2 – Alcohol may be served at the hotels or restaurants used on the tours. Depending on the suitability of local conditions, our company takes care to use non-alcoholic venues as much as possible. However, especially under European conditions, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.

3 – Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed may be a foldable bed smaller than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.

4 – Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

5 – We recommend that our guests who will join a visa-required tour read our cancellation/refund conditions and register for a tour for which their visa will be ready. For European tours, we recommend that you register 2 months in advance and complete your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In the event of any disruption arising from the visa, our company's cancellation/refund conditions apply.

6 – Our company has no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide consulting services regarding document procurement, arrangement, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. Our cancellation/refund conditions apply for the refund of the fee paid for the tour.

7 – Do not forget to take slippers and a prayer mat with you on every tour. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling to, we may not have access to a mosque or prayer room at all times. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.

8 – Our guide, with the approval of our agency, has the right to make changes to the program and cancel some places in the tour itinerary depending on the weather and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.

9 – In cases such as the consumer or the agency canceling the tour; the refund is made in the currency paid by the guest and in the same manner as paid. (If paid by credit card in TL, refund to the card in TL. If paid in foreign currency, refund in foreign currency.)

10 – In airlines, there is a sequential flight rule due to protocol agreements. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are canceled. No cancellation/refund or changes can be made under any circumstances.

11 – We kindly request that our guests do not purchase domestic flights individually due to possible changes in flight times or delays that may occur in connecting flights on our tours. The connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In case of delays etc. on the domestic leg, a free ticket will be issued for the next international flight.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The general conditions are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Agreement’ and cannot be considered separately.

‣Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through the operations department.

‣In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

‣Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, our Agency is responsible for the guests of our Agency.

‣This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.

‣Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and there may be a price increase for groups exceeding this number. Please ask for price information.

‣If the passport issue date for ordinary passports is more than 10 years old, and for other passport types more than 5 years old, the person traveling cannot go abroad even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing cannot be done in the passport. Please check your passport information and details.

‣When exiting Turkish customs, passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types, including Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. Our Agency has no liability for compensation to the passenger due to the inability of holders of passports with less than 6 months validity to join the tour.

‣Our agency acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the tour, ships, hotels, carrier companies, and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the tour. Therefore, the consumers who register for the tour by applying to it are aware that, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking the transportation, the Agency is not liable for any delays of land, air, and sea vehicles, for not being present in the indicated vehicle programs, times, and places, for strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, and similar force majeure events, for any disruptions arising from the driver’s own fault or the personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical matters, for accidents causing material or moral damage, for deficient accommodation or faulty services of the facilities, and that it is not directly responsible as the principal offender since the Agency does not have the status of operator.

‣For all customs-controlled overseas departures, you must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially guests arriving by domestic flight from other cities to ports or airports must arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, the responsibility for being late and/or not being able to join the tour belongs to the passenger, and our Agency has no liability for compensation to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, it is recommended that they personally complete the check-in procedures 24 hours before the tour departure.

‣Our agency is an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

‣Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited, and generally with a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

‣Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are foldable beds and so-called couch beds, participants in the tour are deemed to declare that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults — within the appropriate age group.

‣Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.

‣If children under the age of 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour together with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried with them during travel.

‣Panoramic city tours are tours lasting 2-3 hours organized to introduce the cities and may be held on different days as long as the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people to be determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or go to by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.

‣Participants must carry information regarding their health issues, pregnancy status, medications they use regularly, and reports related to these medications when joining the tour.

‣On extra tours to be made en route, guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas on the route where they can make use of public transportation before entering the city.

‣Tour – Airport – Tour Leader - Hotel information will be sent by the operations department via email 48 hours before the tour departure.

‣A passport is an official document and, if it is damaged or dirty in any way, especially if there are tears in the stitching or pages, passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

‣For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents requested by the consulate are required. A Schengen visa is required for this program. No visa application is required for a green passport. Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country will be possible. Passport police have the authority to prevent the passenger from entering the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Naples – Pompeii - Rome

Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal. After ticket, passport, and baggage procedures, departure to Naples on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival, we leave the airport and stop by Pompeii, an ancient city unlike any other in the world. This magnificent ancient city, where life suddenly and unexpectedly came to a halt, will almost draw visitors out of their own time with its story and structures and will perhaps be the most impressive and most striking point of our trip. Then we begin our Naples city tour, which we will conduct panoramically. On our Naples city tour, the Royal Palace, built in the 16th century, the San Carlo Theater, which hosts some of the world’s most important performances, the Umberto I Gallery, famous for its cafés and shops, the Church of San Francesco Di Paolo, inspired by the Pantheon in Rome, Plebiscito Square, Angevin Castle, and Naples Port are among the places to see. After our tour, we head to Rome. Upon arrival, check-in at our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Rome

After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our panoramic Rome city tour. Our first stop is the Vatican, the administrative center of the Catholic denomination of Christianity and an independent state, viewed panoramically from the outside; St. Peter’s Basilica and St. Peter’s Square. Then we begin exploring this magnificent city, which the Ancient Romans described as Caput Mundi (Capital of the World). Our first stop is the Colosseum, one of the most magnificent works of Roman monumental architecture, which we view panoramically from the outside. After seeing this unique structure, which was inaugurated in AD 80 and fell into disuse in the 6th century AD, we get on our vehicle and begin to see Rome’s special points and monuments. After seeing Circus Maximus, we get off our vehicle and first visit the Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna), then the Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi). After the free time given, we first photograph the Pantheon from the outside, one of the most important structures in world architectural history. Then, after seeing Navona Square (Piazza Navona), one of the city’s most enjoyable squares, dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel in the city. (Depending on the time, the Rome Central Mosque will be visited for the noon/afternoon prayers)

Rome – Siena – Florence – Montecatini

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Siena. Arrival in Siena, home to Italy’s most famous religious festival, the horse races, and the largest and most magnificent square in the Tuscany region. During our journey, we will pass through the Tuscany Valley and enjoy wonderful views. Free time in Siena square for shopping and taking photos. Meeting at the specified time and departure for Florence. Florence, as the heart of the Renaissance, has left deep traces in art and culture. We will discover the history of this great city, where the past and present merge, while visiting the Duomo Cathedral, the Bell Tower and the Uffizi Palace, Bell Tower, Baptistery, and Signoria Square, as well as structures from the Renaissance period. After our tour, dinner and accommodation.

Montecatini – Pisa – Venice

After breakfast at the hotel, while following traces of art, science, and engineering from past to present, we will also see some of the most important structures in the West. Our first stop is Pisa, where we will see the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa from the outside, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is a bell tower located in Pisa, Italy, known for its famous "tilted" structure. Construction began in the 12th century and was completed in the 14th century. The tower is located next to Pisa Cathedral and is approximately 57 meters high. Due to ground problems in its construction, it began to lean, and this made the structure world-famous. Today, after seeing the Pisa Tower, which has become an iconic symbol with its leaning structure, as well as Pisa Cathedral, Europe's most magnificent baptistery, and the Square of Miracles, we continue on our way to Venice. Upon our arrival, after getting off our vehicle, we board the Vaporetto (small steamboat-passenger boat) waiting for us and take an enjoyable journey of approximately 20-25 minutes. During the journey, our guide will share detailed information with us about the Venetian islands and buildings. After arriving in Venice, after seeing the New Prison building, Campanile, Dandolo Palace, Old Prison, Doge's Palace, Clock Tower, St. Mark's Square, and Basilica, we take a canal tour with gondolas unique to Venice for our guests who wish to do so. (Gondola Tour Extra 30 € per person - for 5 people). (If you wish, you can rent 1 private gondola for 150€) After our tour, free time for shopping and taking photos. Gather at the specified time and return to the mainland by Vaporetto again. Dinner and accommodation. We enjoy free time in Sirmione, a quiet medieval town with buildings covered in bougainvillea flowers, its historic atmosphere, and preserved streets, and take a speedboat tour on Lake Garda. Then we continue to Milan. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour of Milan. During our city tour, the Sforza Castle, Dante Street, the Duomo Cathedral, the Vittoria Emmanuele II Gallery, the Da Vinci Monument, and La Scala Opera House are among the main places we will see. After the city tour, dinner and accommodation.

Milan – Como - Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Lake Como, Italy’s most famous lake. Lake Como, a calm, narrow, and long lake nestled at the foot of the Alps, was formed as a result of glacial erosion. After our panoramic tour of Lake Como, depart for Serravalle Designer Outlet, Europe’s largest outlet shopping center. After shopping and free time, depart for the airport at the time determined by our guide, and the end of our pleasant tour.
