PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT 

This tour is operated with a minimum participation of 40 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country applying a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer at entry and exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not think there will be any problem that will threaten your health in meals taken in good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits with peels that can be removed such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES      

Optional tours and Activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers cannot be reached, excursions cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, ruins or venues at the destinations and depending on weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped space in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and fitting the age group stated in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY    

The European currency is Euro (EUR).

It is useful to have Euro (EUR) with you.

TIME ZONE     

Germany is 1 hour behind Turkey in daylight saving time and 2 hours behind in winter time.

For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Germany.

TELEPHONE USE    

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming).

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS  

If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be put on and taken off easily, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.

FOOD CULTURE           

When German food culture is mentioned, the first things that come to mind are cakes, potatoes and of course beer. In this culture with a wide variety of meat and vegetables, the variety of beer and wine is also quite extensive

French cuisine, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. French cuisine, famous worldwide for its famous local drinks and various cheeses, is known for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and delicacies such as the famous desserts crème brûlée, macaron and soufflé.

Belgian cuisine has combined the traditions of German and French cuisines.

Although Dutch cuisine is not very rich, its cheeses are worth trying. The other flavors are generally fast food style.

ELECTRICITY           

Electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.

SHOPPING         

There are shopping malls in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES           

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that you will be allowed to enter the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

BinRota is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current tour and flight. BinRota is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of maximum 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be done on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – London
You are required to be at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal 3.5 hours before the flight for ticketing and check-in procedures. After meeting at the international departures counter at Istanbul Airport, we complete our baggage and ticket procedures and begin our journey to London, England, on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival in London, we depart for a panoramic city tour of London. During our panoramic city tour, the places to be seen include The Tower, Tower Bridge, Hays Galleria, London Dungeon, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, Piccadilly Circus, Admiral Nelson’s Monument, Trafalgar Square, the National Museum, the famous Harrods store, Knightsbridge, and the Natural History Museum. After the tour, free time. Overnight at our hotel.
London
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the London Eye & Thames River cruise. On this full-day tour, you will have the opportunity to board the giant observation wheel, a Ferris wheel located on the banks of the Thames River, and enjoy the unique views of London. Afterwards, you will take a boat tour on the Thames River. During the boat tour, we will pass by London’s famous Parliament building, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and many other iconic landmarks, giving us the chance to see London from the river. In the afternoon, we take a walking tour of Covent Garden, London’s entertainment center, famous for its restaurants, pubs, and shopping stores (London’s Beyoğlu). There will be free time for shopping and a visit to the world-famous British Museum. At the museum, which is famous for its rich collections, we will have the opportunity to see artifacts brought from Turkey as well. Overnight at our hotel.
London
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for our Windsor Castle, Victoria and Albert Museum, and Oxford Street tour. Windsor Castle, which has witnessed England’s 900-year history and is the oldest and largest castle in the world, is also the official residence of the Queen. In the morning, we travel by private bus to Windsor, just outside London, and after visiting the castle where we can see the splendor of England firsthand, there is free time for lunch in the charming streets of the historic town of Windsor. In the afternoon, we return to London and visit the museum built in honor of Queen Victoria and her husband Prince Albert, who died at a young age, where we see magnificent royal jewels. Afterwards, we have free time on Oxford Street, London’s world-famous shopping avenue. Overnight at our hotel.
London
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Greenwich on the other side of the Thames River. The Royal Observatory, where the Prime Meridian passes, the historic “Cutty Sark” ship, and the Maritime Museum are among the places we will see panoramically. Then we move on to the Notting Hill area; we walk through streets lined with pastel-colored houses and have a short free time at Portobello Road Market. In the afternoon, we proceed to the Soho district to explore London’s energetic streets, pubs, and restaurants. In the evening, free time in the city center. Overnight at our hotel.
London - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and free time. Transfer to London Airport at the time specified by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, arrive in Istanbul and the end of our tour. With our arrival, our tour and services end.
