VISA
Ordinary Passport ✅ Visa Required
Green Passport ❌ Visa Not Required
Service Passport ❌ Visa Not Required
You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you. To avoid any problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer on duty at border entry and exit for a document showing the parents' mutual consent; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
*As of April 10, 2026, under the European Entry/Exit System (EES) implemented in European Union countries, passport control procedures at border crossings are carried out by collecting biometric data (fingerprint and facial recognition).
Due to this application, situations such as congestion, long waiting times, system delays, or biometric data not being readable may occur at airports and border gates.
These processes are entirely under the control of the relevant country’s border security units, and our agency has no authority to intervene. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for delays, waiting times, and related program disruptions that may occur.
It is strongly recommended that our guests' passports be physically in suitable condition, that there are no circumstances that could prevent biometric data from being taken (cuts, wounds, excessive cream, etc.), and that sufficient time be allowed for border procedures.
“This application is an international security procedure, and all guests purchasing the tour are deemed to have accepted this process.”
HEALTH
We do not expect any health issues that would threaten your health from meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend being careful about what you eat and drink, definitely consuming only bottled water, avoiding ice, milk and dairy products, eating meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eating fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples.
We strongly recommend that in case of health problems or injuries arising from reasons beyond your control, you obtain a report and invoice from the health facilities where you receive treatment. This will be beneficial if needed for insurance-related procedures.
