PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

VISA

SINGAPORE and THAILAND Visa is not required

For destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list that your agency will provide to you. In order to avoid any problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country's entry and exit points to provide a document showing the joint consent of both parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.

HEALTH

No vaccination is required for entry into Singapore and Thailand. We do not expect the food you will eat to cause any health problems. We recommend that you do not drink tap water.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive services, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions may not take place, or extra tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations are open or closed, as well as weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in these rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible lack of space in the rooms and the bed type. 

Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included among the services provided in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu called a continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee; for groups, they may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Singapore is the Singapore Dollar (SGD).

The currency of Thailand is the Thai Baht (THB).

We recommend that you take small denominations in EURO and Dollars with you during your trip.

TIME ZONE

There is a 5-hour time difference in winter and a 4-hour time difference in summer between Southeast Asia, our destination, and Türkiye.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in the dishes, but throughout the tour you will find that the meals we have are suited to your taste.

SHOPPING

In addition to souvenirs from the countries mentioned, it is possible to find watches and products specific to the country visited, as well as natural food and beverage products. You can also obtain electronic goods and similar items. However, there are restrictions on bringing electronic goods into our country. Items exceeding these limits are confiscated at customs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport where a visa is required) does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing tour and flight. The agency is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visits to or entry into the relevant places on the day and at the time of the tour, or because roads are closed due to any event, and likewise in cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the failure to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, on roads that are closed or at points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
