ISTANBUL – TALLINN
After meeting at Istanbul Airport, we fly to Tallinn on THY’s scheduled flight, a city that has managed to preserve its medieval atmosphere to the present day. Upon arrival, we leave the airport and head to the Tallinn Islamic Cultural Center. After free time here for worship, we depart for our panoramic city tour. Tallinn Old Town is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval cities, with structures dating back to the 13th century. The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, which we will see on our city tour, was built in the 19th century during the Russian Empire period and is one of the most important symbols of Russian influence over Estonia. This structure, notable for its onion domes, is one of the most impressive examples of Orthodox architecture in the Baltics. Next, we will see Toompea Castle, which was used throughout history by the Danes, Swedes, and Russians who ruled the region, and today houses the Estonian Parliament. Town Hall Square was the heart of trade in the Middle Ages and gained fame as a meeting point for merchants during the Hanseatic League era. TALLINN – RIGA
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Riga. Along the way, we take a short break in Pärnu, known as Estonia’s summer capital. Upon arrival in Riga, panoramic city tour. In the Middle Ages, Riga enjoyed great prosperity as one of the most important trade ports of the Hanseatic League. The House of the Blackheads, which we will see on our city tour, belonged to a guild founded in the 14th century by unmarried German merchants and was used as a center of trade and social life. The building, destroyed in World War II, was rebuilt in its original form. Riga Cathedral is one of the largest medieval churches in the Baltics, built in the 13th century, and is known for its famous gigantic organ. The Freedom Monument symbolizes Latvia’s independence and was built in 1935 with public donations; its survival during the Soviet era holds a special meaning for the Latvian people. RIGA – JURMALA – RIGA
After breakfast at our hotel, we continue to explore Riga more closely. Alberta Street is home to some of the most important examples of Art Nouveau architecture in Europe. Built in the early 20th century, these buildings are decorated with sculptures, reliefs, and mythological figures. Riga Central Market was created by converting old zeppelin hangars and is one of the largest covered markets in Europe, as well as one of the interesting architectural legacies of the Soviet period. We then head to Jurmala on the coast of the Baltic Sea. Jurmala gained fame especially in the 19th century as a summer retreat for the Russian aristocracy. With its wooden villas and long sandy beaches, it is one of the most elegant seaside towns in the Baltics. After the tour, return to Riga. Dinner (at the hotel or a local restaurant). Overnight in Riga.
RIGA – VILNIUS
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Vilnius. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour. Vilnius Old Town is considered one of the most impressive examples of Baroque architecture in the Baltics. The Vilnius Cathedral, which we will see on our city tour, has been the center of religious life since the 14th century, when Lithuania adopted Christianity. Cathedral Square is also the focal point of the country’s historical and political events. Gediminas Tower is the only surviving part of the castle built by Gediminas, founder of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and is the city’s symbol. From here, a panoramic view of Vilnius can be enjoyed. The Gate of Dawn is one of the city gates dating back to the 16th century, and the icon of the Virgin Mary inside it is an important pilgrimage site for the Catholic world. After the tour, free time. VILNIUS – TRAKAI – VILNIUS
After breakfast at our hotel, we head out for the Trakai tour. Located in the middle of a lake, Trakai Island Castle was built by the Grand Dukes of Lithuania in the 14th century and was used as both a military and political center in the Middle Ages. The castle, notable for its red-brick Gothic architecture, is one of Lithuania’s most iconic structures. Trakai, where different ethnic groups (especially the Karay Turks) have lived together for centuries, also stands out for its cultural diversity. After the Trakai tour, return to Vilnius and dinner (at the hotel or a local restaurant). Overnight in Vilnius.
VILNIUS – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, free time until flight time. Meet at the time determined by our guide and transfer to the airport. Flight to Istanbul on THY’s scheduled service and end of our tour.

Need to Know
1 – The hotels in the tour program are an estimated hotel list. Depending on availability in the region, accommodation may be provided in other hotels of the same standard. You can learn the exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.
2 – Hotels or restaurants used on tours may also serve alcohol. Depending on regional conditions, our company tries to use alcohol-free venues as much as possible. However, especially under European conditions, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.
3 – Triple rooms are allocated according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed may be a smaller foldable bed than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.
4 – Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
5 – We recommend that guests joining a visa-required tour read our cancellation and refund conditions and register for a tour that will allow enough time for their visa to be completed. For European tours, we recommend registering 2 months in advance and completing your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In any possible issue arising from the visa, our company’s cancellation and refund conditions apply.
6 – Our company has no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide consultancy services regarding document procurement, organization, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. Our cancellation and refund conditions apply for the refund of the fee paid for the tour.
7 – Please do not forget to bring slippers and a prayer rug with you on every tour. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling in, we may not always have access to a mosque or prayer room. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.
8 – Our guide has the right, with the approval of our agency, to make changes to the program and, depending on weather conditions and/or force majeure, to cancel some places in the sightseeing points. All guests joining our tour are deemed to have accepted this.
9 – In cases where the consumer or the Agency cancels the tour, etc.; the refund will be made in the currency paid by the guest and in the same manner as it was paid. (If payment was made by credit card in TL, refund to the card in TL. If payment was made in foreign currency, refund in foreign currency.)
10 – In airline companies, there is a sequential flight rule due to protocol agreements. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are canceled. No cancellation/refund or change can be made in any way.
11 – We kindly ask our guests not to purchase domestic flights independently due to possible changes in flight times or delays in connecting flights that may occur on our tours. The connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In the event of a delay etc. on the domestic segment, a free ticket will be issued for the next international flight.

GENERAL CONDITIONS |
General conditions are an inseparable part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Agreement’; they cannot be considered independently.
‣Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not reached for the tour, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operations department.
‣In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying hotel names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before departure.
‣Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, our agency is responsible for the guests.
‣This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and for group sizes above this there may be a price increase. Please ask for price information.
‣If a regular passport was issued more than 10 years ago, or in other passport types more than 5 years ago, the person traveling cannot leave the country even if they have a valid visa, and a visa cannot be processed in the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
‣When leaving Turkey through customs, passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types, including Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. Our agency has no compensation liability toward the passenger for the inability of holders of passports with less than 6 months validity to join the tour.
‣Our agency acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the trip and any third parties and legal entities providing services related to the ship, hotel, carrier companies, and the trip. Therefore, the parties acknowledge that consumers who register for the trip through application to the agency are not directly responsible as the principal party, and that the agency is not liable for not being present at the indicated vehicle schedules, times, or places contrary to the agreements made between the agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; for any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, similar force majeure reasons; for all kinds of disruptions arising from the driver’s own fault or the personal fault of third parties or unforeseen technical matters; for accidents causing material or moral damage; for accommodation deficiencies or faulty services of the facilities; and that, since the agency does not have the status of operator, it has no existing liability and is not directly responsible as the principal offender.
‣On all customs-controlled international departures, you must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the departure day. In particular, guests arriving from other cities by domestic flight to ports or airports should arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, in case of delay and/or inability to join the tour, responsibility lies with the passenger, and our agency has no compensation liability toward the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended that check-in be completed personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
‣Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are served according to the breakfast culture of the country in question and generally under a limited menu usually called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and for groups they may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
‣Triple rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds or couch beds, tour participants for 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group.
‣Because hotels have a limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
‣If children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults do not travel on the tour with one or both of their mother and father, it is mandatory to have the consent forms required for participation in the tour with them during the trip.
‣Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities, lasting 2-3 hours, and may be held on different days as long as the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not allowed by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
‣People must bring their health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they use regularly, along with reports related to these medications, when participating in the tour.
‣In extra tours to be made along the route, guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas along the route where they can use public transportation before entering the city.

‣A passport is an official document, and passport police have the authority not to let you into the country if it is damaged or dirty in any way, especially if there are tears in the stitching or pages. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
‣For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents required by the consulate are necessary. A Schengen visa is required for this program. Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. Passport police have the authority not to let the passenger into the country. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
