VERY IMPORTANT NOTES
1 – The hotels in the tour program are estimated hotel list. Depending on availability in the region, accommodations may be in other hotels of the same standard. You can learn the exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.
2 – Hotels or restaurants used on tours may also serve alcohol. Depending on local conditions, our company pays attention to using alcohol-free venues as much as possible. However, especially in Europe, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol. 
3 – Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed may be a smaller folding bed than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.
4 – Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
5 – For our guests joining visa-required tours, we recommend that you read our cancellation/refund conditions and register for a tour where your visa will be ready in time. For Europe tours, we recommend registering 2 months in advance and completing your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In case of any issue arising from the visa, our company’s cancellation/refund conditions apply.
6 – Our company bears no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide consulting services regarding document collection, organization, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. For the tour fee paid, cancellation/refund conditions apply.
7 – Do not forget to bring slippers and a prayer rug on every tour. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling in, we may not always have access to a mosque or prayer room. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray. 
8 – Our guide, with the approval of our agency, has the right to make changes to the program and to cancel some places in the sightseeing points depending on weather conditions and/or force majeure. All guests joining our tour are deemed to have accepted this. 
9 – In cases such as the consumer or the agency canceling the tour, the refund will be made in the currency paid by the guest and in the same manner it was paid. (If payment was made in TL by credit card, refund to the card in TL. If payment was made in foreign currency, refund in foreign currency.)
10 – In airline companies, due to protocol agreement, there is a sequential flight rule. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are canceled. Cancellation/refund or changes cannot be made under any circumstances.
11 – We kindly ask our guests not to purchase domestic connecting flights individually due to possible changes in aircraft times or delays in connecting flights that may occur on our tours. The connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In case of delays, etc. on the domestic leg, a free ticket is issued for the next international flight.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The general conditions are an integral part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Contract’ and cannot be considered independently.

‣Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the excursion, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through operations.
‣In cases where category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
‣Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, Hünkar Turizm guests are under the responsibility of Hünkar Turizm.
‣This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas for a minimum of 10 people, and there may be a price increase for your groups above that number. Please ask for pricing information.
‣If the passport issue date in regular passports is more than 10 years ago, and more than 5 years ago in other passport types, even if the person participating in the trip has a valid visa, they cannot travel abroad and a visa cannot be processed in the passport. Please check your passport information and details.
‣When leaving Turkish customs, passport control requires a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types, including Turkish citizens, foreign nationals, or passports with a valid visa, (Ordinary, Special Sealed, Service Sealed, Diplomatic). Therefore, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. Hünkar Turizm has no compensation liability to the passenger because passport holders with less than 6 months validity cannot join the tour.
‣Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the trip and all kinds of third parties and legal entities that provide ship, hotel, carrier companies and other services related to the trip. Therefore, consumers who register for the trip by applying to the Agency, contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation; understand that Hünkar Turizm is not liable for not being present in the indicated vehicle programs, times, places, delays of land, air and sea vehicles of any kind, strike, terror, war and the possibility of war, or similar force majeure, any disruptions arising from the fault of the person using the transport vehicle or from the personal faults of third parties or unforeseen technical matters, materially and morally damaged accidents, inadequate accommodation or faulty services of facilities, and due to the Agency not having the status of operator, it is not directly liable as the principal offender. 
‣On all customs-controlled overseas departures, you must be ready at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. In particular, guests arriving from other cities by domestic flights to ports or airports must arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. Therefore, the responsibility for being late and/or being unable to join the tour belongs to the passenger, and Hünkar Turizm has no compensation liability to the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, we recommend that you complete check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure. 
‣Hünkar Turizm acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times must be confirmed by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
‣The breakfasts served at the hotel as part of the included services in the tour program are presented according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu called Continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
‣Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and in these rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and couch beds, the tour participant is deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group.
‣Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before reservation.
‣If children under 18 who are not considered adults do not join the tour with one or both of their mother or father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be kept with them during travel.
‣Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours organized to introduce the cities and may be held on different days as long as the content does not change. Museum and archaeological site entrances are not included. Extra tours are carried out with the number of people to be determined by the tour leader, and their days may be changed by the tour leader according to the flow of the program. Tours may not take place depending on weather conditions. Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or traveled to by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Hünkar Turizm cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
‣People must bring their health issues, pregnancy status, medications they use regularly, and reports related to these medications during participation in the tour.
‣For extra tours to be made on the way, our guests who will not join the tour will be directed by the tour leader to rest areas where they can benefit from public transportation located on the route before entering the city.
‣Tour – Area – Tour Leader – Hotel information will be sent by the operations department via email 48 hours before the tour departure.
‣A passport is an official document, and if it is damaged or dirty in any way, especially if there are tears in the stitching or pages, passport control has the authority to refuse your entry into the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger. 
‣For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the tour and the documents requested by the consulate are required. For this program, visa on arrival applies for Turkish citizens. Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport control has the authority to refuse the passenger entry into the country. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
