*This tour is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through our agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

In destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. As there is a possibility that our guests under the age of 18, when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, may be asked by the police officer at the country’s entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.

*The official currency of Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands is the Euro (EUR), and it is widely used throughout the country.

TIME ZONE
*Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands are in the same time zone. Central European Time (CET) is used in these countries, and they are 1 hour behind Turkey. During daylight saving time, there is no time difference with Turkey.

CUISINE
*German cuisine has been shaped by the influence of Central European culinary culture and stands out with its hearty and traditional flavors. While meat- and potato-based dishes form the foundation of the cuisine, bread varieties and sausage culture are highly developed. Bratwurst, Schnitzel, Sauerkraut, Pretzel, and Apfelstrudel are among the best-known flavors of German cuisine.

*French cuisine has been shaped throughout history by the cultural heritage of different regions and has become one of the cornerstones of European gastronomy. While sauces, cheeses, and wine culture are among the prominent elements of the cuisine, meat, seafood, vegetables, and pastries are widely used. Boeuf Bourguignon, Quiche Lorraine, Crêpe, and Croissant are among the main flavors symbolizing French cuisine.

*Belgian cuisine stands out with its rich and diverse flavors, blending French elegance and German culinary culture. In addition to meat and seafood, the use of potatoes and sauces is common. Belgian waffles, mussels & fries (Moules-Frites), chocolate, and various types of beer are among the country’s best-known and most characteristic flavors.

*Luxembourg cuisine has been shaped by the influence of French, German, and Belgian cuisines and stands out with its rich and hearty flavors. While meat, potatoes, and sauced dishes form the basis of the cuisine, local products are at the forefront. Judd mat Gaardebounen (smoked pork and broad beans), Gromperekichelcher (potato fritters), and Kachkéis (soft cheese) are among the traditional flavors prominent in Luxembourg cuisine.

*Dutch cuisine stands out with its simple and hearty character. While seafood, potatoes, and cheese are among the basic elements of the cuisine, practical and everyday food culture is widespread. Gouda and Edam cheeses, Haring (raw herring), Bitterballen, and Stroopwafel are among the best-known flavors of Dutch cuisine.

*If optional tours and activities or program options such as boat trips are explicitly stated in the program, they are organized with a minimum participation of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.

*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.

*Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities or for any reason to be visited or conducted are not carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such tours or excursions.

ACCOMMODATION
*During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. 

*Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type. 

*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

*Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited.

*In case of possible disruptions, our agency, due to technical problems reported to us by hotel management, reserves the right to change the hotel names provided that the hotel category remains the same.

CLOTHING and REQUIRED ITEMS
*For the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, we recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards, and chargers. For the Autumn and Winter period, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm, an umbrella, and a light raincoat.

ABOUT AIRLINE TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Flight times and airline ticket reservation number information are shared by our agency before the tour date. Due to group reservations, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket. Our check-in procedures are carried out by our agency.

*At registration, the name, date of birth, passport and identity number on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation or change of airline tickets arising from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.

*In cases where you fail to join the flight because you arrived late or due to reasons related to your own circumstances and could not catch the plane, our agency is not responsible for the losses arising from payments made to hotels and airlines.

*Our agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Routes may change depending on the city where the plane will land. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before departure dates.  Our agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

*Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*During the journey, wearing your seat belt is mandatory. For passengers aged 0-4, it is mandatory to bring a “car baby seat.” In case of non-compliance with the rules, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or penalties to be applied.

*All vehicles offered by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service if they are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model and age.

*Including the tours specified in the program, in cases where, on the day and time corresponding to the tour, it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to roads closed for any event or because the local authorities do not permit visiting or entering, or due to weather conditions, our Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the tours in question. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within available means.

*During your trip, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the order of reservation. Even if the assigned seat numbers are the same in numbering, the direction, place, or position may differ. Placement is made in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the current country.

LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and ID LOSSES
*Throughout your trip, when leaving the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.

*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, since the Agency official/guide must continue the Tour Program for the other traveling guests as promised by the agency, you should know that they will act on their own responsibility in all arrangements related to passport procedures, return, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency accepts no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.

*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour

HEALTH
*We do not think that you will encounter any problem that would threaten your health with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits such as bananas and pineapples whose skins can be peeled.

We strongly recommend that, against possible health problems or injuries that may occur for reasons beyond your control, you obtain a report and invoice from the health units where you receive treatment. It will be useful for you in insurance-related procedures if needed.

Tour Program
Izmir - Düsseldorf - Münster - Amsterdam
We meet at the designated time in the morning at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal, complete our passport and baggage procedures, and board our SunExpress Airlines flight to Düsseldorf on a direct flight. Upon arrival, we take our seats in the vehicle waiting for us and head to Münster, a historic city in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, known for its importance in education. After touring this historic city, famous for its traditional German life, water mills, and the world-renowned Münster Cathedral, and taking beautiful photos, we continue on to Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands. Upon arrival in the city, after our orientation tour carried out with the guidance and instructions of our tour guide, we will give you free time for dinner. After meeting again, we settle into our hotel in Amsterdam, where we will stay for 2 nights.
Amsterdam - Zaanse Schans - Volendam - Amsterdam Canal Tour
After breakfast at our hotel in Amsterdam, we head to Zaanse Schans, located 20 minutes from Amsterdam, a town that resembles an open-air museum with its canals, historic houses, windmills, and workshops where we can observe traditional Dutch life. After completing our visit here and enjoying some free time, we move on to Volendam, another beautiful town famous for fishing and clog making in the Netherlands. Upon arrival, we take a break to see the charming souvenir shops, take photos, shop, and enjoy coffee. At the end of our free time, we return to the city center and head to the port to take our Canal Tour (included in the price). On our tour of the Amsterdam Canal district, known as the “Venice of the North,” we experience the city’s full beauty from the canals. While cruising by boat along these centuries-old canals, which have earned a place on the UNESCO World Heritage List, you will have the opportunity to take wonderful photos. During our canal tour, we will see the Westerkerk Protestant Calvinist Church, located on the same street as the Anne Frank House, Amsterdam Central Station, and the city’s historic buildings, while also observing local life. After the canal tour, we continue exploring Amsterdam, visiting the Stock Exchange Building, Dam Square, the famous Red Light District, the Royal Palace, and the Wax Museum – Madame Tussauds. Following our dinner break in the city center, we return to our hotel.
Amsterdam - The Hague - Rotterdam - Brussels
After having breakfast at our hotel, we set off for The Hague, the small and modern city on the North Sea coast and the administrative capital of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, home to the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court. Upon arrival in the city, we visit the International Court of Justice, the Mauritshuis Museum (where the Girl with a Pearl Earring is housed), the Prime Minister’s office, and the Royal Palace, with explanations from our guide, and take souvenir photos. We then continue our tour to Rotterdam, the Netherlands’ second-largest city after Amsterdam and an important trade center. We listen to our guide explain how this city, which had been almost completely destroyed during World War II, was transformed into such a beautiful city during the 20-year period between 1950 and 1970. In the city, we see the Erasmus Bridge, named after Desiderius Erasmus, one of the most important representatives of the Humanist movement, which connects the north and south sides separated by the Nieuwe Maas River, as well as the Euromast Tower, Hotel New York, Markthal, and the Cube Houses. After some free time for lunch, we depart for Brussels, the capital of Belgium and the European Union. Upon arrival, we begin our Brussels city tour, famous for its history, festivals, and chocolates from past to present. With explanations from our guide, we see the Royal Palaces, the Palace of Justice, the City Hall, the Guild Houses, the Manneken Pis statue, and the Grand Place. After the free time we will be given at the end of the tour, we meet our guide at the designated time and settle into our hotel. Accommodation will be at our hotel in Brussels.
Brussels - Bruges - Paris
After breakfast at our hotel, we set off for Bruges, Belgium. We begin our tour of Bruges, a city that has preserved its historical texture and medieval architecture in all its splendor to the present day, and is also known as the city of lovers, where you will feel as if you are in a fairy tale. Some of the places to be seen include Grote Markt, where the statues of Jan Breydel and Pieter de Coninck are also located, Burg Square, Begijnhof, Minnewaterpark, Guild Houses, the Basilica of the Holy Blood, the Belfry Bell Tower, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1999, and the City Hall. After the information provided by our guide and some free time, we meet again at the designated time and depart for Paris. Upon arrival in Paris, the most popular fashion city of France and Europe, after our panoramic tour with our guide’s explanations, we come to Trocadéro Square, where we take iconic photos of the Eiffel Tower from across the river, and continue to the Arc de Triomphe, one of the most important structures in Paris. Afterwards, we have free time on Champs-Élysées Avenue with our guide’s directions. After gathering again, we head to our hotel in Paris, where we will stay for 2 nights.
Full Day Paris
After having breakfast at our hotel, we head to Champs de Mars, where the Eiffel Tower is located, which is both a symbol of France and one of the world’s most famous cities, for a full program spanning fashion, art, gastronomy, and history. After our guide’s explanations, we are given free time to take beautiful and unforgettable photos and to enjoy our morning coffee at the famous cafés. After gathering again, to see the city in a completely different ambiance, we embark on the Seine River Boat and Paris Dream tour, which is included in the price. As we pass under the magnificent bridges built over the river, we view from the outside Paris’s notable historical buildings, Île de la Cité, the world-famous Notre Dame Cathedral dedicated to the Virgin Mary, which was recently devastated by an unexpected fire, the Palace of Justice, the Conciergerie Prison, City Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Louvre Museum. After our pleasant boat ride, we board our waiting vehicle and begin touring the city. We start by seeing the Pantheon Church, located in the square right in front of Sorbonne University, where the graves of world-famous scientists and artists are located, originally in Rome (J.J. Rousseau, Madame Curie, Voltaire, etc.). We then continue on to the Luxembourg Palace, Napoleon’s Tomb (Les Invalides), Opera Square, Alexander Bridge, Saint Michel District, the American Church, the National Assembly, and the Orsay Museum, before reaching the Montmartre area, known as the “Painters’ Hill,” where bohemian life still continues. With those who wish, we take the funicular up to Painters’ Hill, see the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, and then give free time in its charming restaurants where you can taste Paris’s famous dishes or delicious crepes. At the end of the free time, we return to our hotel in Paris.
Paris - Reims - Luxembourg - Metz
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Reims, the ancient capital of the Gauls, whose history dates back to the Roman Empire. Upon arrival, during our walking tour, we will see the Notre Dame Cathedral (Cathedral of Notre-Dame of Reims), famous for its stained glass by Chagall and home to Reims’ renowned Smiling Angel statue, the Boulingrin Covered Market, and the Reims Opera, which was rebuilt on the site of the Grand Theatre destroyed with the outbreak of World War I. After completing our tour with the guidance of our tour leader, we will have free time. After regrouping, we take our seats on the coach and travel to Luxembourg City, which shares its name with the country and was once selected as the European Capital of Culture. Being a founding member of the European Union, NATO, OECD, the United Nations, the Benelux Community, and the Western European Union, we begin our city tour upon arrival in the city protected on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We see the Adolphe Bridge, an arched structure built between 1900 and 1903 to provide safe passage over the Pétrusse River, and Ville Haute. Among the sights to be seen is the Grand Ducal Palace (Palais Grand-Ducal), built as the city hall between 1572 and 1795. After our orientation tour in the center, we have free time for dinner. After the free time, we depart for Metz, a medieval city in the Lorraine region of France. After a short journey, we settle into our hotel in Metz.
Metz - Colmar - Strasbourg
After breakfast at our hotel, we set off for Colmar, a charming medieval town situated between the Vosges Mountains and the Rhine Plain, known as the capital of the Alsace Wine Route. Upon our arrival in Colmar, we begin our city tour by seeing the Statue of Liberty Monument at the city entrance, as Colmar is the hometown of Bartholdi, the designer of the Statue of Liberty in the United States. We then, with the explanations of our guide, visit the La Maison des Têtes (House of Heads), Maison Pfister (Pfister House), Unterlinden Museum, Bartholdi Museum, and Dominican Church in Colmar’s city center. At the end of the tour, we enjoy free time in the city’s most famous area, known as “Little Venice” (Petite Venice), with its canals and colorful houses. After strolling here and taking unforgettable photos, we continue on a pleasant journey through scenic landscapes to Strasbourg, one of France’s important major cities, renowned for its historical and cultural riches in Europe. Our Strasbourg tour begins with the Notre Dame Strasbourg Cathedral, a Gothic masterpiece standing 142 meters tall and ranked as the sixth tallest church in the world. We explore the cathedral’s magnificent stained-glass windows, impressive astronomical clock, and the unique views from its towers. We continue our visit by seeing important landmarks such as the Rohan Palace, the European Parliament, the Covered Bridges, and the Tanners’ Quarter. Afterwards, we head to Petite France, one of Strasbourg’s most charming districts. Famous for its half-timbered houses, cobblestone streets, and enchanting canals, this district offers the opportunity to capture unique photographs. At the end of our visit, we are given free time to explore the city further and have dinner. At the time determined by our guide, we meet again and check into our hotel, where we will spend the night, concluding our day.
Strasbourg - Stuttgart - Izmir
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we set off toward Stuttgart Airport in southwest Germany. After completing our passport and customs procedures to take our seats on the Sun Express Airlines flight that will take us to Adnan Menderes Airport, we begin our return journey. Upon our arrival in Izmir at local time, we say our goodbyes and part ways, hoping to meet again on another travel program. NOTE: On our tour dated 18-25 September 2026, due to our return flight being at 16:15, a short city tour will be conducted in central Stuttgart, after which we will proceed to Stuttgart Airport.
