After our tour, we will continue exploring Barcelona with our guests; it is time to get lost in the city’s back streets. Starting from Catalunya Square, Barcelona Cathedral and Cathedral Square, ‘El Call’, considered the best-preserved Jewish Quarter in Spain after Girona, located in Barcelona, Saint Jaume Square and the remains of the historic Roman city right next to the square, Saint Neri Square, Plaza Reial, Mercat de la Boqueria, one of the oldest markets in the city and even in Europe, and finally Font de Canaletes fountain are among the places we will explore on foot during our tour. BARCELONA – SITGES – VALENCIA
After breakfast at the hotel, departure for Valencia. On the way, we will see the famous town of Sitges, one of Europe’s favorites among the elite. Sitges is located 35 km southwest of Barcelona. With the spirit of a typical Mediterranean town and its perfect location between the mountains and the sea, it has been one of the rising resorts in recent years. We will lose ourselves in its historic streets, starting our visit with the magical stairs of the San Bartolome-Santa Tecla Cathedral. This cathedral, dating from the 17th century, was built on the remains of older Romanesque and Gothic churches. After admiring this magnificent cathedral, our next journey through the historic streets of Sitges takes us to the Maricel Palace and Museum, one of the rare examples of Modernism within the old town center, a true paradise for collectors. Right across from it is the Cau Ferrat Museum, the home of Santiago Rusiñol, one of the leaders of the modernist movement in the Catalonia region. As he began exhibiting his paintings here in Sitges, he played a major role in making the town so well known. After seeing the colorful houses and charming bars in the narrow streets where the Sitges Festival, held every year and attracting thousands of people to horror and fantasy film categories, takes place, we will continue our journey. Valencia is Spain’s 3rd largest city by population and has the largest port. In this city, which brings together the old and the new, both historic structures and modern buildings coexist. VALENCIA – GRANADA
After breakfast, we depart to discover Granada. Our first stop in Granada will be the Alhambra Palace with its magnificent gardens and incredibly beautiful decorations. During our long palace tour, we will both admire the wonders of the Kingdom of the Nasrids and embrace Granada, which we will see from San Nicolas Hill after leaving the palace. The city awaits us; in Albacin, the old Arab quarter, we will wander the steep streets accompanied by the pleasant melodies of street musicians, see the Mosque of the Morabits, and reach the city’s main avenue, Gran Via Avenue, and Isabel de Catholica Square, named after the queen. After a short coffee break, Granada Cathedral, which we will see from the outside, and the bazaars await us. SEVILLE – CORDOBA – TOLEDO – MADRID
After breakfast, we depart towards Cordoba, the capital of Andalusia. Upon arrival in Cordoba, we see the Roman bridge, the Valley of the Guadalquivir River, and enter the old city of Cordoba through the Roman Gate. The Great Mosque of Cordoba, one of the main works of Islamic architecture with 850 columns remaining from the Umayyads, part of which was converted into a cathedral after the fall of Andalusia but still retains its grandeur, the Jewish quarter, and the Cordoba Synagogue built in Andalusian architecture are among the sights. After seeing the statues of famous Andalusian rulers in the old Cordoba streets and the surviving parts of the city walls, we continue to Toledo, one of the world’s most beautiful historic medieval cities, protected by UNESCO, after viewing the old libraries located along the Guadalquivir River. In Toledo, there is Toledo Cathedral, built on the remains of an old mosque, the historic streets of Toledo, and many works by the famous painter El Greco, who is identified with Toledo. 1 – The hotels in the tour program are provisional hotel list. Depending on availability in the area, accommodation may be at other hotels of the same standard. You can learn the exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.
2 – The hotels or restaurants used on tours may also serve alcohol. Depending on local conditions, our company tries to use non-alcoholic venues as much as possible. However, especially under European conditions, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.
3 – Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed may be a smaller foldable bed than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.
4 – Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
5 – We advise our guests participating in a tour with a visa to read our cancellation/refund conditions and register for a tour for which their visas will be ready in time. For European tours, we recommend registering 2 months in advance and completing your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In case of any problem arising from the visa, our company’s cancellation/refund conditions apply.
6 – Our company bears no responsibility for visas obtained through us. We only provide consulting services regarding document collection, organization, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, there is no refund for the visa fee paid. The cancellation/refund conditions apply for the refund of the tour fee paid.
7 – Please remember to bring slippers and a prayer mat with you on every tour. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling in, we may not always have access to a mosque or prayer room at every time of prayer. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.
8 – Our guide, with the approval of our agency, has the right to make changes to the program and cancel some places in the sightseeing points depending on the weather and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.
9 – In cases such as the consumer or the agency canceling the tour, etc.; the refund is made in the currency paid by the guest and in the same way it was paid. (If paid by credit card in TRY, refund to the card in TRY. If paid in foreign currency, refund in foreign currency.)
10 – Due to protocol agreements with airlines, there is a sequential flight rule. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are canceled. No cancellation/refund or changes can be made in any way.
11 – We kindly ask our guests not to purchase domestic flights individually due to possible changes in flight times or delays in connecting flights that may occur on our tours. The connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In the event of delays, etc. on the domestic flight, a free ticket is issued for the next international flight.

GENERAL TERMS |
The general terms are an inseparable part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Contract’, and cannot be considered separately.
‣Our tour program is arranged with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you by the operations department.
‣In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before departure.
‣Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, our Agency is responsible for the guests.
‣This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣Our prices in all package programs are limited to a minimum quota of 10 people; for group bookings with more participants, the price may increase. Please ask for pricing information.
‣If the passport issue date in regular passports is more than 10 years ago, and more than 5 years ago for other passport types, the person traveling cannot leave the country even if they have a valid visa, and visa application processing for the passport cannot be done. Please check your passport information and details.
‣At passport control when exiting Turkish customs, for all passport types (Ordinary, Special, Service, Diplomatic) from Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa, a minimum validity of 6 months is required as of the travel date. Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. Our agency has no compensation obligation to the passenger due to the inability of holders of passports with less than 6 months validity to participate in the tour.
‣Our agency acts as an intermediary for consumers participating in the tour with the cruise line, hotel, transport companies, and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing other services related to the tour. Therefore, the consumers who register for the trip by contacting us are aware that, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; the Agency is not directly liable as the principal responsible for not being present at the indicated vehicle schedules, times, and locations; for all kinds of delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, and similar force majeure reasons; for any disruptions arising from the driver’s own fault or the personal fault of third parties or unforeseeable technical matters; for financially or morally damaging accidents; for accommodation deficiencies or faulty services of the facilities, and that the Agency does not have existing liability because it is not the operator.
‣For all customs-controlled international departures, passengers must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Guests arriving from other cities via domestic flights to ports or airports must arrange their flight times according to the time they are required to be at the port. Therefore, in case of delay and/or inability to join the tour, responsibility lies with the passenger, and our Agency has no compensation obligation to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in website, passengers are advised to complete check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.
‣Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣Breakfasts included in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country where you are staying and are generally known as Continental breakfast, consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
‣Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or couch beds, participants in the tour are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults, matching the age group.
‣Since there are a limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before reservation.
‣If children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their parents, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried with them during travel.
‣Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities and may be held on different days as long as the content does not change. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out such excursions or tours.
‣Participants must bring with them any health issues, pregnancy status, regularly used medications, and reports related to these medications when joining the tour.
‣On extra tours to be carried out along the route, guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can benefit from public transportation located along the route before entering the city.
