PARTICIPATION CONDITION

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to whether museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations are open/closed and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the distances specified in km. 

3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and are called coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crampedness in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

The breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Thailand is the Baht (THB).

It is advisable to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey, it is 16:00 in Bangkok

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

We recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Region-specific spices are used in meals.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, carried out panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours, including other tours specified in the program, if on the day and time corresponding to the tour they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or if they cannot be carried out due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Dubai – Phuket
We meet at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, and after ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, our scheduled Emirates flight via Dubai to Phuket begins. We welcome the new day on the plane.
Dubai – Phuket
After arriving at Dubai Airport and a short wait, we take our seats on our flight to Phuket. Upon arrival in Phuket, we meet our private vehicle and guide waiting for us and transfer to our hotel. After that, we will have free time. You can get information from our guide about daily activities or join the activities. Overnight at our hotel.
Phuket
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we depart for the Lunch Included Phi Phi Islands Tour. On this tour, we will take a full-day speedboat trip to perhaps Thailand’s most exotic island. With our speedboats, we quickly reach Phi Phi Don, the first of two paradise coral islands near Phuket. There is an opportunity to swim and sunbathe at “Maya Bay,” where some scenes of Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio’s film “The Beach” were shot, with its palm tree-lined beach and crystal-clear turquoise sea. You won’t be able to get enough of the sun and the sand. Next, we stop at Phi Phi Ley. Here, we visit Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. At the end of the tour, transfer to the hotel and overnight at the hotel.
Phuket
Breakfast at the hotel. The rest of the day is free time. They can get information from our guide about daily activities or join the activities. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Phuket - Bangkok - Pattaya
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to the airport for our flight to Bangkok. Following the ticketing and baggage procedures for our flight with a local airline, our journey begins. Upon arrival, we meet our private vehicle waiting for us and depart for Pattaya. After arriving at the hotel, we will have free time. Overnight in Pattaya at our hotel.
Pattaya
After breakfast at our hotel, free time. You can get information from our guide about daily activities or participate in the activities. Overnight at our hotel.
Pattaya - Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Bangkok. Upon arrival, we meet our private vehicle waiting for us and head to our hotel. During this time, we will also carry out our panoramic city tour. After arriving at the hotel, we will have free time. For information about daily activities or to participate in activities, they can get information from our guide. Overnight at our hotel.
Bangkok
After breakfast, we join the floating market tour. On this tour, we leave Bangkok and, first on the way, visit a coconut farm in Samut Songkhram, the birthplace of the world-famous Siamese Twins. Here we learn how the Thai people make use of the coconut tree and see souvenir items made from this tree. After departing from here and a bus ride of about 10 minutes, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart. After boarding the boats and enjoying a pleasant half-hour ride along beautiful exotic Far Eastern scenery, we arrive at the famous Floating Market, which has appeared on magazine covers and in documentary intros. You will see and have the opportunity to shop at the open market set up inside canoes on the river. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste Thailand’s most famous tropical fruits, which your guide will provide. In the evening, we join the Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise. On the Chao Phraya River, which divides Bangkok into two, you will have the opportunity to visit Icon Siam, Bangkok’s most luxurious shopping center, before enjoying an open-buffet dinner and a musical cruise on a lit-up boat under the night lights. Bangkok – Dubai – Istanbul
We leave the hotel early for the airport transfer. Upon arrival at Bangkok Airport, we complete our ticketing procedures and begin our flight to Dubai. Our return flight will again be via Dubai. We complete our Bangkok–Dubai flight and arrive in Dubai. After a short wait, our flight to Istanbul begins. We arrive at Istanbul Airport in the late afternoon Turkish time, and our tour comes to an end.
