IMPORTANT NOTES
• The AGENCY will assist with visa applications provided that passports and all required documents are submitted in full. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the required visa documents on time and in full.
• Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be permitted. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse a person entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Since extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not provide a third bed. For packages involving such hotels, the AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
• Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. Under the 0-2 age child policy, the child must not have turned 2 by the return date of the tour; under the 3-12 age child policy, the child must not have turned 12 by the return date of the tour.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
• If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the 28.09. 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
• Optional tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
• For optional tours to be taken en route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
• Tours that are not permitted for any reason by local authorities during the tour will not be carried out. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In the event of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” shall apply.
• Of the dinners you will have during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while women are advised to bring at least 1 evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit in the previously assigned places from the first meal to the last meal taken on board.
• During check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person in the case of couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when receiving the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on board. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your ship ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is a situation caused by the high volume and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to put your essential items in a small handbag and carry it with you.
• The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship at least 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
• At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave it in front of your cabin doors by 00.00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND SHIP TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT OBTAIN PRINTED COPIES OF THEIR TICKETS ARE THEMSELVES RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / SHIP.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – BARCELONA
Meeting in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Departure for Barcelona at 10:50 on Pegasus Airlines flight number 1091. Upon our arrival at 13:35 local time, we board our waiting bus and set off for the Port of Barcelona. After the check-in procedures, free time to settle into the cabins. Our ship departs the port at 18:00 in the evening.
Day 2 MARSEILLE
Our ship will berth at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the optional “Marseille Panoramic City Tour & Aix En Provence” tour organized by their guide. On today’s tour, after meeting our guide, we will first travel to Aix-en-Provence, located 40 minutes from Marseille. We will begin with the famous St. Saviour’s Cathedral, dating from the 12th century, with its Romanesque façade and covered arched walkway. Later, during a pleasant walk through the old part of the city, you will see the ancient inns located here and the Mazarino district, designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarino. After a short break, we will return to Marseille, an important maritime city. The Longchamp Fountain, Saint Charles railway station, the old town, the Hôtel de Ville and the marina district are some of the places to be seen first. Afterwards, following free time in the city center, we will return to our ship. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 16:00.
Day 3 GENOA – PORTOFINO
Our ship Our ship will berth at the port of Genoa at 07:00. Guests who wish may join the optional “Genoa city tour & Portofino tour” organized by our guide. Genoa, the capital of the Liguria Region, undoubtedly deserves much more than its current popularity. The city is the birthplace of pesto sauce and Christopher Columbus, as well as a driving force behind Italian football. Thanks to its rich artistic, musical, gastronomic, architectural and historical features, the city was named European Capital of Culture in 2004. This historic city, dating back to the Genoese, will surprise you greatly. After exploring magnificent mansions, streets, squares and historical sites, we will have time for shopping. Following our tour, we will head to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 16:00.
Day 4 NAPLES
Our ship will berth at the port of Civitavecchia at 13:00 in the afternoon. Afterwards, the “Naples panoramic city tour & Pompeii” organized as an optional excursion by our guide begins. During our city tour, the places to be seen include Plebiscito Square, the central square of Naples; the Royal Palace, built in the 17th century; Castel Nuovo (New Castle); the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola, inspired by St. Peter’s Square and the Pantheon in Rome; the Galleria Umberto I, home to various shops; the San Carlo Theatre, built in 1737 and included on the UNESCO World Heritage list; and the Port of Naples. We then continue with our Pompeii tour. Return to the Port of Naples. Our ship will depart the port at 21:00 in the evening.
Day 5 PALERMO
Our ship will berth at the port of Palermo at 09:00. Guests who wish may join the optional “Palermo city tour” organized by our guide. During our tour, the Cappella Palatina, San Giovanni Cathedral, Politeama Square, the Norman Palace, Quattro Canti Square, Via Roma and Via Liberta streets are among the places to be seen. Return to the Port of Palermo after the tour. Our ship will depart the port at 17:00.
Day 6 VALLETTA
Our ship will berth at the port of Valletta at 09:00 in the morning. Following breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the optional “Valletta City Tour” organized by our guide. During our tour, we will explore the city by walking through the lively streets of the capital, Valletta. Our first stop will be the “Barracca Gardens,” built on the upper part of the defensive walls surrounding this magnificent city. Built by the Knights of St. John, these gardens also offer magnificent views of the Grand Harbour and the three old cities surrounded by walls. Our next stop will be “St. John’s Co-Cathedral.” Built in the Baroque style, this cathedral, despite its plain exterior, houses very rich interior decorations and paintings by the famous artist Caravaggio. As our walk continues among the historically significant buildings of the capital, we will see the “Grandmaster’s Palace” and the “Office of the Prime Minister.” Afterwards, return to the Port of Valletta. Our ship will depart the port at 17:00.
Day 7 AT SEA
On this day, which will be spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s outdoor and indoor pools, enjoying activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to have an enjoyable time at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino.
Day 8 BARCELONA – ISTANBUL
Our ship will berth at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, we disembark. We will head to Barcelona Airport by private vehicle. Following the baggage and check-in procedures, departure for Istanbul at 14:35 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1092. Arrival in Istanbul at 19:10 local time.
