CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.
• !!! Guests whose passports have a K.K.T.C. stamp cannot enter Greece !!!
• The Accommodation Tax imposed by the Government of Greece is not included in the package prices and must be paid in cash to the hotel upon entry by guests.
Rhodes Island; 30 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.
Kos Island; 50 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.
Documents required for Visa on Arrival applications;
- Application Form (We prepare it on behalf of guests and send it; it needs to be signed and shipped by courier)
- Passport Copy
- ID Copy
- If available, copies of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years
- 3 Biometric Photos (3.5x4.5 cm)
- Travel Health Insurance (Starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the duration of the trip, with 30,000 Euro coverage, English Policy)
- Bank Statement (Showing transactions from the last 3 months retrospectively, with a usable balance equivalent to 450 Euros in TL on the date the statement is obtained (excluding overdraft), and it must be an active and transaction-bearing account.)
- For applications of children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the non-traveling parent and its English translation prepared by a sworn translator are обязательно required.
Visa on Arrival; unlike a Schengen Visa, it is not a visa type that is finalized in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made visa-free from Turkish ports. The final result is determined at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. No information is provided from the islands before the travel day; however, in some negative evaluation cases, information arrives 2/3 days before the travel date stating that the guest's application has been negatively evaluated and that they should not come. In the event of a negative evaluation, no written or verbal notification is made by the other side regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.
