PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

India applies visas to all passports. For an India visa, you need to go to the consulate in person. Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and must not be older than 10 years. For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if the relevant country applies visas to T.C. citizens, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.

 

HEALTH

Those who regularly use medication are advised to bring more medication than they need with them, because not all kinds of medicine can be found in the country. In addition, if you have a serious health problem (heart, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.), it would be useful to carry a signed document from your doctor with you. Also, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and that you drink bottled water that you open yourself for the first time.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we use with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for the extra tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and on weather conditions.

 

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. Triple rooms may be allocated according to hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and sofa beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible tightness in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

India's currency is the Indian Rupee. (INR)

It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you. Credit card use is also very common, but caution should be exercised against credit card fraud.

It is 2.5 hours ahead of Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 14:30 in India.

 

TELEPHONE USE

All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone has international roaming enabled. However, there may be no network in some parts of the country.

 

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that you can easily put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, shorts and cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you can bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

 

FOOD CULTURE

Indian cuisine is close to our taste. Since we will have our meals at our hotel and in the best restaurants, you will not encounter any problems; in addition, we will have the opportunity to obtain bottled water everywhere we go. We must never consume food sold in the open or water flowing from the tap. Since the hotels where we will stay are high-level facilities in terms of health information, these risks are minimal.

 

ELECTRICITY

Generally 200-220 V is used. British-type three-pin sockets are used in India. Many socket types are compatible with the two-pin plugs we use. In places where sockets are not compatible, universal plug adapters sold in electronics stores can be purchased to avoid problems.

 

SHOPPING

One of the most important places for shopping in New Delhi is The Central Cottage Industries Emporium. This chain of stores, which has many branches, serves customers at fixed prices. Wood carvings, copper-embossed items, figurines, fabrics, and even furniture can be bought at very reasonable prices.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority not to admit you into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or the times may change before the current excursion and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees, and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle. Bin Rota is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.

Istanbul – Kathmandu
We meet at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. We are departing for Kathmandu on a Turkish Airlines flight. We welcome the new day on the plane.
Kathmandu
Upon our arrival in Kathmandu in the early morning, we meet our private vehicle and guide waiting for us, and first enjoy our breakfast. After breakfast, we begin our panoramic city tour to explore Kathmandu, Nepal’s historical, cultural, and spiritual capital. First, we view Durbar Square panoramically, which most strongly reflects the city’s historical character with its traditional Newar architecture, wood-carved details, temples, and lively square life. Then we see Hanuman Dhoka Palace, which was formerly the residence and administrative center of the kings of Nepal, and explore the impressive atmosphere created by the historical structures surrounding it. As our tour continues, we view Swayambhunath Temple panoramically, one of Nepal’s most important Buddhist symbols, standing on a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley with its white dome, golden spire, and the eyes of Buddha facing in all directions. Afterwards, we see Thamel, one of Kathmandu’s liveliest areas, with its colorful shops, traditional handicrafts, restaurants, cafés, and bustling streets. After completing our panoramic city tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Kathmandu
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we continue our Panoramic Kathmandu City Tour from where we left off. First, we will see Bhaktapur Durbar Square panoramically, one of the best-preserved historical settlements in the Kathmandu Valley, notable for its traditional Newari architecture, intricate wooden carvings, multi-tiered temples, and historic palace structures. The buildings surrounding the square carry Nepal’s royal past and a rich artistic heritage shaped over centuries into the present day. Next, we will see Boudhanath Stupa panoramically, one of Kathmandu’s most important Buddhist symbols, with its massive white dome, golden spire, and the all-seeing eyes of Buddha facing the four directions. Surrounded by colorful prayer flags, this sacred site stands out as one of the most important centers of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. We then see Pashupatinath Temple panoramically, located on the banks of the Bagmati River and considered one of the holiest sites in Hinduism. With its traditional pagoda-style architecture, sacred worship areas, and religious rituals that have continued for centuries, the temple complex is one of the places that most strongly reflects Kathmandu’s spiritual identity. After the completion of our panoramic city tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Kathmandu – Delhi – Jaipur
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we transfer to Kathmandu Airport. Following our ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures at the airport, we fly on a scheduled service operated by local airlines to Delhi, the capital of India. Upon arrival in Delhi, we meet our private vehicle and guide waiting for us, then head to Jaipur, one of the most important cities in the state of Rajasthan. After our pleasant overland journey, we transfer to our hotel in Jaipur and check into our rooms. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at our hotel in Jaipur.
Jaipur – Amber Fort – Jal Mahal – Jantar Mantar – Hawa Mahal – Jaipur
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our Jaipur Tour to explore Jaipur, known as the “Pink City” of India and distinguished by its magnificent Rajput architecture. First, we head to Amber Fort, which rises majestically on the Aravalli Hills. We reach the fort by jeeps as part of the local experience, and then tour the palace complex. Inside Amber Fort, one of the most impressive examples of Rajput architecture, we visit the famous Sheesh Mahal, whose walls and ceilings are covered with thousands of tiny mirror pieces that create a mesmerizing effect when they catch the light, as well as the Kali Temple. After our visit to Amber Fort, we stop to see Jal Mahal, one of Jaipur’s most photogenic landmarks, built of pink sandstone and appearing to float on the waters of Man Sagar Lake, and take a photo break. Continuing our tour, we visit Jantar Mantar, built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II and notable for its giant stone measuring instruments designed for astronomical observations. This impressive complex, which reveals the astronomy and mathematical knowledge of centuries ago, is one of the most important symbols of Jaipur’s scientific heritage. Afterwards, we view Hawa Mahal, one of Jaipur’s most iconic structures, from the outside. Also known as the “Palace of Winds,” this elegant building, with its five-story honeycomb-shaped facade and hundreds of small windows, is a perfect place for a photo stop. At the end of our tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Jaipur.
Jaipur – Agra – Taj Mahal – Agra Fort – Agra
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we depart from Jaipur and head to Agra, one of India’s most important historical cities. Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Taj Mahal, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal and one of the world’s most renowned architectural masterpieces. We visit the Taj Mahal, with its magnificent white marble structure, perfect symmetry, elegant dome, fine stone craftsmanship, and details adorned with precious stones, and listen to our guide as they рассказывают us about the history and architectural features of this unique monument. Following our visit to the Taj Mahal, we proceed to Agra Fort, rising on the banks of the Yamuna River and used as one of the important administrative centers of the Mughal Empire. We leave our hotel in the early morning and, with our breakfast packages to take with us, transfer to Delhi Airport. After our ticketing, baggage, and security procedures at the airport, we fly on a scheduled flight with local airlines to Varanasi, one of the holiest cities in India. Upon arrival in Varanasi, we meet our private vehicle and guide waiting for us and head toward the Ganges River, where we can closely feel the city’s spiritual atmosphere. On the banks of the Ganges River, considered the holiest river in Hinduism and at the center of Varanasi’s religious and daily life for centuries, we have the opportunity to observe the historic ghats stretching along the river, local people in worship, sacred rituals, and the city’s unique spiritual ambiance. After our Ganges River tour, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. Overnight in our hotel in Varanasi.
Varanasi – Ganges Canal – Bharat Mata Temple – Banaras Hindu – Vishwanath Temple – Varanasi - Delhi
We depart from our hotel early in the morning and head to the banks of the Ganges River. At sunrise, we observe the traditional morning rituals, prayers, and the lively spiritual atmosphere along the Ganges, regarded as the holiest river in Hinduism. With the sun rising over the river, we have the opportunity to witness Varanasi’s centuries-old spiritual life. Afterward, we begin our Varanasi City Tour. First, we visit the Bharat Mata Temple, notable for its unique structure dedicated to the geographical unity of India and symbolizing the country as a mother figure. Next, we proceed to Banaras Hindu University, one of India’s most important educational institutions, distinguished by its vast campus and long academic history. Continuing our tour, we see the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of Varanasi’s holiest Hindu temples and dedicated to Lord Shiva, who holds great significance in Hinduism. After the completion of our city tour, we transfer to Varanasi Airport. Following ticketing, baggage, and security procedures at the airport, we fly to Delhi on a scheduled local airline service. Upon arrival in Delhi, we meet our private vehicle and transfer to our hotel, where we check in. Overnight in our hotel in Delhi.
Delhi – City Tour – Delhi
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we begin our city tour to explore Delhi, the capital of India. First, we visit the Red Fort, one of the most important structures of the Mughal era, built in the 17th century by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, and admire it from the outside with a panoramic view and a photo stop, with its magnificent red sandstone walls and monumental gates. Next, we head to the Jama Masjid, also built during Shah Jahan’s reign, one of India’s largest and most important mosques, featuring a spacious courtyard and red sandstone and white marble details. Continuing our tour, we visit the Sikh Temple, one of the most important places of worship for the Sikh faith in Delhi. At this temple, notable for its golden dome, sacred pool, and open-door policy to visitors of all faiths, we learn from our guide about Sikh culture, worship traditions, and the understanding of social solidarity. After the tour is completed, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Delhi.
Delhi – Istanbul
After the breakfast we will take as a packed meal at the hotel, we transfer to the airport. Flight to Istanbul on the scheduled service of Turkish Airlines. Upon our arrival, the end of our tour and services.
