Regarding the Tour Program

• The advertised prices are subject to a tiered pricing system applied as capacity fills up.

• You must carry your travel documents and airline tickets with you throughout the journey.

• Sufficient participation is required for the package tour to operate (the minimum and maximum number of participants is generally set at 20 and 40 people, respectively, but may vary depending on the date and tour). If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. A tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

• Where deemed necessary, the right is reserved to change the order in which the tours/cities are visited and the airline without prior notice, provided that the program content is not disrupted.

• Holding a valid passport and/or visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to deny entry into the country; BinRota is not responsible for this situation, and the entire responsibility belongs to the passenger.

• BinRota acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to delays, and flight times may also change; BinRota is obliged to notify you of such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

Regarding Accommodation

• The hotels specified in the program are in the “or similar” category, and the final hotel information will be provided 48 hours before the tour departure.

• The star classification of hotels may vary according to the local conditions of the countries visited.

• During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events or sports tournaments, hotels may be selected farther away than the specified distances.

• Check-in at the hotel is no earlier than 15:00 local time, and check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00.

• The bed type cannot be guaranteed and will be allocated according to the hotel's availability. Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability and consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed; since extra beds are of the pull-out or folding chair (coach bed) type, guests making reservations for a third person and/or children are deemed to have accepted the possible lack of space and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section.

• For group accommodation, breakfast may be served as a limited menu, generally consisting of a continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee) in accordance with the culture of the country visited, in a separate room allocated to the group and at a time specifically designated for the group.

Regarding Airline Tickets

• Tickets are issued exactly in accordance with the first name/surname, date of birth, Turkish Republic identity number and passport details stated in the passport; our agency bears no responsibility for incorrect information provided.

• You must be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight time. Online check-in must be completed by the guest 24 hours before the flight. Some airlines do not allow online check-in or seat selection for group tickets.

• Our agency is not responsible for airline-related delays, cancellations or changes to flight times/routes/prices.

• In accordance with airlines' sequential ticket rules, when the outbound flight is not used, the return flight may also be cancelled.

Notes Regarding Guiding and Tours

Panoramic city tours are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, conducted with a guide's commentary from inside the vehicle for a general introduction to the cities, and do not include museum/archaeological site entrances.

• Our agency is not responsible for tours being unable to operate due to the closure of attractions by local authorities, road closures or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted, where possible, by public transport or on foot due to closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted.

• Optional / extra tours are organized by the local agency subject to participation by at least one-third of the group and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, excursions may not take place, or the price, content and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. The days and times of optional tours may be changed depending on whether museums/archaeological sites are open or closed and on weather conditions.

The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end date of the trip and must not be more than 10 years old. The passport must contain blank pages for entry and exit stamps.

• For destinations requiring a visa, applications must be submitted with the documents listed in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list that will be provided to you by your agency.

• Torn, worn, wet or otherwise damaged passports must be renewed; if the country to be visited requires a visa for Turkish Republic citizens, the valid visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
