This document will be provided to you by your agency for a fee. In addition to the C1 document, our guests will obtain their visas by paying at the door. 2 photos are required at the door (white background, 4x6 cm in size). For Cambodia Visa;  (Visa is required for Green Passport holders.)  The passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the tour end date and must be a new chip passport.  2 photos (white background, 4x6 cm in size) For Cambodia, our guests will be able to obtain their visas by paying 30 USD at the door.  – Door visa fees may change by country decision.)

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and no older than 10 years.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens when entering Vietnam and Cambodia. We do not think you will encounter any issue that may adversely affect your health during lunch and dinner at good restaurants in the region. Throughout the trip, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and consume only bottled water opened for the first time by you.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If the required number is not met, the tours cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type. 

Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

The currency of Vietnam is Vietnamese Dong (VND)

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that you can easily put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket or cardigan for the evenings. We advise you to prefer non-synthetic, cotton clothing. You may also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

The cuisine in the region is quite similar to Far Eastern food culture. We recommend that you do not buy anything from street vendors. In addition, you will notice that the food we will have at the restaurants and hotels we visit will suit your taste.

SHOPPING

Hanoi has a large shopping area spread across side streets. Rich in silk fabrics and souvenirs, everything in Hanoi is very cheap. In Siem Reap, Psar Chaa and the Night Market are suitable places for clothing and souvenir shopping.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse your entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and site entrance fees. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, or if they do not take place because of closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in places with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Hanoi
Our tour begins with our meeting at Istanbul Airport, International Departures Terminal. We depart for Hanoi on a Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Hanoi, we transfer to our hotel to rest after the flight and enjoy some free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Evening Dinner, Water Puppet Theater, and Night Tour (60 USD), organized by our guide. In Hanoi, we will watch the Water Puppet Theater, an important part of the Red River Delta culture, and have dinner. Afterwards, we will return to the hotel after a night tour through the old city center by rickshaws, a local means of transportation. Overnight at our hotel.
Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Hoa Lu - Hanoi
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Lunch Included Ninh Binh and Hoa Lu Kingdom Tour (95 USD), organized by our guide. We depart for Ninh Binh with the guests joining the tour. In Ninh Binh, one of the most impressive natural experiences, where limestone mountains stretch across the landscape, we head to the pier for our boat tour and continue along the Ngo Dong River toward the caves. Tam Coc, meaning “Three Caves,” is known as the “Halong Bay on Land” for its limestone cliffs rising among rice fields. For lunch, we will taste local specialties of the region. After the meal, we proceed to Hoa Lu, which was the capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1009, and visit the temples dedicated to the kings of the Dinh and Le dynasties. Although very few traces of the former 300-hectare citadel remain over time, the ruins and temples in the area offer us the opportunity to get to know Vietnam’s early history more closely. After our tour, we return to our hotel in Hanoi. Overnight at our hotel.
Hanoi - Halong Bay - Hanoi
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will have free time. Those who wish may join the optional Halong Bay Tour with Lunch (105 USD), organized by our guide. Halong Bay, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and regarded as one of the world’s most breathtaking natural wonders, is an extraordinary bay spread over an area of approximately 1,500 km² and made up of 1,969 limestone islands. With its enchanting scenery, it invites our guests to experience a true natural marvel. During our day cruise, as we sail among the fairy-tale-like limestone cliffs, we may have the chance to see some of Halong Bay’s most famous spots, such as Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi (Kissing Chickens) Island, and the impressive Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace) Cave. At the lunch served exclusively for us on the boat, we will taste the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, especially fresh seafood. At the end of our tour, we will return to our hotel and have free time. Hanoi - City Tour - Da Nang - Hoi An
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we begin our panoramic city tour to explore Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Our first stop will be the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, a symbol of the country’s struggle for independence and built for Vietnam’s legendary leader, who passed away in 1969. Next, we will stop for a photo break by viewing the Presidential Palace from the outside, notable for its architecture dating back to the French colonial period. Our next stop is the Temple of Literature, founded in 1070, which holds the distinction of being Vietnam’s first university and is also a symbol of wisdom and Confucian culture. Here, we will have the opportunity to closely examine the stone steles atop stone turtles and the traditional architecture. We then visit the One Pillar Pagoda, one of Hanoi’s most unique temples, resembling a lotus flower and built in the 11th century by Emperor Ly Thai Tong. After completing our tour, we transfer to the airport for our scheduled domestic flight to Da Nang and take our flight. Upon arrival, we will transfer to our hotel in Hoi An and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Hoi An - Ba Na Hills - Golden Hand Bridge - Hoi An
After breakfast at the hotel, we will have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Golden Hand Bridge Tour at Ba Na Hills with Lunch (130 USD), organized by our guide. Located near Da Nang city at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level, this architectural marvel has become one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic modern landmarks. To reach the bridge, we will first take a 6-kilometer-long cable car offering magnificent panoramic views. The most striking feature of the bridge is the two giant hand figures that appear to hold it up in the air. These hands give the impression of an ancient sculpture carved from centuries-old stone. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. After the tour, we will return to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Hoi An - Da Nang - Saigon
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Danang Airport and fly to Saigon on a scheduled domestic flight. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic Saigon city tour. After viewing from the outside the magnificent Opera House from the French colonial period, the City Hall, the Central Post Office designed by the famous architect Gustave Eiffel, and Notre Dame Cathedral, one of the most important structures of the Catholic faith, we will have free time. After our free time, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Saigon - Mekong Delta - Saigon
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Mekong Delta Tour with Lunch (90 USD), organized by our guide. We head to My Tho, a world living on and with water. Upon arrival, we begin a boat ride through intersecting canal streets on a local boat. Our first stop is Thoi Son Island, where we will see the making of local handmade goods, factories producing coconut candy, and colorful orchards. Here, while tasting fresh fruits in the shade of beautiful gardens, you will enjoy the music of local artists. We then stop at a farm to taste homemade honey tea and continue our tour through the canals, learning all about the local way of life. We visit Vinh Trang Pagoda. We will have our lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Saigon - Ba Den Mountain - Cao Dai Temple - Saigon - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Those who wish may join the optional Lunch-Included Vietnam’s Roof Ba Den Mountain and Cao Dai Temple Tour (130 USD), organized by our guide. Our first stop on the tour will be Ba Den Mountain, which holds a legendary place in the Buddhist cultural tradition of southern Vietnam and stands out with its mesmerizing summit. After a pleasant cable car ride to the summit, the first things we will see there will be the Bodhisattva statues located at the top. The Bodhisattva of Mercy, standing 72 meters tall, holds the title of the tallest Bodhisattva statue on a mountain summit in Asia. Next, we will see the Di Lac Bodhisattva, known as the Buddha of the Future, weighing over 5,000 tons and representing joy, peace, and abundance. After seeing these magnificent statues, we will visit the Ba Linh Temple Complex, one of the cable car stations, featuring mystical worship areas integrated into natural rock caves and dedicated to the mountain’s guardian goddess. We will then return to Saigon and visit the Cao Dai Temple Complex. This temple, where we will learn about the Cao Dai faith, is known as the center of “Caodaism,” a religion born in Vietnam, with architecture that blends Gothic towers, Chinese temple roofs, and cathedral layouts. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. At the end of the tour, we will transfer to Saigon Airport for our flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after ticketing and passport procedures, we will take our flight to Istanbul. We will have breakfast on the plane and enter the new day in the air.
