Following passport and ticket formalities, we will leave the airport area to begin our city tour en route to Strasbourg. Upon arrival, our panoramic city tour commences. Strasbourg holds historical significance as the birthplace of the French national anthem, "La Marseillaise," and presents itself as a city where Alsatian culture blends seamlessly with French architecture. We will visit the Strasbourg Cathedral (Notre-Dame), which held the title of the world's tallest structure until 1874, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France district adorned with traditional Alsatian houses. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
ALSACE – EGUISHEIM – COLMAR- RIQUEWIHR – ALSACE
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional tour to Eguisheim, Colmar, and Riquewihr (100 EUR). Our first stop is Eguisheim, one of Alsace's charming towns. As you wander through its narrow, picturesque streets, surrounded by colorful houses with wooden windows and balconies adorned with vibrant geraniums, you'll feel as though you've stepped back in time. A member of the "Les Plus Beaux Villages de France" club since 2003, Eguisheim was voted "France's Favorite Village" in 2013. After our visit to Eguisheim, we proceed to our second stop: Colmar. Known for its multicolored houses, flower-lined streets, and enchanting beauty, Colmar holds great significance as the starting point of the Alsace Wine Route. The city's canals, fed by tributaries of the Rhine River, add to its charm. Lining the riverbanks are historic buildings dating back to the 12th century, distinguished by their vivid colors—a defining feature of the city. During our tour of Colmar, we stroll through its carnival-like streets, visiting St. Martin's Cathedral, famous for its large stork nests, Rue Marchande (Merchants' Street), and the Petite Venise ("Little Venice") district. Our final stop is Riquewihr, Alsace's most renowned village. With its harmonious blend of two-story half-timbered and concrete houses, each uniquely colored and shaped, this quaint town of about 1,200 residents attracts over 2 million visitors annually. In this exceptional city where history, culture, and nature intertwine, you won't be able to take enough photos. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation. Please note that depending on regional capacity, lodging may be arranged in nearby cities such as Mulhouse, Colmar, Strasbourg, Basel, or Belfort.
ALSACE – SCHAFFHAUSEN RHINE FALLS – ZURICH – LUCERNE – ALSACE
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional tour to Schaffhausen Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne (110 EUR), arranged by our guide. Our first stop is the Rhine Falls. After a walk around Europe's largest waterfall, accompanied by its enchanting sound, with a width of 150 meters and a height of 23 meters, we head to Zurich, Switzerland's largest city. Located on the shores of Lake Zurich and at the foot of the Alps, Zurich welcomes millions of tourists year-round thanks to its rich history and vibrant culture. The city's name dates back to the Neolithic and Bronze Ages; it was known as Turicum during the Roman occupation in the 2nd century AD. When translated into Swiss German, this name is pronounced "Zuri." According to recent data, Zurich is considered the most livable city in Europe and is also referred to as the cultural capital of Switzerland. Upon arrival, we visit the Grossmünster and Fraumünster churches, as well as St. Peter's Church, which features the largest clock tower in Europe. We then stroll along Bahnhofstrasse, the city's main shopping street. After the tour, we proceed to Lucerne.
