ABOUT THE TOUR PROGRAM

The advertised prices are subject to a tiered pricing system that applies as capacity fills up.

Your travel documents and flight tickets must be with you throughout the trip.

A minimum level of participation is required for the package tour to take place (typically planned with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 participants, though this may vary based on date and specific tour). If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you via your agency.

In necessary cases, we reserve the right to change the order of cities/tours visited and the airline company without prior notice and without altering the program content.

Holding a valid passport and/or visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The border police have the authority to deny entry; BinRota is not responsible for this situation, and all responsibility lies entirely with the passenger.

BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays or cancellations may occur in scheduled and special flights, and flight times may also change; BinRota is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

             

ABOUT ACCOMMODATION

The hotels specified in the program are in the "and similar" category, and final hotel information will be provided 48 hours before the tour departure.

Hotel star ratings may vary depending on local conditions in the destination countries.

During peak periods such as trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be selected at distances greater than those specified.

Check-in at the earliest is 15:00 local time, and check-out from the hotel is between 11:00 and 12:00.

Bed type cannot be guaranteed and is blocked according to hotel availability. Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel suitability and consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed; since extra beds are foldable or convertible sofa beds (coach beds), guests booking triple occupancy and/or children accept any potential crowding and bed types. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

In group accommodations, breakfast, in accordance with the culture of the host country, may be served in a limited continental menu format (butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee) in a separate hall dedicated to the group at a specific time allocated for the group.

             

ABOUT FLIGHT TICKETS

Tickets are issued exactly matching the name/surname, date of birth, Turkish ID number, and passport details on the passport; our agency is not responsible for incorrect information provided.

Passengers must be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight time. Online check-in procedures are completed by the guest 24 hours before the flight. Some airlines do not allow online check-in or seat selection for group tickets.

Our agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in time/route/price caused by the airline.

Due to the sequential ticket rule of airlines; if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight may also be cancelled.

             

NOTES ON GUIDING AND TOURS

Panoramic city tours are guided tours conducted from inside the vehicle for general introduction to cities, do not include entry to museums/sites, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours.

Our agency is not responsible for tours being unable to take place due to closures of sites by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Optional/extra tours are organized by the local agency subject to a minimum participation rate of one-third of the group size and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, excursions may not take place, or prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. The days and times of optional tours may be changed depending on whether museums/sites are open or closed and weather conditions.

             

VISA AND PASSPORT

Holders of ordinary (blue) passports are subject to visa requirements; holders of special (green) and service passports are exempt from visas. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and must not be older than 10 years. There must be blank pages in the passport for entry and exit stamps.

In destinations requiring a visa, applications must be made with the documents listed in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency.

Passports that are torn, worn out, wet, or otherwise damaged must be renewed; if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, a valid visa must be present in the new passport. In other cases, responsibility lies with the passenger.

Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a joint consent document at border crossings; we recommend exercising caution in this matter.

             

HEALTH

There are no mandatory vaccinations for the European countries visited.

No health issues are expected in hotels and quality restaurants; however, during times outside the group, it is recommended that you consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat well-cooked meat/fish, and prefer fruits with peelable skins like bananas and pineapples.

             

CURRENCY

Countries using Euro (EUR): Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, and other Eurozone countries.

Countries using their own currency: Switzerland (Swiss Franc / CHF), United Kingdom (Pound Sterling / GBP), Czech Republic (Czech Koruna / CZK), Hungary (Forint / HUF), Poland (Zloty / PLN), Denmark/Sweden/Norway (Krona). It is beneficial to carry some Euros even in countries outside the Eurozone.

             

TIME ZONE

Most Continental European countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, etc.) are 1 hour behind Turkey during summer time and 2 hours behind during winter time.

United Kingdom and Portugal are 2 hours behind Turkey during summer time and 3 hours behind during winter time.

Greece is in the same time zone as Turkey.

             

ELECTRICITY AND PLUGS

In Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Greece, and most Continental European countries, plug types are the same as in Turkey (Type C/F, 220-230V).

In the United Kingdom, a different plug type (Type G, three flat pins) is used; you must bring a plug adapter for this country.

             

PHONE USAGE

If your mobile phone line is enabled for international use (roaming), it can be used abroad.

             

SHOPPING

You have the opportunity to shop at shopping centers in city centers and souvenir stalls. In EU countries, you can benefit from Tax Free (tax refund) facilities for purchases above a certain amount.

Tour Program
Istanbul-Venice Tour – Venice
After meeting your guide at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we will proceed to the Turkish Airlines counter for baggage and ticket procedures before departing on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Venice. Upon arrival, we begin with a panoramic city tour of Venice. After crossing to the historic peninsula by vaporetto, our tour includes Venice's most famous and central square, St. Mark's Square; St. Mark's Basilica, one of the world's most magnificent examples of Byzantine architecture and known as the "Golden Church"; the Bridge of Sighs, where prisoners took their last look at Venice before entering prison; the Grand Canal; the Rialto Bridge, an elegant arched structure spanning the Grand Canal; the Doge's Palace, which served as the political, administrative, and judicial heart of the Venetian Republic for centuries; the Campanile (Bell Tower); and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore, designed in the late 16th century by Andrea Palladio, one of the greatest architects of the Renaissance. These sites will be viewed panoramically. Following the tour, we transfer to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Venice – Florence Tour – Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Florence. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour. First, we pass through the historic center of Florence, widely regarded as the birthplace of the Renaissance, following the banks of the Arno River that divides the city. We admire the Ponte Vecchio, meaning "Old Bridge," one of Florence's most iconic historical landmarks, famous for its centuries-old row of small shops and distinctive silhouette. It is among the most photographed spots in the city. Next, we proceed to Piazza della Signoria, the political and historical heart of Florence. Here, we visit the Palazzo Vecchio, a grand building that served as the seat of Florence's government for many years, with its impressive façade drawing attention. Surrounded by statues and historic structures, we immerse ourselves in the city's deep-rooted past. Continuing our tour, we reach the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, which dominates the Florentine skyline and is considered one of the masterpieces of world architectural history. The cathedral, with its magnificent red-tiled dome and façade adorned with white, green, and pink marble, stands as one of the strongest symbols of Renaissance architecture. Shortly after, we visit the nearby Baptistery of St. John, renowned for its octagonal plan, elegant marble cladding, and especially its famous bronze doors, which Michelangelo famously called the "Gates of Paradise." After exploring Florence's historical, artistic, and architectural identity on this city tour, we transfer back to our hotel and enjoy free time. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Florence – Pisa – Siena – San Gimignano – Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our tour of Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa. Our first stop is Siena, where our city tour will take you back in time to centuries past in this UNESCO World Heritage site. Highlights include the Church of San Domenico, which houses sacred relics; the Duomo Cathedral; Piazza del Campo, venue of the famous Palio horse races; the renowned Palazzo del Popolo, now serving as the town hall; and its narrow streets that still reflect traces of history. Next, we visit San Gimignano, a town that embodies the magic of the Middle Ages with its surrounding walls and towers, earning it the nickname "the Manhattan of the Middle Ages." We then proceed to Pisa, where our tour includes the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Piazza dei Miracoli. Upon completion of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and enjoy free time. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Florence – Portofino – Cinque Terre – La Spezia – Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Riviera Dreams and Colorful Coasts tour: Portofino, La Spezia, and Cinque Terre. Our journey begins with a drive to Rapallo, followed by a boat transfer to Portofino. Nestled in a sheltered cove along the Ligurian coast, Portofino is one of the world's most iconic symbols of Mediterranean luxury and the Italian Riviera, blending its vibrant seaside houses with enchanting natural beauty. The town's most iconic features include its charming crescent-shaped harbor, the historic Castello Brown perched on the hilltop, and the San Giorgio Church overlooking the bay. After our walking tour of Portofino, we return to Rapallo to board the train for the Cinque Terre excursion. From there, we continue by private vehicle to La Spezia, where we begin our train journey through the five enchanting coastal villages of Cinque Terre. We stop at one of the most notable villages listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, exploring its history and architecture before enjoying free time. Guests may choose to stroll along the waterfront, browse souvenir shops, or savor fresh seafood. Afterwards, we board our private vehicle and return to our Florence hotel for free time and overnight stay.
Florence – Rome Tour – Rome
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Rome. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour of Rome. First, we visit Castel Sant'Angelo, one of the most significant structures in Christian history and the Papal era, which once served as a prison for Cem Sultan. Next, we proceed to Piazza Venezia, a square of great political and historical importance in Rome. Here, we admire the grand plaza where Benito Mussolini addressed the crowds, along with the monumental structure nearby erected in honor of Vittorio Emanuele II, the first king of the Kingdom of Italy. Continuing our tour, we reach the Colosseum, one of the most powerful symbols of Ancient Rome. Constructed in 72 AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, this magnificent amphitheater served for centuries as a major entertainment center for the Roman people, hosting numerous grand spectacles including gladiatorial combats. It remains one of the most impressive monuments conveying the splendor of the Roman Empire to the present day. Afterwards, we head to the Trevi Fountain, one of Rome's most romantic and frequently photographed landmarks. Known for its Baroque architecture, sculptural details, and fame from the film "La Dolce Vita," the fountain has become an iconic symbol of the city. Following this, we move on to the Spanish Steps, notable for their 135 steps, elegant surrounding buildings, and the Fontana della Barcaccia (Boat Fountain) at their base. After completing our panoramic city tour, which allows us to explore Rome's historical, political, and artistic identity, we transfer back to our hotel. Upon arrival, you will have free time. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Rome – Vatican – Castel Romano – Castel Gandolfo – Nemi – Rome – Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for a tour of the Holy Vatican, Castel Romano, and the Lakes Region featuring Castel Gandolfo and Nemi. Our first stop is the Vatican, which holds a unique place in the history of faith and art in the Christian world and dazzles with its priceless cultural heritage (entry not included). Located in the heart of Rome, Italy's capital, it stands as an independent city-state. The colossal St. Peter's Basilica, one of the most magnificent places of worship in the world, the Sistine Chapel, home to Michelangelo's mesmerizing frescoes, and the expansive St. Peter's Square surrounded by monumental columns are its most iconic features. After your free time in the Vatican, we will visit Castel Gandolfo to see the Pope's summer palace and enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Albano. Upon arrival at our next destination, the village of Nemi, we will take a pleasant walk through the village. Following the walk, you will have some free time to taste Nemi's famous mountain strawberry tart and go shopping. After reaching Castel Romano Outlet, Italy's most famous outlet, you will have free time. At the end of our tour, we will transfer you to the airport. After baggage handling, ticket procedures, and customs formalities, we will fly to Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. With our arrival, our tour and services come to an end.
