CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.
• !!! Guests whose passports have a K.K.T.C. stamp cannot enter Greece !!!
• The Accommodation Tax imposed by the Government of Greece is not included in the package price and must be paid in cash to the hotel by guests upon arrival.
Door Visa Fee; 50 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.
Required documents for Door Visa applications;
- Application Form (We prepare and send it on behalf of the guests, it needs to be signed and shipped by courier)
- Passport Copy
- ID Copy
- If available, copies of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years
- 3 Biometric Photos (measuring 3.5x4.5 cm)
- Travel Health Insurance (Starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the travel period, with a coverage of 30,000 Euros, English Policy)
- Bank Statement (Showing transactions from the last 3 monthsย้อนหลัง, with a usable balance equivalent to 450 Euros in TL on the date the statement is issued (excluding overdraft), and it must be an active and transaction-bearing account.)
- For applications of children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the parent not accompanying the trip and its English translation prepared by a sworn translator are обязательно required.
Door Visa; unlike a Schengen Visa, is not a visa type that is finalized in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made from Turkish Ports without a visa. The final result is determined at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. No information is provided from the islands before the travel date, but in some negative assessment cases, information comes 2/3 days before the travel date stating that the guest's application has been negatively assessed and that they should not come. In the event of a negative assessment, no written or verbal notification is made by the other side regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.
