PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT 

This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. A tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list that your agency will provide to you.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

As guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer on duty at entry and exit points to provide a document showing the joint consent of the parents when travelling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents be sensitive about this matter.

HEALTH

We do not think you will encounter any health-threatening problems with the meals served at good restaurants and hotels in the region. Nevertheless, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking when you are not with the group, consume only bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure have been well cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed when entering the country and returning home.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES      

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive services from, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content and vehicles to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums, archaeological sites or venues at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometres.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the third person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Since additional beds consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds, participants making reservations for a third person and/or children are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible lack of space in the rooms and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at the hotel are provided in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as a continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.

It is advisable to carry American Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE     

The Western United States is 10 hours behind Türkiye during daylight saving time and 11 hours behind during winter time.

For example, when it is 16:30 in Türkiye in winter, it is 06:30 in the Western United States.

USE OF TELEPHONES    

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is enabled for international calls (roaming).

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS  

If you are travelling during the summer season, we recommend bringing easily removable T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs in case of possible noise, a camera, video camera, their chargers and spare memory cards. During the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE           

The country does not have a cuisine unique to itself, and a fast-food-oriented culture predominates. However, you can find many culinary traditions in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is widespread, you can find Turkish cuisine in many states. Although there is no distinctive food culture, its cuisine incorporates many cultures.

ELECTRICITY            

The electrical current used in the United States is 110 volts, while in Türkiye it is 220 volts. We recommend carrying a plug adapter with you.

SHOPPING          

Shopping is possible at shopping centres located in city centres and small businesses selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that you will be allowed to enter the country. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry to the country. The agency is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.  

The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees. 

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological-site entrance fees. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visits to or entry into the relevant places on the day and at the time of the tour, because roads are closed due to an event, or when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Los Angeles
After meeting you, our valued guests, at the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport at 5:00 a.m., we will depart for Los Angeles, one of the largest cities in the United States, on flight TK179 at 8:00 a.m. After approximately 13 hours of flight, we will arrive in Los Angeles at 10:55 a.m. local time. Following our meeting with our private vehicle and guide waiting for us at the airport, we will transfer to our hotel. As important information, according to hotel regulations in the United States, rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. You may relax in the lobby or join the Los Angeles City Tour, which will be optionally organized by your guide at an additional cost of USD 120 per person. We will take a tour introducing Los Angeles, known as the City of Angels and the second-largest city in the United States. Our first stop will be Hollywood Boulevard, which you may recognize from the movies. The Kodak Theatre, where the Academy Awards ceremonies are held (now called the Dolby Theatre), the Chinese Theatre, where famous movie premieres take place, the hand and footprints of cinema and music stars, and the Hollywood Walk of Fame will be among the places we visit. You will also have the opportunity to photograph the iconic Hollywood Sign from this area. We will then travel along the famous Sunset Strip to Santa Monica Boulevard and continue to Beverly Hills. Here, we will see Beverly Hills’ famous symbol. We will then take a short walk along the renowned Rodeo Drive, where the movie Pretty Woman was filmed and where the world’s most luxurious stores are located, and see the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, which was the residence of stars such as Elvis Presley and John Lennon for many years. After leaving Rodeo Drive, we will head to Downtown, known as the center of Los Angeles. Here, we will see Olvera Street, the skyscrapers that form the Los Angeles skyline, and the historic areas where the city was first founded. After the tour, we will proceed to our hotel. Following the allocation of rooms, there will be free time to relax. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Santa Monica tour, which will be optionally organized by their guide at an additional cost of USD 60 per person. You can unwind with a drink at one of the elegant cafés in vibrant Santa Monica, filled with street performers, and have dinner at one of the restaurants in this beautiful area. Overnight at our hotel. (Note: To make better use of our guests’ time, our guides may arrange the Santa Monica tour before going to the hotel.)
Los Angeles
Free time all day. Those who wish may join the Universal Studios tour, arranged as an optional extra by their guide, at a cost of USD 250 per person. At this park, one of the largest in the world, you will have the opportunity to see up close how the films that played a role in shaping the American dream were made and to meet their characters. You will better understand why Universal Studios, with world-famous director Steven Spielberg serving as its creative consultant, is considered the world’s number-one studio and theme park. However, this park is not merely a source of entertainment; it is also the product of nearly a century of experience in the history and technology of world cinema. With more than 40 shows, film sets, and attractions, it will not only draw you in and entertain you, but also leave you breathless and make you feel as though you are part of the films. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in the evening and overnight stay at the hotel.
Los Angeles
A full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the San Diego tour, organized as an optional excursion by their guide ($170 per person). In San Diego, which has been voted America’s most beautiful city for many years, our first stop is La Jolla. Famous for its seal beach and coastline, La Jolla offers a beautiful harmony of nature and luxurious homes, providing plenty of photo opportunities. We then leave La Jolla and head to our second stop, Old Town. As the birthplace of California, Old Town welcomes you with an atmosphere that will make you feel as though you are in Mexico. After Old Town, our itinerary includes Seaport Village, the USS Midway aircraft carrier, the Unconditional Surrender Statue—a symbolic image of World War II—and Coronado Island, home to the U.S. Navy base and the historic Hotel del Coronado, one of America’s largest wooden buildings and also a filming location for the movie “Some Like It Hot.” After the tour, we return to the hotel and spend the night there. NOTE: The visit to the USS Midway aircraft carrier will be limited to taking photographs from the outside.
Los Angeles - Las Vegas
In the morning, we depart from our hotel in our private vehicle and set off for Las Vegas, Nevada’s most important tourist destination, also known as the city of lights and home to some of the largest hotels in the world. After checking into the hotel, guests who wish may join an optional outlet shopping and panoramic city tour organized by their guide ($70 per person). After shopping, we take a panoramic tour showcasing the famous Las Vegas Boulevard and its hotels, followed by a return to the hotel. In the evening, Las Vegas’s world-famous shows await you, along with thousands of gaming tables and slot machines where you can try your luck. Overnight at our hotel.
Las Vegas
Free time all day. Guests who wish may join the Grand Canyon tour, which will be arranged as an optional excursion by their guide at a cost of USD 250 per person. In the morning, we depart from our hotel in a private vehicle and travel from Las Vegas toward the Grand Canyon in the state of Arizona. After approximately a two-hour journey, we arrive at the Grand Canyon and board the buses that will take us around the area. At our final stop, Eagle Point, we have the opportunity to take spectacular photos of the canyon right beside the 800-meter cliff. Here, we can also photograph the tents of the Hualapai Native Americans. We then take the bus to Guano Point. Afterwards, we return to the terminal, board our vehicle, and travel back to Las Vegas. We highly recommend this tour, which offers the opportunity to meet the Hualapai Native Americans, the owners of this magnificent canyon—one of the seven natural wonders of the world and a place that should be seen at least once in a lifetime. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Las Vegas - San Francisco
In the morning, we depart our hotel and head to Las Vegas Airport for our flight to San Francisco. After a flight of less than two hours, we arrive at San Francisco Airport. We transfer to our hotel in our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. For the remainder of the day, guests who wish may join the optional San Francisco city tour, organized by their guide at an additional cost of USD 100 per person. During the tour, we will have the opportunity to get to know this beautiful city more closely. Our sightseeing will include the Civic Center, Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, Twin Peaks, Haight-Ashbury, where the hippies settled, the Palace of Fine Arts, and Lombard Street. Following free time for dinner, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
San Francisco
All day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Sausalito – Alcatraz by boat – Fisherman’s Wharf – Cable Car – Union Square tour organized by their guide (USD 120). We will depart by private vehicle for Sausalito, formerly home to San Francisco’s high-ranking officials and now one of the city’s wealthiest areas. After approximately a 15-minute bus ride, we will arrive in Sausalito, a charming little town. While walking along the waterfront, you will see beautiful homes and enjoy a coffee at one of the seaside cafés overlooking San Francisco. We will then return to San Francisco by boat, with the opportunity to take photos of Alcatraz, once known as the world’s only inescapable prison. You will also have the chance to admire the magnificent views of San Francisco. Our boat will dock at Pier 39, one of San Francisco’s iconic landmarks. After a brief visit to the sea lions basking in the sun, you will have free time for lunch at a restaurant of your choice, based on your guide’s recommendations. After lunch, we will enjoy a pleasant ride through San Francisco’s famous streets on the Cable Car, the city’s iconic red streetcars, to Union Square. The Fashion District and Chinatown, among San Francisco’s liveliest areas, will also be among the places we visit. After free time for dinner, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
San Francisco - Istanbul
This morning, we complete our check-out procedures at the hotel. You will have free time until late afternoon. Those who wish may go shopping, explore the city, or join the Silicon Valley Tour, which will be organized as an optional extra by your guide (USD 100 per person). On this tour, we will set out to explore Silicon Valley, home to the headquarters of companies such as Google and Facebook. You will have the opportunity to see the headquarters of the many world-famous companies that make up Silicon Valley. The places we will see include Facebook, Stanford University, the NASA Visitor Center, Google (where we will take a break at the café by the lake to enjoy tea or coffee; you can also take a ride on the bicycles provided free of charge), Tesla, the Apple Visitor Center (where you can purchase a product if you wish), the Computer History Museum, and the Intel Museum. In the late afternoon, we will transfer to San Francisco Airport. We will fly to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Overnight on the plane.
