PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT 

This tour is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send ձեզ.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or damaged in a similar way; such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since there is a possibility that our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of the mother and father by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit while traveling alone or only with one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this issue.

HEALTH

We do not think that you will encounter any problem in the meals to be taken in the region's good restaurants and hotels that will threaten your health. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return home.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES      

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins, or venue at the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the type of bed.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY    

It is advisable to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE     

The West America Region is 10 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 11 hours behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 16:30 in Turkey in winter, it is 06:30 in West America.

PHONE USE    

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open for international calls (roaming).

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS  

If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring t-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater that can be put on and taken off easily. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE           

The country does not have a unique cuisine, and a fast-food-heavy culture prevails. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is widespread, you can find dishes of Turkish cuisine in many states. Even though there is no distinct food culture, the cuisine includes many cultures.

ELECTRICITY            

The electrical current used in America is 110 Volts. In Turkey, it is 220 Volts. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter with you.

SHOPPING          

Shopping is available in shopping centers located in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse your entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay field tax and field service fee. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or site entries. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible in places with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Los Angeles
After meeting our valued guests at Istanbul Airport at 05:00 at the Turkish Airlines counter, we depart at 08:00 on TK179 flight to Los Angeles, one of the largest cities in the United States. After approximately a 13-hour flight, we arrive in Los Angeles at 10:55 local time. After meeting our private vehicle and guide waiting for us at the airport, we transfer to our hotel. As an important note, according to the rules of hotels in the United States, rooms are available from 15:00 onward. You may rest in the lobby or join the Los Angeles City Tour (120 USD per person), which will be organized as an extra by your guide. We will take a tour introducing Los Angeles, known as the City of Angels and the second-largest city in the United States. Our first stop will be Hollywood Boulevard, which you will remember from the movies. Here, among the places we will see are the Kodak Theatre, where the Oscar ceremonies are held (now known as the Dolby Theater), the Chinese Theatre, where famous movie premieres are held, the hand and footprints of cinema and music artists, and the Walk of Fame. From this area, you will also have the chance to photograph the famous Hollywood Sign, written in huge letters and symbolizing the city. Then, by passing from the famous Sunset Strip Boulevard to Santa Monica Boulevard, we arrive in Beverly Hills. Here we will see the famous symbol of Beverly Hills. Then we take a short walk along the famous Rodeo Drive, where the world's most luxurious shops are located and where the movie Pretty Woman was filmed, and we will see the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, which was the residence address for years of stars such as Elvis Presley and John Lennon. After leaving Rodeo Drive, we head to Downtown, known as the center of Los Angeles. Here, we will see Olvera Street, the skyscrapers that form the city’s skyline, and the historical centers from the city’s original founding period. After the tour, we proceed to our hotel. After room assignments, free time to rest. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Santa Monica tour (60 USD per person), organized as an extra by their guide. In lively Santa Monica, filled with street performers, you can relax by having a drink at stylish cafés, and you may have your dinner at one of the restaurants in this beautiful area. Overnight at our hotel. (Note: Our guides may conduct the Santa Monica tour before going to the hotel in order to make better use of our guests' time.)
Los Angeles
The whole day is free time. Those who wish can participate in the Universal Studios tour, which will be organized additionally by their guides (250 USD per person). In this park, one of the largest in the world, you will have the opportunity to closely see how the films that played an influential role in the formation of the American dream were made and to meet their heroes. You will better understand why Universal Studios, for which world-famous director Steven Spielberg served as creative consultant, is the world’s No. 1 studio and amusement park. However, this park is not just entertainment; it is also the product of a century-long experience in the history and technology of world cinema. More than 40 shows, film sets, and attractions will not only entertain you but also take your breath away and make you feel as if you are inside the movies. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in the evening and overnight at our hotel.
Los Angeles
The entire day is free. Guests who wish may join the San Diego tour, which will be arranged additionally by their guide (USD 170 per person). In San Diego, which has been voted the most beautiful city in America for years, our first stop will be La Jolla. In La Jolla, famous for its seal beach and coastline, you will see the harmony of nature and luxurious homes and take plenty of photos. After leaving La Jolla, we head to our second stop, Old Town. In Old Town, the birthplace of California, an atmosphere that will make you feel as if you are in Mexico awaits you. After Old Town, the places we will visit include Sea Port Village, the Midway aircraft carrier, the Unconditional Surrender Statue, the symbolic image of World War II, and Coronado Island, where the U.S. Navy base is located and also home to America’s largest wooden building and the historic Hotel Del Coronado, where the film “Some Like It Hot” was shot. After the tour, return to the hotel and overnight at our hotel. NOTE: The Midway aircraft carrier will only be viewed and photographed from the outside.
Los Angeles - Las Vegas
We depart from our hotel in the morning and travel by private vehicle to Las Vegas, the city of lights, Nevada’s most important tourist center and home to some of the world’s largest hotels. After check-in, guests who wish may join the optional Outlet shopping & panoramic city tour organized by their guide ($70 per person). After shopping, we take a panoramic tour of the famous Las Vegas Strip and its hotels, then return to the hotel. In the evening, Las Vegas’s world-famous shows and thousands of gaming tables and slot machines await those who wish to try their luck. Overnight at our hotel.
Las Vegas
All day free time. Guests who wish can join the Grand Canyon tour organized additionally by their guides (250 USD per person). In the morning, we depart from our hotel by private vehicle from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon in the state of Arizona. After an approximately 2-hour journey, we arrive at the Grand Canyon. We board the buses that will take us around the area. At Eagle Point, the final stop, we have the chance to take magnificent photos of the canyon right beside an 800-meter cliff. Here, we also have the opportunity to photograph the Hualapai Native Americans’ tents. From here, we board the bus again and go to Guano Point. Then, we return to the terminal, get back into our vehicle, and head back to Las Vegas. We recommend not missing this tour, which offers the chance to meet the Hualapai Native Americans, the owners of this magnificent canyon that is one of the 7 natural wonders of the world and must be seen at least once in a lifetime. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel
Las Vegas - San Francisco
In the morning, we depart from our hotel and head to Las Vegas Airport for our flight to San Francisco. After our flight, which will take less than 2 hours, we arrive at San Francisco Airport. We are transferred to our hotel by our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. For the rest of the day, guests who wish may join the extra San Francisco city tour organized by their guide (USD 100 per person). On this tour, we will have the opportunity to get to know this beautiful city more closely. Places we will see include Civic Center, Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, Twin Peaks, Haight and Ashbury where the hippies settled, the Palace of Fine Arts, and Lombard Street. After the tour and free time for dinner, we are transferred back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
San Francisco
You can enjoy a free day. Those who wish may join the optional Sausalito – Alcatraz by boat – Fisherman’s Wharf – Cable Car – Union Square tour organized by their guide (120 USD). We depart with our private vehicle for Sausalito, where the former high-ranking officials of San Francisco and now the city’s wealthiest residents live. After about a 15-minute bus ride, we will arrive in Sausalito, a very charming town. While walking along the waterfront, you will see its beautiful houses and sip your coffee at one of the seaside cafes with a view of San Francisco. Then, as we return to San Francisco by boat, you will have the chance to photograph Alcatraz, once known as the only prison in the world from which escape was impossible, from the boat. At the same time, you will witness the magnificent view of San Francisco. Our boat docks at Pier 39, one of San Francisco’s landmarks. After a short visit to the sea lions basking in the sun here, we will enjoy lunch at a restaurant of your choice during free time, based on your guide’s recommendations, and then take a pleasant ride on the famous San Francisco streetcars, known from the movies as Cable Car (the red trams), to Union Square. Other places we will see include the Fashion District and Chinatown, two of San Francisco’s most vibrant areas. After free time for dinner, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
San Francisco - Istanbul
We complete the check-out procedures from our hotel in the morning. You will have free time until the evening. Those who wish may go shopping, explore the city, or join the Silicon Valley Tour organized as an extra by their guide (100 USD per person). On this tour, we set off to visit Silicon Valley, where the buildings of companies such as Google and Facebook are located. You will have the opportunity to see the headquarters of the world-famous companies that make up Silicon Valley. Places to be seen include Facebook, Stanford University, NASA Visitor Center, Google (here we will take a break at the lakeside cafeteria for tea or coffee. You can also take a ride on the bicycles provided free of charge), Tesla, Apple Visitor Center (if you would like to purchase a product, you may do so), Computer History Museum, and Intel Museum. In the evening, transfer to San Francisco airport. We depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Overnight on the plane.
