CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the tour departure date are non-refundable.
• !!! Guests whose passports bear a K.K.T.C. stamp cannot enter Greece !!!
• The Accommodation Tax imposed by the Government of Greece is not included in package prices and must be paid in cash to the hotel upon entry by guests.
Rhodes Island; 30 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.
Kos Island; 50 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.
Documents required for Visa on Arrival applications;
- Application Form (We prepare it on behalf of guests and send it; it must be signed and shipped)
- Passport Copy
- ID Copy
- If available, copies of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years
- 3 Biometric Photos (3.5x4.5 cm)
- Travel Health Insurance (in English, starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the travel period, with 30,000 Euro coverage)
- Bank Statement (Showing transactions for the last 3 months retrospectively, with a usable balance equivalent to 450 Euro in TL on the date the statement is issued (excluding overdraft), and it must be an active and transactional account.)
- For applications of children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the parent not joining the trip and its English translation made by a sworn translator are обязательно requested.
Visa on Arrival; unlike Schengen Visas, it is not a visa type that is finalized in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made from Turkish Ports without a visa. The final result is determined at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. No information is provided from the islands before the travel day; however, in some negative assessment cases, information comes 2/3 days before the travel date stating that the guest's application has been negatively assessed and that they should not come. In case of a negative assessment, no written or verbal notice is given by the other side regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.
