PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and is no older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country that applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that our guests under the age of 18, when traveling alone or with only one parent, may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer at the country entry/exit points; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. Throughout your trip, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and only consume bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts provided at the hotel as part of the services included in the tour program are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Egypt is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).
It is useful to have USD (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a -1 hour time difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 11.00 in Egypt.

Your mobile phone line is used if it is open for international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothing that leaves the shoulders exposed, and body-hugging clothes should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you should not use them while inside the place of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.

Egypt is full of fish restaurants and fish markets, like many seaside countries.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority not to let you into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow sightseeing or entry on the day and time of the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, and also in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
