 ABOUT THE TOUR PROGRAM

• The advertised prices are subject to a tiered pricing system that applies as capacity fills up.

• Your travel documents and flight tickets must be with you throughout the journey.

• Sufficient participation is required for the package tour to take place (typically, the minimum number of participants is set at 20 and the maximum at 40, though this may vary depending on the date and tour). If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

• In necessary cases, we reserve the right to change the order of visiting tours/cities and the airline company without prior notice and without altering the program content.

• Possessing a valid passport and/or visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Passport police have the authority to deny entry; BinRota is not responsible for this situation, and all responsibility lies entirely with the passenger.

• BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays or cancellations in scheduled and special flights, and flight times may also change; BinRota is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

ABOUT ACCOMMODATION

• Hotels specified in the program are in the "and similar" category, and final hotel information will be provided 48 hours before the tour departure.

• Hotel star ratings may vary according to local conditions in the destination countries.

• During peak periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be selected at distances greater than those specified.

• Check-in at the hotel is earliest at 15:00 local time, and check-out is between 11:00 - 12:00.

• Bed type cannot be guaranteed and is blocked based on hotel availability. Child discounts apply only to one (1) child staying with two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

• In group accommodations, breakfast, in accordance with the culture of the host country, may be served as a limited continental menu (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee) in a separate room allocated to the group at a specific time designated for the group.

ABOUT FLIGHT TICKETS

• Tickets are issued exactly matching the name/surname, date of birth, Turkish ID number, and passport details on the passport; our agency is not responsible for incorrect information provided.

• You must be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight time. Online check-in procedures are performed by the guest 24 hours before the flight. Some airlines do not allow online check-in and seat selection for group tickets.

• Our agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in time/route/price caused by the airline.

• Due to the sequential ticket rule of airlines; if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight may also be cancelled.

NOTES ON GUIDING AND TOURS

• Panoramic city tours are tours conducted from inside the vehicle with a guide's narration for general introduction of cities, do not include entrance to museums/sites, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours.

• Our agency is not responsible for tours being unable to take place due to closures of sites by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

• Optional/extra tours are organized by the local agency subject to a participation condition of at least one-third of the group size and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or the price, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. The days and times of optional tours may be changed depending on whether museums/sites are open or closed and weather conditions.

• In destinations requiring a visa, applications must be made with the documents listed in the "Documents Required for Visa" list to be provided by your agency.

• Torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged passports must be renewed; if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, a valid visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

• Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a joint consent document at border crossings; we advise caution regarding this matter.

Barcelona
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional guided excursion to Girona, Figueres, and the Dalí Museum & Outlet (€120, including entrance tickets), organized by our guide. The tour begins in Girona, a gem of Northern Catalonia. This region is historically rich and uniquely shaped by centuries of invasions and rule. Highlights include its cobblestone narrow streets, the Lion Statue, the Jewish Quarter, the Cathedral Square, historic city walls, churches, and museums. Next, we head to Figueres, the birthplace of Salvador Dalí in 1904, where the Dalí Museum houses many of his works. The artist personally designed every detail of the museum, which presents over 4,000 pieces created using various techniques. Afterward, we visit La Roca Village Outlet near Barcelona, a world-renowned shopping paradise offering exclusive deals from top international brands. In the evening, guests interested can optionally join a Flamenco Show event (€70) arranged by our guide. On this special night, you will experience an unforgettable performance blending passion, music, and rhythm—the essence of Spanish culture through flamenco dance. Accompanied by traditional guitar melodies, captivating dance displays, and powerful vocals, this unique experience will leave a lasting impression. After the show, we transfer back to our hotel for an overnight stay in Barcelona.
Barcelona – Madrid
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Madrid, the capital of Spain. Upon arrival, we begin our afternoon panoramic city tour of Madrid. Highlights include the Puerta de Alcalá, Cibeles Square and Fountain, Paseo del Prado and the Apollo Fountain, Retiro Park, Castellana Avenue, the Arena, the Botanical Garden, Neptune's Fountain, and the City Hall. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel, check into our rooms, and spend the night in Madrid.
Madrid
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Toledo & Segovia tour organized by our guide (110 EUR). Toledo, Spain's former capital and one of the important cities on UNESCO's World Heritage List, known as the city of El Greco, is among the rare cities that have remained largely unchanged from the 16th century to the present day. Upon arrival, our city tour will include some of its most iconic landmarks: Toledo Cathedral, the striking silhouette of Toledo Alcázar, the historic Puerta de Bisagra gate, and panoramic views of the city. The city welcomes us with buildings bearing traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco's paintings, and, of course, its famous cathedral. In this special city where history, art, and culture intertwine, we take a walking tour through the narrow and authentic streets of the Jewish Quarter. After our guide's commentary, you will have free time to explore the surroundings, shop, and enjoy your stay. Following the tour, we head to Segovia. Upon arrival, our city tour includes some of the must-see sites: the Segovia Roman Aqueduct, an exceptional example of Roman engineering; the historic city center; and Plaza Mayor, located in the heart of the city. We will view the Segovia Cathedral, considered one of the most important works of Spanish Gothic architecture, and the fairytale-like Segovia Alcázar Fortress from a distance. Later, we stop for photos at Mirador del Alcázar, a viewpoint offering breathtaking views of the city and the Alcázar. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our Madrid hotel.
Madrid – Albacete – Istanbul
After enjoying the breakfast package provided to our guests at our hotel, we will transfer to Albacete Airport. Following baggage and customs procedures, we will fly to Istanbul on an Ajet Airlines special flight. Upon arrival, our tour and services will come to a close.
