This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

HEALTH

Those who use medication regularly are recommended to bring more medicine than they need, because all kinds of medicine may not be available in the country. In addition, if you have a serious health problem (heart, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.), it would be useful to carry a signed document from your doctor. We also recommend that you do not drink tap water, and instead drink bottled water that you open yourself for the first time.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums, historical sites, or venues in the places to be visited are open/closed and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable/collapsible or coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the room and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at hotels included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, usually as a limited menu commonly referred to as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY    

Japan's currency is the Yen (JPY). South Korea's currency is the KRW. For this trip, we recommend bringing USD with you and also having small denominations of it with you.

TIME ZONE     

There is a +6 hour difference between Turkey and both countries. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 18.00 in the countries we will travel to.

PHONE USAGE    

All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone has international roaming enabled. However, there may be no network in some parts of the country.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS  

We recommend bringing T-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket or cardigan. We advise choosing non-synthetic, cotton clothing. You may also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE          

The cuisine in the region is dominated by Far Eastern food culture. We recommend that you do not buy anything from street vendors. In addition, you will notice that the meals we will have in the restaurants and hotels we visit will suit your taste.

SHOPPING          

Both countries are a complete shopping paradise, especially when it comes to electronics. In addition, traditional clothing and souvenirs can be purchased.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, without museum or site entrance fees. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time scheduled in the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or access, or because of roads closed due to any event, and likewise in cases where weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Tokyo
We are meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal. After completing our ticketing and baggage procedures, we will take a Turkish Airlines flight to Tokyo. We begin the new day on the plane.
Tokyo
After our arrival in Tokyo and completing baggage and passport procedures, we begin our panoramic Tokyo city tour with our private vehicle. First, we visit Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, the oldest Shinto temple (645) famous for its giant lanterns that reflect the atmosphere of Tokyo. You can buy gifts for your loved ones on Nakamise Street, Japan’s first open-air shopping arcade, where more than 70 shops line this authentic street. We then continue to Ginza, Japan’s luxury shopping district and perhaps the most famous street in the world; once Tokyo’s silver mint until 1800, Ginza became a luxury shopping area after the Great Kanto Earthquake, and takes its name from the combination of the kanji for “silver” (gin) and “place” (za). In the final part of our tour, we experience Shibuya Crossing, a pedestrian crossing used by millions of people daily and tens of thousands at the same time; it is said, “A Tokyo tour is not complete unless you step on Shibuya.” At the end of the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Tokyo. Tokyo
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, a full day of free time awaits you to spend as you wish. Our guests who wish may join the optional Kamakura & Outlet tour organized by our guide for 200 USD. On our journey to Kamakura, the birthplace of the shogunate system in Japan, we first visit the Kotoku-in Temple, famous for the Great Buddha of Kamakura, one of the country’s symbols. We then continue to Hokokuji Temple, known for its serene atmosphere and bamboo forests. Here, we have the opportunity to try mochi, a traditional Japanese sweet, accompanied by green tea. In the final part of our tour, we stop at a large open-air outlet center and enjoy free time for shopping. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel in Tokyo. Overnight at our hotel.
Tokyo
After breakfast at our hotel, you can enjoy a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Mount Fuji tour organized by our guide for 200 USD. Our first stop on the tour will be the Mount Fuji Museum, where we will learn more about Mount Fuji. Afterwards, we will head to Oshino Hakkai Village, where we can experience natural spring waters and traditional Japanese life. Here, you can drink the icy water from Mount Fuji, taste local delicacies, and enjoy shopping among authentic souvenirs. If you wish, you can also try mochi, the traditional Japanese rice cake snack. The final stop of the tour is Lake Kawaguchi, which offers one of the most beautiful views of Mount Fuji. During a peaceful boat tour here, you will admire the magnificent view of Mount Fuji. At the end of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Tokyo. Overnight at our hotel.
Tokyo - Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Osaka by bullet train. Osaka is traditionally regarded as the "Nation's Kitchen" or the capital of gourmet food in Japan. On our city tour in Osaka, we first visit Osaka Castle, which was built in the 16th century and is one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture. Then we go to Shinsaibashi, the most central area of Osaka. We spend free time in the Dotonbori shopping streets of the Shinsaibashi area, where we have the chance to discover the culinary spots of this city, which can be considered a paradise for shopping and dining. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Osaka. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, the rest of the day is free. Guests who wish may join the Nara & Kobe tour (USD 200), which will be organized optionally by our guide. We will enjoy a full-day tour of Nara and Kobe. First, we head to Nara, about an hour away, one of Japan’s former capitals and historically the cradle of Japanese arts, crafts, literature, culture, and industry, where we visit Todaiji Temple. Todaiji is not only the largest wooden structure in the world, but it also houses the largest Buddha statue in the world. In Nara Park, we will also have the chance to see the Nara deer. Afterwards, we continue to Kobe, a city famous for its beef. During free time in Kobe, guests who wish may experience Kobe beef. We then proceed to Nunobiki Herb Garden, one of Japan’s largest gardens, located on 40 acres of land. We reach the garden, situated atop Mount Rokko, by cable car. Nunobiki Herb Garden features more than 75,000 plant varieties. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Osaka. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our full-day tour of Universal Studios Japan. Universal Studios Japan (USJ) in Osaka opened in 2001 and is one of Japan’s most popular theme parks. Inspired by Hollywood films, the park features themed areas such as Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Minions, Spider-Man, and Super Nintendo World. With entertaining shows, 4D cinema experiences, and adrenaline-pumping roller coasters, it appeals to visitors of all ages. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Osaka. Overnight at our hotel.
Osaka - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our Kyoto tour. Our first stop will be Kinkaku-ji Temple, made of gold. Kinkaku-ji Temple is an iconic Zen Buddhist temple in Kyoto, famous for its gold leaf coverings and elegant architecture by the pond. Afterwards, we visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, where the filming of the movie “Memoirs of a Geisha” also took place. Here, we will visit the hundreds of Shrine Gates lined up one after another. Then we will visit the mystical atmosphere of Arashiyama Bamboo Grove in the Arashiyama area. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in the Gion district, famous for its geishas. After the free time, we will meet at the time determined by our guide and transfer to Osaka Airport. After our ticket and baggage procedures, we begin our flight to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled service. Overnight stay will be on the plane.
Istanbul
