passports with less than 6 months validity cannot join the tour.
‣Hünkar Tourism is an intermediary with the consumers participating in the trip, and with ships, hotels, carrier companies and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the trip. Therefore, consumers who register for the trip by applying to it know that, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; it has no current responsibility due to not being present in the indicated vehicle programs, times, and places, from all kinds of delays of land, air and sea vehicles, strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, these or similar force majeure reasons, from any disruptions arising from the driver's own fault or personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical issues, accidents with material and moral damage, deficient accommodation or faulty services of the facilities, and that the Agency, since it is not the operator, is not directly responsible as the principal offender.
‣On all customs-controlled international departures, it is necessary to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the departure day. In particular, guests arriving from other cities to ports or airports with domestic flights must arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. For this reason, in case of delay and/or inability to join the tour, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Hünkar Tourism has no compensation liability to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended that they personally complete the check-in procedures 24 hours before the tour departure.
‣Hünkar Tourism is an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, which is commonly called Continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
‣Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of foldable beds and couch beds, the tour participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply to a single child staying with 2 adults — in the applicable age group.
‣Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
‣If children under 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried by the persons during the trip.
‣The panoramic city tour is organized for 2-3 hours to introduce the cities and may be arranged on different days as long as the content does not change. It does not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people to be determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Hünkar Tourism cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
‣People must carry with them health issues related to their participation in the tour, pregnancy status, medicines they use continuously, and reports related to these medicines.
‣For extra tours to be conducted en route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas on the route where they can benefit from public transportation before entering the city.
