CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.
• !!! Guests whose passports bear a K.K.T.C. stamp cannot enter Greece !!!
• The Accommodation Tax imposed by the Government of Greece is not included in the package prices and must be paid in cash to the hotel upon check-in by the guests.
Port Visa Fee; 50 Euros for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euros for adults aged 18 and over.
Documents requested for Port Visa applications;
- Application Form (We prepare it on behalf of the guests and send it; it must be signed and sent by courier)
- Passport Copy
- ID Copy
- If available, copies of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years
- 3 Biometric Photos (measuring 3.5x4.5 cm)
- Travel Health Insurance (starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the duration of the trip, with 30,000 Euro coverage, in English policy)
- Bank Statement (showing transactions from the last 3 months retrospectively, with a balance equivalent to 450 Euros in TL available at the date the statement is issued (excluding overdraft), and it must be an active account with movement.)
- For applications of children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the parent who will not participate in the trip and its English translation made by a sworn translator are absolutely required.
Port Visa; unlike a Schengen Visa, it is not a visa type that is finalized in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made from Turkish Ports without a visa. The final result is determined on the travel day at the customs of the relevant island. No information is provided from the islands before the travel day; however, in some negative evaluation cases, information is received 2/3 days before the travel date that the guest's application has been evaluated negatively and that they should not come. In the event of a negative evaluation, no written or verbal notification is made by the other party regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.
