ISTANBUL – BARCELONA

Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal. Flight to Barcelona with Turkish Airlines scheduled service. Following our arrival in Barcelona, we begin our city tour. Sights to be seen include the Christopher Columbus Monument, La Sagrada Familia Church, La Ramblas Street, Montjuic Hill, Spain and Catalunya Squares, Paseo de Gracia, Gran Via Street, the Andalusian Arena and the Olympic Port, and Park Güell, one of the works of Spanish modernist architect Antoni Gaudí, an open-air museum adorned with colorful mosaics and organic shapes, one of Barcelona's most iconic and captivating spots. After the city tour, transfer to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

BARCELONA – VALENCIA

After breakfast, Valencia, the beautiful city on the Costa del Azahar coast of the Mediterranean in eastern Spain, awaits us. Valencia, which ranks as the third largest city in the country after Madrid and Barcelona, is among the cities that must be seen in the world with its historical and cultural riches. During our tour in Valencia, we will see El Micalet Cathedral, the arena where bullfights are held, Dela Virgen, Torres De Seranos Cathedral and Bell Tower, Mercado Central, the historic commercial center La Lonja and the National Museum. But we will not only visit historical buildings; we will also visit the City of Science and Arts, completed in recent years, which includes Europe’s largest Aquarium and the Hemisferic, a giant dome that takes you on a journey into the depths of the universe, along with dozens of other fascinating attractions. After our tour, dinner and accommodation.

VALENCIA – GRANADA

After breakfast, we depart for Granada. Our first stop in Granada will be the Alhambra Palace, with its magnificent gardens and incredibly beautiful decorations. During our long palace tour, we will both admire the wonders of the Beni Ahmer Kingdom and, upon leaving the palace, embrace Granada as seen from San Nicholas Hill. The city awaits us; in Albacin, the old Arab quarter, we will walk the steep streets accompanied by the pleasant melodies of street musicians, see the Morabutin Mosque, and reach the city’s main street, Gran Via, and Isabel de Catholica Square, named after the queen. After a short coffee break, the Granada Cathedral and bazaars, which we will see from the outside, await us. Our guests who wish may stroll through the bazaars of this beautiful city, while those who wish may taste the famous tapas in the cafes of the city’s many beautiful squares that greet you at every corner. GRANADA – SEVILLE

After breakfast, we depart for Seville. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour. Plaza de Espanya, Maria Luisa Park, Seville Cathedral, which was once the Great Mosque of Seville and was converted into a church, becoming the largest cathedral in Spain today through additions over centuries, with its courtyard annex still standing, will be seen panoramically, as well as the Giralda minaret, which was once the mosque’s minaret and later turned into a bell tower. After the city tour, our stop is Seville Fashion Outlet. After shopping and free time, gathering at the time determined by our guide and departure to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

SEVILLE – CORDOBA – TOLEDO – MADRID

After breakfast, we head to Cordoba, the capital of Andalusia. Upon arrival in Cordoba, we see the Roman bridge, the river Vadi Elkebir (Guadalquivir), and enter the old city of Cordoba through the Roman gate. The Great Mosque of Cordoba, one of the main works of Islamic architecture left from the Umayyads with 850 columns, part of which was converted into a cathedral after the fall of Andalusia but still preserves its magnificence, the Jewish quarter, and the Cordoba Synagogue built in Andalusian architecture, after seeing the statues of famous Andalusian emirs in the old streets of Cordoba and the remaining parts of the city walls that have survived to the present day, we depart for Toledo, one of the world’s most beautiful historic medieval cities, protected by UNESCO, after the old libraries located by the river Vadi Elkebir. In Toledo, there is the Toledo Cathedral built on the remains of an old mosque, historic Toledo streets, and many works of the famous painter El Greco, identified with Toledo. At the end of the tour, we depart for Madrid. Arrival in Madrid, dinner and accommodation.

MADRID – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we begin our city tour. The places to be seen include, respectively; Gran Via Street, Plaza de España, Don Quixote Monument, Pyramids, Royal Palace (from outside), the ruins of the Great Mosque of Madrid, Plaza Mayor Square, Puerto del Sol Square, then free time, Paseyo de la Castellana Street, Sibele Monument, and the Real Madrid Stadium. After our city tour, we depart for the airport at the time determined by our guide. After baggage and ticket procedures, departure for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines scheduled service and the end of our tour.

Need to Know

1 – The hotels in the tour program are an estimated hotel list. Depending on availability in the region, accommodation may be provided in other hotels of the same standard. You can learn the exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.

2 – The hotels or restaurants used on tours may also serve alcohol. Depending on regional conditions, our company pays attention to using alcohol-free venues whenever possible. However, especially in Europe, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.

3 – Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed may be a smaller folding bed than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.

4 – Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.

5 – We recommend that guests joining visa-required tours read our cancellation and refund terms and register for a tour that allows enough time for their visa to be issued. For European tours, we recommend that you register 2 months in advance and complete your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In any disruption caused by the visa, our company’s cancellation and refund terms shall apply.

6 – Our company bears no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide you with consultancy services regarding document collection, organization, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. For the refund of the fee paid for the tour, the cancellation and refund terms shall apply.

7 – On every tour, do not forget to bring slippers and a prayer rug with you. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling to, we may not always have access to a mosque or prayer room. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.

8 – With our agency’s approval, our guide has the right to make changes to the program and, depending on the weather and/or force majeure, cancel certain places in the sightseeing points. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.

9 – In cases such as the consumer or the agency canceling the tour, etc.; the refund will be made in the currency and in the manner in which the guest paid. (If payment was made by credit card in TL, refund to the card in TL. If payment was made in foreign currency, refund in foreign currency.)

10 – In airline companies, there is a sequential flight rule due to protocol agreement. If the consumer misses any flight segment, all remaining flight segments are canceled. No cancellation/refund or change can be made in any way.

11 – We kindly request that our guests do not purchase domestic connecting flights individually due to possible changes in flight times on our tours or delays in connecting flights. The connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In case of a delay, etc. on the domestic segment, a free ticket is issued for the next international flight.

 

 

GENERAL TERMS

The general terms are an inseparable part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Agreement’, and cannot be considered independently.

 

Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the excursion, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you by the operations department.

In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by our agency 48 hours before departure.

Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, our Agency is responsible for the guests.

This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.

Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas of up to a minimum of 10 people, and for groups exceeding this number, there may be a price increase. Please inquire for price information.

If the passport issue date on regular passports is more than 10 years old, and for other passport types more than 5 years old, the person traveling cannot leave the country, even if they have a valid visa, and visa processing cannot be done on the passport. Please check your passport information and details.

When leaving Turkey through customs, passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types, from Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa, (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic). Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. Our Agency has no compensation obligation towards the passenger due to the inability of passport holders with less than 6 months validity to join the tour.

Our agency is an intermediary between the consumers participating in the excursion and all kinds of third parties and legal entities that provide services related to ships, hotels, carrier companies, and other services related to the excursion. Therefore, the consumers who register for the excursion by contacting the agency are aware that, contrary to the agreements made between the agency and the institutions undertaking transportation, they are not present in the indicated vehicle programs, times, and places; for all kinds of delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war, and the possibility of war, these or similar force majeure events; for all kinds of disruptions arising from the operator's own fault or the personal faults of third parties or unforeseeable technical matters; for material and moral damage in accidents; for deficient accommodation or faulty services of the facilities; since the agency is not the operator, it does not have existing responsibility and is not directly liable as the principal offender. The parties are aware of this.

For all customs-controlled international departures, you must be ready at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Especially guests who will arrive at ports or airports by domestic flight from other cities need to arrange their flight times according to the time they must be at the port. Therefore, the responsibility for being late and/or not being able to join the tour lies with the passenger, and our Agency has no compensation obligation towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, we recommend that you complete the check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.

Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited, and generally with a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are fold-out and called couch beds, the tour participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the type of bed in 3rd-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply to a single child staying with 2 adults - matching the applicable age group.

Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.

When children under 18 who are not considered adults do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the consent forms required for participation in the tour with them during the trip.

Panoramic city tours are 2–3 hour tours organized to introduce cities and may be held on different days provided that the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Extra tours are carried out with the number of participants determined by the tour leader, and the days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.

It is necessary for people to have their health issues, pregnancy status, medications they use regularly, and reports related to these medications with them when participating in the tour.

On extra tours to be made along the route, guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can benefit from public transportation located along the route before entering the city.

A passport is an official document, and if it is damaged, dirty, or especially torn in the stitching or pages in any way, passport police have the authority to deny you entry to the country. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents requested by the consulate are required. A Schengen visa is required for this program. There is no visa application for green passports. Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. Passport police have the authority to deny entry to the passenger. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
