The Government of Bali will apply a Tourist Levy to foreign tourists traveling by air, sea, and land. The levy must be paid electronically and does not apply to local Indonesian tourists. All foreign visitors will be charged a tourism tax of 150,000 IDR (10 USD).

1- Our passengers can fill in their data and pay the fee via the Love Bali App on mobile or through the website https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id before arriving at the arrival gate in Bali.

2- The payment methods to be used must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, and QRIS.

3- If payment cannot be made via the Love Bali app, foreign tourists will need to make non-cash payments at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.

4- Upon successful completion of the transaction, our foreign tourist passengers will receive a notification confirming that the fee has been paid. After payment is completed, passengers may enter the country.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days prior to the start of the tour. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Every passenger traveling to Malaysia must create a Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) by filling out the form accessible via the link below three (3) days prior to arrival. This document, sent to email addresses, is required to facilitate passengers' arrival in Malaysia and expedite entry procedures. To submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card, passengers must use the official online platform and provide all necessary information completely.

All passengers traveling to Malaysia must fill out and submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) form using their personal information via the link below three (3) days before the departure date of their flight. Once the process is completed, the MDAC will be sent via email.

INDONESIA

Holders of Ordinary Passports are subject to visa-on-arrival in Indonesia. Holders of Diplomatic, Service, and Special Passports are exempt from visas for travel to said country. 

Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the end date of your trip and not older than ten years. 

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency.

HEALTH

There are no mandatory vaccinations for entry into Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. We do not believe there will be any health issues with the food consumed. We recommend against drinking tap water.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Extra tours and activities are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and are not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.

Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the third person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or convertible coach beds, participants who are the third person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply only to one child per two adults within the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour services are served according to the local breakfast culture, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Singapore (SGD) is the Singapore Dollar.

The currency of Malaysia (MYR) is Ringgit,

And the currency of Indonesia (IDR) is Indonesian Rupiah.

We recommend bringing small denominations of EURO and Dollars during your trip.

TIME ZONE

There is a time difference of 5 hours in winter schedule and 4 hours in summer schedule between Turkey and Southeast Asia, the destination. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in Kuala Lumpur.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

We recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for evenings. Additionally, you may bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, cameras, video cameras, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are very common. Spices specific to the region are used in cooking, but you will feel that the meals we serve throughout the tour suit your taste buds.

SHOPPING

Aside from souvenirs from the mentioned countries, you may find items unique to the visited country such as watches and natural food and drink products. You can also obtain electronic goods, etc. However, there are restrictions on bringing electronic goods back to our country. Items exceeding certain quantities will be confiscated by customs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not guarantee entry into the country. The border police have the authority to deny you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.  

The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be held if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the designated day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible, depending on road closures or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Kuala Lumpur
We will meet at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, complete ticket and baggage procedures, and depart for Kuala Lumpur on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. We will spend the night on board.
Kuala Lumpur
Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, we will begin our city tour with a private vehicle waiting for us in the arrivals area. The tour includes panoramic views of Independence Square, the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, the Royal Palace, the National Museum, Parliament, the National Monument, the National Mosque, and the Railway Station. After the city tour, guests may optionally join a guided excursion to Batu Caves (USD 90), a sacred Hindu cave temple also recognized as the world's largest cave temple. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a towering statue of Lord Murugan, the Hindu deity. We will then ascend 272 steep steps accompanied by monkeys. Upon reaching the top, we will find ourselves inside a vast and deep cave. This enchanting cave temple offers stunning views of Kuala Lumpur's iconic silhouette, including the Petronas Twin Towers. After exploring the site, we return to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Kuala Lumpur - Bali - Ubud
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we will check out and transfer to the airport in a private vehicle for our flight to Denpasar, Bali. Following ticket, passport, and baggage procedures, we will depart on a local airline to Denpasar. After approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes of travel, we will arrive in Denpasar and begin a panoramic island tour by private car. Upon completion of the tour, we will transfer to Ubud and spend the night at our hotel.
Ubud
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional lunch-included tour to Bali's most beloved destinations: the Sacred Monkey Forest and Mount Kintamani (140 USD), organized by our guide. We take a short scenic stop at Tegenungan Waterfall, nestled in nature, before visiting the famous Tirta Empul Temple with its sacred spring pools, where we experience the island's traditional purification rituals. After lunch overlooking Mount Kintamani and Lake Batur, we pause for photos at Tegallalang Rice Terraces, one of Bali's iconic landmarks. Continuing the tour, we observe the natural wildlife of Ubud Monkey Forest, then visit the Ubud Royal Palace and the vibrant Art Market directly opposite it, offering insight into Balinese craftsmanship and daily culture. At the end of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Ubud - Bali
After breakfast, we will check out of our rooms and head to our hotel in Bali. The rest of the day is dedicated to enjoying the sea. Guests who wish may join the optional "Bali Breeze" tour organized by our guide (includes lunch – USD 110). We then depart from our hotel toward the Klungkung region. Our first stop is Penglipuran Village, renowned for its traditional houses, where we will visit the homes and get a close look at how local Balinese people live. After lunch at a local restaurant with stunning views, we continue our journey through roads surrounded by tropical forests toward the Bukit Jambul area. We will visit Besakih Temple, the main temple of Balinese Hinduism, and learn detailed information about Hinduism. Next, we visit Kehen Temple, one of Bali's most beautiful temples and the central temple of the former Bangli Kingdom. After this final stop, we proceed to our new hotel in Bali for an overnight stay.
Bali
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join the Bedugul, Taman Ayun, and Ulun Danu Temple tour (USD 100) with lunch included. The day begins with a visit to Taman Ayun Temple, one of Bali’s royal heritage sites, whose name means “beautiful garden.” This impressive temple, inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2012, stands out for its elegant architecture and meticulously maintained gardens. After visiting Taman Ayun, we head to the highland region of Bedugul, known for its distinct atmosphere compared to the rest of the island. With its cool climate and lush greenery, Bedugul is one of Bali’s most special destinations. We enjoy lunch at a local restaurant nestled among the surrounding forests. Afterward, we proceed to the shores of Bratan Lake to visit the iconic Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, a symbol of Bali that appears in countless photographs. We conclude our day with this enjoyable tour, where nature and mysticism blend seamlessly. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Bali
Free day after breakfast. Guests who wish may join our guide's optional tour to Uluwatu Temple, Padang Padang Beach, and Jimbaran Seafood Dinner (110 USD), which begins at noon and concludes after dinner in the evening. We depart from our hotel around midday and head to Uluwatu Temple. Built in the 11th century atop a 75-meter cliff, this is one of Bali's most important temples, offering breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. After visiting the temple, we enjoy some swimming and relaxation time in the small cove of Padang Padang Beach, featured in the film Eat Pray Love. The day ends with a seafood dinner at restaurants along Jimbaran Beach, where tables are set right on the shore to enjoy the sunset. After savoring the sunset and the stunning natural scenery, we return to our hotel for rest. Overnight stay at our hotel. Our guides will be with you throughout the day and are available to assist with any requests.
Bali
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we will complete check-out procedures and transfer to the airport via our private vehicle for our flight to Singapore. Upon arrival in Singapore with a local airline, we will be transferred to our hotel by a private car waiting for us. After completing check-in, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional tour organized by our guide to Gardens by the Bay Park and a Singapore Evening Tour (USD 100). During this tour, we will visit Gardens by the Bay, which has become an iconic symbol of Singapore. You will witness the convergence of nature and technology in this area, renowned for its massive "Supertree" structures, illuminated walking paths, and unique botanical gardens. Following the park visit, we will proceed to the Marina Bay area, reflecting the city's modern face, and explore Singapore's silhouette under the evening lights. The tour concludes with a riverside walk and photo stops alongside iconic landmarks. Afterwards, we will transfer back to our hotel and spend the night there.
Singapore - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we will embark on a panoramic city tour with our private vehicle. During the tour, we will visit key landmarks including the Singapore River, Parliament House, Opera House, and Supreme Court Building, as well as the iconic Merlion statue and Chinatown. Upon completion of the tour, we will be transferred to the airport in time for our flight back to Istanbul, as scheduled by our guide.
