PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed and, if it is a country that applies visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer in charge at country entry and exit while traveling alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents be careful about this matter.

HEALTH 

We do not expect to encounter any problem that would threaten your health in the meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. Nevertheless, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entries and when returning home.

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the sufficient number is not reached, the trips may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for the optional tour/activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites or venues at the places to be visited and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances.

3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, participants declare that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.

Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and generally with a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

The Eastern America Region is 8 hours behind Turkey in time zone.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS    

If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

The country does not have a unique cuisine, and a fast-food-oriented culture prevails. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is widespread, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Even if there is no specific food culture, its cuisine contains many cultures.

ELECTRICITY            

The electrical current used in America is 110 Volts. In Turkey, it is 220 Volts. We recommend bringing a plug adapter with you.

SHOPPING          

Shopping is available at shopping centers in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that you will be allowed to enter the country. The passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the existing trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, are not Bin Rota’s responsibility if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to places that are not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Miami
After meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, following your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter, we depart for Miami on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Miami, after meeting your guide, we leave the airport by private vehicle and head to our hotel for transfer. (Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and later.) Guests who wish may join the optional Miami city tour organized at an extra cost (100 USD per person). We begin our tour with Miami Beach, America’s famous holiday and entertainment center. Our first stop is South Beach, where we will see the endless Miami Beach shoreline. After walking along Ocean Drive, we will have the opportunity to see the Art Deco buildings and photograph the famous mansion of designer Versace, one of the symbols of Miami Beach. After free time for walking and shopping on Lincoln Road, which can be described as Miami’s Istiklal Avenue, we visit the Wynwood district, where famous street graffiti artists work together to turn it into a massive work of art. In our visit to Little Havana, where Cuban immigrants live, we will have the chance to taste the famous Cuban coffee, “Colada.” At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel to rest after the day’s fatigue. Miami
The entire day is free. Those who wish may join the extra Key West tour (160 USD per person), which will take you to the southernmost point of the United States. Key West, with views of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, is actually a chain of islands made up of many small islets. It is a lovely town with beautiful houses featuring large verandas and ceiling fans on the verandas. During our tour, we will see the house of American Nobel Prize-winning author Ernest Hemingway, Duval Street with its shops, cafés, restaurants, and art galleries on both sides, the Southernmost Point at the other end of this street, marked by a stone indicating Cuba is 90 miles away and showing that you are at the southernmost tip of the USA, and the winter home of former President Harry S. Truman. On our return journey, we will stop in Isla Morada for a break, then gather at the time determined by our guide and transfer to our hotel to rest. Accommodation will be at our hotel.
Miami
The whole day is free time. Guests who wish may additionally join the Everglades National Park - Alligator tour (USD 80 per person) and/or the Miami Boat tour (USD 80 per person). Our first stop will be Everglades National Park, where we will have the opportunity to get to know alligators up close and even take photos with baby alligators. After our Everglades tour, where we will have the chance to see alligators in their natural habitat on airboat-like hovercrafts, we will head to Miami for another boat tour. On our Miami boat tour, we will have the chance to see the city’s most magnificent mansions located along the waterfront. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Miami - Orlando
In the morning, after vacating our rooms, we board our vehicle for our trip to Orlando. After a pleasant journey, we arrive in Orlando. Before going to the hotel, those who wish can join the optional Outlet Mall tour (60 USD per person). On our tour, you can shop at very affordable prices from factory outlet stores of famous brands in the region’s largest outlet. At the end of the tour, we head to our hotel to rest after the day’s tiredness. Overnight at our hotel.
Orlando
The whole day is free time. Guests who wish may join the extra Universal Studios tour (220 USD per person). In these studios, where many films such as Harry Potter and Fast & Furious were shot, and where there are also many theme parks, you may find yourself in Jurassic Park in one area or in Harry Potter’s magical room in another. You may come across Spider-Man or Hulk, and with the effects you may feel like you are in a movie scene. At the end of our tour, we will transfer to our hotel to rest. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Orlando - New York
We are leaving the hotel in the morning and heading to the airport for our New York flight. We depart for New York on a scheduled flight with local airlines. Upon arrival at New York airport, we transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Guests who wish may join the optional Winter Park Town, Boat Tour, and Mall & Disney Springs Night Tour (100 USD per person). First, in the Winter Park area, we take a boat tour of the Virginia, Osceola, and Mizell lakes, which are connected to each other by canals. We will see the summer houses of the wealthy on the lakeside in East America, the famous Rollins University, and the natural beauty and lake life of the region, and we will have free time on Park Avenue, which is famous for its boutique restaurants, cafes, and shops. Our next stop is Disney Springs, this land of entertainment and pleasure, where many special concept stores, bars, and restaurants are located, and entertainment is organized 365 days a year. At the end of our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel to rest. Accommodation is at our hotel.
New York
The day is free for leisure. Guests who wish may join the extra New York Icons tour (200 USD per person). First, we take the boat to Liberty Island, where the Statue of Liberty, one of the symbols of New York and the United States, is located. According to the story, it was believed that erecting such a large statue in Egypt would provoke public reaction, so it was kept in a warehouse in France for years. Later, the statue was modified by the French and presented as a gift to the United States. After seeing the monument on site, we board the boat again and return to New York. Then, the Financial District and the World Trade Center are among the places we will see. After that, we take high-speed elevators up to the 101st floor of the One World Observatory building, where we will have the chance to view and photograph New York’s unique skyline from 386 meters above. After enjoying this magnificent view, we take a walk on the Brooklyn Bridge, which was once strength-tested with elephants and is frequently featured in TV series and films. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
New York - Istanbul
Free time until the airport transfer time determined by our guide. Those who wish may join the extra New York city tour (100 USD per person). We begin our tour of New York, one of the most exciting and colorful cities in the world, with Central Park, which is larger than Monaco and accompanied by the colors of thousands of plant species. Then we continue with Times Square, the heart of the city; the New York Public Library; Bryant Park; Grand Central Terminal, which has hosted many films; the Empire State Building (from the outside); and Rockefeller Center, bringing our tour to an end. After the tour, we head to the airport for our flight to Istanbul. Following baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we board Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul. We will spend the night on the plane.
