The Bali Government will apply a Tourist Tax to foreign tourists traveling by air, sea, and land. The tax will need to be paid electronically and will not apply to domestic Indonesian tourists. All foreign visitors will be charged a tourism tax of 150,000 IDR (10 USD).

1- Our passengers will be able to fill in the data and pay the fee by logging into the Love Bali application from the Website or Mobile at https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id before arriving at the Bali arrival gate.

2- The payment methods to be used must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, and QRIS.

3- If payment cannot be made through the Love Bali application, foreign tourists will need to make cashless payments at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.

4- When the transaction is successful, our foreign tourist passengers will receive a notification that the fee has been paid. After payment is completed, our passengers will be able to enter the country.

 

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT 

This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour starts. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years. 

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application. 

To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

Since our guests under 18 may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of the mother and father by the police officer on duty at the country entry/exit points when traveling alone or with only one parent, we advise our guests under 18 and their parents to be careful about this issue.

HEALTH

For entry into Indonesia, all Covid vaccinations must be complete. A negative PCR test 48 hours before the flight and another PCR test upon arrival in the country and again on the 3rd day are required. We do not think there will be any problem in the food that will adversely affect your health. We recommend not drinking tap water.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the type of bed. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts taken at the hotel within the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY    

The currency of Indonesia (IDR) is the Indonesian Rupiah. It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE     

There is a + time difference between Indonesia and Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, the time is 16:00 in all three countries

TELEPHONE USE    

Your mobile phone line can be used if international calls (roaming) are open. Communication may be difficult in some areas.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS  

We recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE           

Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in meals.

SHOPPING          

In addition to souvenirs, it is possible to find handicraft products specific to the country visited and natural food and beverage items.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. 

The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport services fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, performed panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration and not including museum or archaeological site entries. In panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if the tour cannot take place on the day and time due to places not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, and in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the failure of the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Bali - Ubud
We meet at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, and after ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, we begin our flight to Bali on a scheduled Turkish Airlines service. Arriving in Bali toward the evening local time, we transfer to our hotel in Ubud with our private vehicle waiting for us. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast, the day is free. Those who wish may join the Kintamani (Volcano) tour, optionally arranged by our guide (with lunch – 80 USD). On this tour, we first go to the Tegalalang rice terraces. Here, you can walk among the rice fields and swing on the famous long swings, one of Bali’s most popular activities. Then we head to Kintamani to see the unique beauty of Mount Batur and have lunch accompanied by views of the crater lake. After the meal, we visit a local coffee producer to taste the famous local Luwak coffee, as well as various types of tea and coffee. After enjoying our coffees, we visit Tirta Empul Temple, also known as the Holy Water Temple. We then return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional Sacred Monkey Forest tour (including lunch – 80 USD) organized by our guide. On our tour, we first head to the Sacred Monkey Forest, the symbol of Ubud. Here we visit the monkeys and then the Pura Saraswati Temple, famous for its uniquely beautiful architecture, and immediately after that we go to Ubud Market, where you can find various souvenir options. We then go to a local restaurant for our meal. After lunch, we will visit Tegenungan Waterfall, which offers a visual feast. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Ubud - Bali
After breakfast, we will check out of our rooms and head to our hotel in Bali. We will spend the entire day enjoying the sea. Guests who wish may join the optional “Bali Breezes” tour (Lunch Included - 85 USD), organized by our guide. We depart from our hotel toward the Klungkung region. Our first stop will be Penglipuran Village, famous for its traditional houses. Here, we will visit the houses and observe closely how the local Balinese people live. After lunch at a local restaurant with magnificent views, we will continue our journey through roads surrounded by tropical forests toward the Bukit Jambul region. We will visit Besakih Temple, the main temple of Balinese Hinduism, and learn detailed information about Hinduism. Then we will visit Kehen Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in Bali and the central temple of the Bangli Kingdom. After our final stop, we will proceed to our new hotel in Bali. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, the day is free. Guests who wish may join the optional Uluwatu Temple & Padang Padang Beach & Jimbaran Seafood Dinner Tour, which will be organized by our guide and starts at noon and ends after dinner (85 USD). Departing from our hotel around midday, we arrive at Uluwatu Temple. Built in the 11th century atop a 75-meter cliff, this temple is one of Bali’s most important temples, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Indian Ocean. After our visit to the temple, we head to the small cove of Padang Padang Beach, which you may remember from the film Eat Pray Love, for a swimming and relaxation break where you can enjoy the Indian Ocean. We conclude the day with our seafood dinner at sunset on Jimbaran Beach, in restaurants with tables set along the shore. After enjoying the sunset and breathtaking natural scenery, we return to our hotel to rest. Our guides, who will be with you throughout the day, will assist you with any requests you may have. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast, the day is free. Those who wish may join the optional Nusa Penida Island Tour with lunch, organized by our guide (95 USD). We will reach Nusa Penida Island by ferry from the Sanur region. With its untouched nature, steep cliffs, and turquoise sea, the island holds the title of the most photographed island. On the island, we first visit Kelingking Beach, which resembles the silhouette of a T-Rex, Broken Beach, and Angel’s Billabong. After that, we have our lunch and then head to Crystal Bay. We end our day with a visit to Crystal Bay, where we will have the opportunity for a short swim and snorkeling, and then return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Bali - Istanbul
After breakfast, you will have free time. Those who wish may join our guide’s optional “Tanah Lot Temple” tour (45 USD) before the airport transfer. Built in the 16th century, this temple means “Land on the Sea.” Constructed on the rocks above the ocean, this temple greets its visitors throughout the day as if dancing over the ocean. After the tour, we return to our hotel. After check-out, upon arrival at the airport, we complete our check-in procedures. We depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight.
