PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT 

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your travel agency.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your travel agency.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports and, if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, ensure the relevant visa is on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.

Since police officers at entry/exit points may request a document showing joint parental consent when guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one parent (mother or father); we recommend that our guests under 18 years of age and their parents exercise caution in this matter.

HEALTH

There is no mandatory vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not anticipate any health-threatening issues with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we advise you to be careful regarding food and drink consumption, strictly consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, consume meat and fish products only if you are sure they are well-cooked, and eat fruits like bananas and pineapples whose peels can be removed.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES      

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency providing services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues in the destination are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers.

Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply to a single (1) child accompanying 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour package, which are part of the services, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

The European currency is Euro (EUR).

It is advisable to carry Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE     

Germany is 1 hour behind Turkey during summer time and 2 hours behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Germany.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS  

If traveling in summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for evenings, and a thin sweater. Additionally, you may bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, cameras, video cameras, and their chargers and spare memory cards. During the winter season, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE           

When German food culture is mentioned, cakes, potatoes, and of course beer come to mind first. This culture offers a wide variety of meats and vegetables, and there is also a very diverse selection of beers and wines.

French cuisine, rooted in the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. Famous for its local drinks and various cheeses, French cuisine is known for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and famous desserts such as crème brûlée, macarons, and soufflés.

Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of German and French cuisines.

Dutch cuisine is not very rich, but its cheeses are worth trying. Other flavors are generally fast-food style.

ELECTRICITY           

Electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING         

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES           

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.

BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. BinRota is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering them on the designated day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. In such cases, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on circumstances, at locations where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – London
You are required to be at Istanbul Airport's International Departures Terminal 3.5 hours before your flight for ticket and check-in procedures. After meeting at the Istanbul Airport International Departures counters, we will complete our baggage and ticket formalities, and our journey to London, United Kingdom, begins on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival in London, we will depart for a panoramic city tour. The sights included in our panoramic tour are: The Tower, Tower Bridge, Hay's Galleria, London Dungeon, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, Piccadilly Circus, Nelson's Column, Trafalgar Square, the National Museum, the famous Harrods department store, Knightsbridge, and the Natural History Museum. Following the tour, you will have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
London
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a full-day tour featuring the London Eye and a Thames River cruise. You will enjoy breathtaking views of London from the giant observation wheel situated on the banks of the River Thames, followed by a scenic boat ride along the river. During the cruise, you will pass iconic landmarks including the Houses of Parliament, St. Paul's Cathedral, and many other symbols of London, offering a unique perspective of the city from the water. In the afternoon, we take a walking tour through Covent Garden, London's vibrant entertainment hub renowned for its restaurants, pubs, and shopping boutiques—often referred to as London's Beyoğlu. Afterward, you will have free time for shopping before visiting the world-famous British Museum. This museum, celebrated for its extensive collections, houses artifacts from Turkey among others. We will spend the night at our hotel.
London
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our tour of Windsor Castle, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and Oxford Street. Windsor Castle, witnessing 900 years of English history, is the world's oldest and largest castle and also serves as one of the Queen's official residences. In the morning, we travel by private coach to the town of Windsor, just outside London. After touring the castle and experiencing British grandeur firsthand, we enjoy free time for lunch while strolling through the charming historic streets of Windsor. In the afternoon, we return to London and visit the museum built in honor of Queen Victoria and her husband, Prince Albert, who died young, where we admire magnificent royal jewels. Later, we have free time on London's world-famous shopping street, Oxford Street. Overnight stay at our hotel.
London
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Greenwich on the opposite bank of the River Thames. Highlights include the Royal Observatory, where the Prime Meridian passes; the historic ship Cutty Sark; and the Maritime Museum. Next, we move to the Notting Hill area, strolling through streets lined with pastel-colored houses and enjoying some free time at Portobello Road Market. In the afternoon, we explore Soho, discovering London's vibrant streets, pubs, and restaurants. The evening is free in central London. Overnight stay at our hotel.
London - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and free time. Transfer to London Airport at the time specified by our guide. Following baggage handling, ticket procedures, and customs formalities, departure for Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines flight. Arrival in Istanbul after a comfortable and pleasant flight, marking the end of our tour. With our arrival, our tour and services conclude.
