Provided that passports and the required documents are submitted in full, the AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas. For international trips, it is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months.
The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the required visa documents on time and in full.
Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be permitted. Passport control officers have the authority to deny a person entry into the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there is no 3rd bed option. For packages involving such hotels, the AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. Under the 0-2 age child policy, the child must not have turned 2 by the return date of the tour; under the 3-12 age child policy, the child must not have turned 12 by the return date of the tour.
The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external factors.
If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights
The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. They may not be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
For extra tours to be conducted en route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
Tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason during the tour will not be conducted. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
In the event of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT” shall apply.
Two of the dinners you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger wishing to dine there is recommended to bring at least one suit, while female passengers are recommended to bring at least one evening dress.
During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit in the previously designated places from the first meal to the last meal taken on the ship.
During check-in on the ship, every passenger without exception (only 1 person in couples) must present a credit card to the ship's reception or pay a cash deposit when collecting the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on the ship. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage belonging to our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by the heavy workload and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to place the essential items you will need on the first day you board the ship in a small hand bag and take it with you.
The ship's departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may be unable to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the group's luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS TOUCH AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BEFORE COLLECTING IT.

ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT OBTAIN PRINTED COPIES OF THEIR TICKETS ARE THEMSELVES RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / SHIP.

Day 1 ISTANBUL – BERGAMO - GENOA
Meeting at 06:30 in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Departure for Bergamo at 09:40 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1211. After arriving at 10:30 local time, we board our waiting bus and set off for the port of Genoa. Free time to settle into the cabins after completing the check-in procedures. Our ship will leave the port at 16:30.

Day 2 AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship's indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to have an enjoyable time at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino.

Day 3 BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at the port of Barcelona at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Barcelona City Tour” organized as an optional excursion by their guides. We begin our panoramic city tour of Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises, with our private vehicle from the port. During our city tour, the first of the sights to be seen from the outside is
the Sagrada Familia. We will then see La Rambla, the Christopher Columbus Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, where Gaudi's houses have been transformed into a street museum, and his principal work, the Sagrada Familia. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00 in the evening

Day 4 ALICANTE
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the “Alicante City Tour” organized as an optional excursion by their guides. We begin our city tour with our private vehicle from the port. After discovering the historical and cultural sites, we will have free time for shopping and return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 17:00 in the evening.

Day 5 GIBRALTAR
Our ship will dock at the port of Gibraltar, located at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula in the Bay of Gibraltar, at 10:00 in the morning. Following breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Gibraltar Tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion. Casemates Square, the Upper Rock Nature Reserve, and the Siege Tunnels are among the places we will see. After the tour, free time for shopping and transfer to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 6 CADIZ
Our ship will dock at the port of Cadiz at 08:00 in the morning. Following breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Cadiz & Sevilla Tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion. First, we travel to Seville, the most important city in southern Spain and the capital of the Andalusia region. During the panoramic city tour we will take here, the sights include the cathedral, whose construction began in the 15th century on the site of the former Great Mosque from the Almohad period; the Alcazar, a royal residence where Arab Gothic and Renaissance-style palaces rise side by side; the Golden Tower, a castle dating from the 13th century; numerous medieval churches; the Convent of Santa Paula; and the City Hall. After completing our city tour, we return to Cadiz, take a brief tour introducing the city, and then arrive back at our ship. Transfer to our ship after the tour. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00.

Day 7 AT SEA
On this day spent sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship's indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as fitness and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may wish to have an enjoyable time at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino.

Day 8 LA CORUNA
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. Following breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the La Coruna Tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion. It is located on a headland at the mouth of an estuary on the Atlantic coast and offers visitors magnificent views of the bay and ocean. This tour gives you the opportunity to discover this pleasant Spanish city and see its main historical structures, such as typical 18th-century buildings with glass-enclosed balconies, designed as a solution to the region's weather conditions. After passing by the Méndez Núñez Gardens, we will stop for photographs at the Tower of Hercules, an ancient lighthouse that has operated continuously since Roman times, before reaching the city center for a walking tour. Before returning to our ship, you will have free time to explore various sites independently, including the city's wonderfully preserved historic district. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00.

Day 9 BILBAO
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “Bilbao City Tour” organized by their guides. The largest city in the Basque Country, serving as the capital of the province of Bizkaia, has much to offer, from its exuberant cutting-edge architecture and inspiring museums to its friendly residents. Bilbao (Bilbo) stretches for approximately 14 km alongside the Río Nervión; although urban sprawl now fills the narrow valley, you can always see the green mountain slopes on both sides beyond the high-rise buildings in the city center. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00.

Day 10 LA ROCHELLE
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional “La Rochelle City Tour” organized by their guides. Begin this enriching experience in the Charente-Maritime region with a scenic bus ride departing from the pier. Enjoy the tranquil beauty of the coastline stretching along the Corniche and see the peaceful Allée de Mail Park, one of the locals' favorite promenades since the 18th century. The route also passes in front of St. Louis Cathedral, an elegant example of neoclassical architecture dating from the 18th century and completed in the 19th century. After arriving in the historic city center, we stroll through the story-filled streets of the old town. As you proceed along the old cobblestone roads and pass beneath vaulted passages, arcades, and porches, you will learn about the city's fascinating commercial and military heritage. La Rochelle developed as an important port city in the Middle Ages and played a key role in the Huguenot uprisings of the 17th century. The iconic towers of the old harbor, surviving from the city's walled past, silently bear witness to centuries of maritime activity and international trade. Following the guided walk, enjoy 45 minutes of free time in the pedestrianized city center. This lively area is home to numerous cafés, marketplaces, and local boutiques. Take this opportunity to sample local delicacies or simply enjoy the lively atmosphere.Our ship will leave the port at 15:00.

Day 11 and Day 12 AT SEA

Day 13 KIEL- HAMBURG - ISTANBUL
Our ship will dock at the port at 09:00. After breakfast on board, we disembark. We depart for the airport in our private bus waiting for us at the port. Arrival at Hamburg Airport, followed by baggage and check-in procedures, then departure for Istanbul at 17:35 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1046. Arrival in Istanbul at 21:50 local time.
