PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT 

This tour is operated with a minimum participation of 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.

In destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you.

To avoid any problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if the destination is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

As our guests under the age of 18 may be asked to present a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer at border entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay special attention to this matter.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not think that there will be any problem threatening your health in meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES      

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If the required number is not reached, excursions cannot be carried out or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins or venues at the destinations to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.

3-person rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY    

The European currency is the Euro (EUR).

It is advisable to have Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE     

Germany is 1 hour behind Turkey in summer time and 2 hours behind in winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Germany.

PHONE USAGE    

Your mobile phone line can be used if international calls (roaming) are enabled.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS  

If traveling in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes that can be easily put on and taken off, a light jacket for evenings, and a light sweater. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.

CUISINE           

When German cuisine is mentioned, the first things that come to mind are cakes, potatoes, and of course beer. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetables, there is also a very rich variety of beer and wine.

French cuisine, whose roots date back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. French cuisine, whose fame has spread worldwide with its famous local drinks and a variety of cheeses, is known for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and such famous desserts as crème brûlée, macaron, and soufflé.

Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of German and French cuisine.

Although Dutch cuisine is not very rich, its cheeses are worth trying. The other flavors are generally fast-food style.

The electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING           

There are shopping centers in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES           

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, excluding museum and site entrance fees. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be held on the day and time of the tour due to being prohibited by local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Istanbul - London
You must be at the departure terminal of Istanbul Airport for international flights 3.5 hours before departure for ticketing and check-in procedures. After meeting at the international departures counter at Istanbul Airport, we complete our baggage and ticket procedures and begin our journey to the city of London in England on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival in London, we set off for a panoramic city tour of London. During our panoramic city tour, the places to be seen include The Tower, Tower Bridge, Hays Galleria, London Dungeon, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, Piccadilly Circus, Nelson’s Column, Trafalgar Square, the National Museum, the famous Harrods store, Knightsbridge, and the Natural History Museum. After the tour, free time. Overnight at our hotel.
London
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the London Eye and Thames River boat tour. On this full-day tour, you will have the chance to take a ride on the giant observation wheel located on the banks of the Thames River and enjoy a unique view of London. Afterwards, you will enjoy a boat trip on the Thames River. During the boat tour, we will pass by London’s famous Parliament building, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and many other iconic landmarks of London, giving us the opportunity to see London from the river. In the afternoon, we take a walking tour of Covent Garden, London’s entertainment center, famous for its restaurants, pubs, and shops (London’s Beyoğlu). There will be free time for shopping and a visit to the world-famous British Museum. At the museum, renowned for its rich collections, you will have the opportunity to see artifacts brought from Turkey as well. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Windsor Castle, Victoria and Albert Museum, and Oxford Street tour. Windsor Castle, the world's oldest and largest castle, which has witnessed 900 years of England's history, is also the official residence of the Queen. In the morning, we travel by private coach to Windsor, just outside London; after visiting the castle, where we can see British splendor firsthand, we will have free time for lunch in the charming streets of the historic town of Windsor. In the afternoon, we return to London and visit the museum named after Queen Victoria and her husband Prince Albert, who died at a young age, where we see magnificent royal jewels. We then have free time on Oxford Street, London’s world-famous shopping avenue. Overnight at our hotel.
London
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Greenwich, located on the opposite bank of the River Thames. The Royal Observatory, where the Prime Meridian passes, the historic Cutty Sark ship, and the Maritime Museum are among the places to be seen panoramically. We then move on to the Notting Hill district, where we take a walk through the streets lined with pastel-colored houses and have some free time at Portobello Road market. In the afternoon, we head to the Soho area to explore London’s energetic streets, pubs, and restaurants. In the evening, free time in the city center. Overnight at our hotel.
London - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and free time. Transfer to London Airport at the time specified by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, arrive in Istanbul and end of our tour. With our arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
