This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour / activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, historical sites, or venues at the destinations, and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the room and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
The breakfasts included among the services in the tour program, when taken at the hotel, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu commonly referred to as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
Thailand's currency is Baht (THB).
It is advisable to have US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey, it is 16:00 in Bangkok
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
We recommend bringing T-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
Chicken and seafood are quite common in Southeast Asia. Local spices are used in dishes.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports that require a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or historical site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to areas not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, within possibilities, in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
