BALI, FROM FEBRUARY 14, 2024, WILL BEGIN IMPLEMENTING A TOURIST TAX FOR FOREIGN TOURISTS

The Bali Government will implement a Tourist Tax for foreign tourists traveling by air, sea, and land. The tax must be paid electronically and will not apply to local Indonesian tourists. All foreign visitors will be charged a tourism tax of 150,000 IDR (10 USD).

1- Our passengers can fill in their data and pay the fee via the Love Bali App on mobile or through the website https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id before arriving at the arrival gate in Bali.

2- The payment methods to be used must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, and QRIS.

3- If payment cannot be made via the Love Bali app, foreign tourists will be required to make non-cash payments at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.

4- Upon successful completion of the transaction, our foreign tourist passengers will receive a notification confirming that the fee has been paid. After payment is completed, passengers may enter the country.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days prior to the start of the tour. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

VISA

Malaysia and Singapore: Ordinary Passport - No visa required; Green Passport - No visa required; Service Passport - No visa required. ** Every passenger traveling to Malaysia must create a Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) by filling out the form accessible via the link below three (3) days before arrival. This document, sent to email addresses, is required to facilitate passengers' arrival in Malaysia and expedite entry procedures. To submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card, passengers must use the official online platform and provide all necessary information completely. All passengers traveling to Malaysia must fill out and submit the form with their personal details via the following link three (3) days before their flight departure date for the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC). HEALTH

There are no mandatory vaccination requirements for entry into Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. We do not believe there will be any health issues from the food consumed. However, we recommend against drinking tap water.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency providing services, subject to a minimum participation requirement of 10 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open or closed, as well as weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability; in such rooms, the bed provided for the third person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable or convertible coach beds, participants who are the third person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in rooms and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only to one child aged within the range specified in the pricing section, accompanied by two adults. Breakfasts included in the tour services at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY

Singapore's currency (SGD) is the Singapore Dollar. Malaysia's currency (MYR) is the Ringgit, and Indonesia's currency (IDR) is the Indonesian Rupiah. During your trip, we recommend carrying small denominations of EURO and US Dollars.

TIME ZONE

There is a time difference of 5 hours during winter schedule and 4 hours during summer schedule between Turkey and Southeast Asia, the destination location. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in Kuala Lumpur.

PHONE USAGE

All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone is enabled for international roaming. However, network coverage may be unavailable in some areas of the country.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

We recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for evenings. Additionally, you may bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, cameras, video cameras, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are very common. Spices specific to the region are used in cooking, but you will find that the meals provided throughout the tour suit your taste preferences.

ELECTRICITY

Although all mentioned countries use 230 volts, hotels use 220 volts. Outlets are Type A (two-pin) and Type B (three-pin). Examples of outlets can be seen at: http://www.iec.ch/worldplugs/typeA.htm and http://www.iec.ch/worldplugs/typeB.htm. You will need to bring an adapter.

SHOPPING

Aside from souvenirs, you may find items unique to the country visited, such as wristwatches, natural foods, and beverages. You can also obtain electronic goods, etc. However, there are restrictions on bringing electronic goods back to our country. Customs authorities may confiscate items exceeding certain quantities.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not guarantee entry into the country. Immigration officers have the authority to deny entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger. BinRota acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. BinRota is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to reasons such as being prohibited by local authorities on the designated day and time, roads being closed due to events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible, Bin Rota shall not be held responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, where possible, at locations where vehicle access is restricted or not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Kuala Lumpur
We will meet at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, proceed with ticket and baggage procedures, and then depart for Kuala Lumpur on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. We will spend the night on board.
Kuala Lumpur
Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, we will begin our city tour with a private vehicle waiting for us. The tour includes panoramic views of Merdeka Square, the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, the Royal Palace, the National Museum, Parliament, the National Monument, the National Mosque, and the Railway Station. After the city tour, guests may optionally join a guided excursion to Batu Caves (USD 90). Recognized as both a sacred Hindu temple and the world's largest cave temple, the site is greeted by a towering statue of Lord Murugan. We will then ascend 272 steep steps accompanied by monkeys, leading into a vast and deep cavern. Inside this mesmerizing cave temple, after exploring its wonders, you will have a view of Kuala Lumpur's iconic silhouette: the Petronas Twin Towers. Following the tour, we return to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Kuala Lumpur - Bali
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we will check out and transfer to the airport in a private vehicle for our flight to Denpasar, Bali. Following ticket, passport, and baggage procedures, we will depart on a local airline to Denpasar. After approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes of travel, we will arrive in Denpasar and begin a panoramic island tour with our private vehicle. Upon completion of the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Bali
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional lunch-included tour to Bali's most popular destinations: the Sacred Monkey Forest and Mount Kintamani (150 USD), organized by our guide. We will take a short scenic stop at Tegenungan Waterfall, nestled in nature, before visiting the famous Tirta Empul Temple with its sacred spring pools, where we experience the island's traditional purification rituals. After lunch overlooking Mount Kintamani and Lake Batur, we pause for photos at Tegallalang Rice Terraces, one of Bali's iconic landmarks. Continuing the tour, we observe the natural wildlife of Ubud Monkey Forest, then visit the Ubud Royal Palace and the vibrant Art Market directly opposite, offering insight into Balinese craftsmanship and daily culture. Upon completion of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Bali
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish can join the Bedugul & Taman Ayun & Ulun Danu Temple tour (USD 100) with lunch included. The day begins with a visit to Taman Ayun Temple, one of Bali's royal heritage sites, whose name means "beautiful garden." This impressive temple, inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List in 2012, stands out for its elegant architecture and meticulously maintained gardens. After visiting Taman Ayun, we head to the highland region of Bedugul, known for its unique atmosphere compared to the rest of the island. With its cool climate and lush greenery, Bedugul is one of Bali's most special destinations. Surrounded by forests, we enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, we proceed to the shores of Bratan Lake to visit the iconic Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, a symbol of Bali that appears in countless photographs. We conclude our day with this enjoyable tour, where nature and mysticism blend seamlessly. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Bali
Free day after breakfast. Guests who wish may join our guide's optional tour to Uluwatu Temple, Padang Padang Beach, and Jimbaran Seafood Dinner (110 USD), which begins at noon and concludes after dinner in the evening. We depart from our hotel around midday and head to Uluwatu Temple. Built in the 11th century atop a 75-meter cliff, this is one of Bali's most important temples, offering breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. After visiting the temple, we enjoy some swimming and relaxation time in the small cove of Padang Padang Beach, featured in the film Eat Pray Love. The day concludes with a seafood dinner at restaurants along Jimbaran Beach, where tables are set right on the shore to enjoy the sunset. After savoring the stunning sunset and awe-inspiring natural scenery, we return to our hotel for rest. Our guides will accompany you throughout the day and assist with any requests. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Bali - Singapore
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we will complete check-out procedures and transfer to the airport via private vehicle for our flight to Singapore. Upon arrival in Singapore with the local airline, we will be transferred to our hotel by a private car waiting for us. After completing check-in, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional guided tour of Gardens by the Bay Park and an evening tour of Singapore (USD 100). During this tour, we will visit Gardens by the Bay, Singapore's iconic landmark, renowned for its massive "Supertree" structures, illuminated walkways, and unique botanical gardens, where you will witness the convergence of nature and technology. Following the park visit, we will proceed to the Marina Bay area, which reflects the city's modern face, and explore Singapore's silhouette under the evening lights. The tour concludes with a riverside stroll and photo stops alongside iconic landmarks. Finally, we will transfer back to our hotel and spend the night there.
Singapore - Istanbul
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we will embark on a panoramic city tour with our private vehicle. During the tour, we will visit key landmarks including the Singapore River, Parliament House, Opera House, Supreme Court, the iconic Merlion statue, and Chinatown. Upon completion of the tour, we will be transferred to the airport for our flight back to Istanbul at the time designated by our guide.
