CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.

• !!! Guests with a K.K.T.C. stamp in their passport cannot enter Greece !!!

• The Accommodation Tax charged by the Government of Greece is not included in the package prices and must be paid in cash to the hotel by the guests upon arrival.

  • Lesbos Island; 25 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 90 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.

Documents required for Visa on Arrival applications;

- Application Form (We prepare and send it on behalf of the guests; it must be signed and sent by courier)

- Passport Copy

- ID Copy

- If available, copies of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years

- 3 Biometric Photos (measuring 3.5x4.5 cm)

- Travel Health Insurance (Starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the duration of the trip, with 30 Thousand Euro coverage, English Policy)

- Bank Statement (Showing transactions from the last 3 months retrospectively, with a usable balance equivalent to 450 Euro in TL on the date the statement is obtained (excluding overdraft), and it must be an active and transactional account.)

- For applications of children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the parent who will not be traveling and its English translation prepared by a sworn translator are обязательно required.

Visa on Arrival is not, like a Schengen Visa, a visa type that is issued in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made from Turkish Ports without a visa. The final result is determined at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. No information is provided from the islands before the travel day; however, in some negative assessment cases, 2/3 days before the travel date, information is received that the guest's application has been negatively assessed and that they should not come. In the event of a negative assessment, no written or verbal notification is made by the other side regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.

Ayvalık – Mytilene, Lesbos Island Free Day
Departing from Ayvalık Port at 08:45. After checking in at the ferry office located at Ayvalık Port 1 hour before departure, depart by ferry to Mytilene Port. Upon arrival on the island after a sea journey of approximately 50 minutes, you may spend your time as you wish. If you wish, you can stroll through the central bazaar and, along the way, see the old Town Hall built in 1900; as you walk along the coast, you will pass many neoclassical buildings, cafes, and shops, eventually reaching Sappho Square, where the ancient Greek poet Sappho was born. You can reach the back streets of Mytilene, where life flows, by passing among small shops and cafes, and make a perfect introduction to Mytilene’s ouzo tradition, or stop by an ouzo bar to enjoy seafood and meze. Overnight at your hotel.
Mykonos Island, Free Day
After breakfast at the hotel, you can spend the day as you wish and enjoy the island. You can visit Lesvos’ timeless villages: Plomari, the birthplace of ouzo; Agiasos, with its cobblestone streets; Petra, with its impressive views; Asomatos, with its wooden sculptures and homemade jams and sweets; Sigri, with its Petrified Forest; Mantamados, known for its ceramics and fresh dairy products; or Molyvos, which offers beaches and entertainment. You can also visit the hot springs in Eftalou and the small tavernas in Gera Bay. Overnight at your hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, you can spend the day as you wish and enjoy the island. If you like, you can visit Mytilene Castle, the Archaeological Museum, Ermou Street, Ottoman-era buildings, and Agios Therapontas Church, as well as the local villages spread across the island, each with its own unique character. After seeing the Petrified Forest in Sigri, Molivos with its beautiful beaches, and Plomari, the birthplace of ouzo, you can enjoy seafood restaurants, experience the neighboring culture’s entertainment scene, and taste local delicacies at tavernas with Greek music. We recommend making a reservation in advance at the restaurant or taverna you wish to visit. Overnight at your hotel.

Midilli Island Free Day, Midilli - Ayvalık
Departure from Mytilene Port at 17:45. After breakfast at your hotel, you may spend your time as you wish according to your ferry’s departure time, enjoying the sea and the seaside cafés. Please be at Mytilene Port 1 hour before departure, and after passport control, depart for Ayvalık Port. After a sea journey of approximately 50 minutes, arrival at Ayvalık Port.
