This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the start of the tour. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

HEALTH

Those taking regular medication are advised to bring more than needed, as not all types of medication may be available in the country. Additionally, if you have a serious health condition (heart, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.), it would be beneficial to carry a document signed by your doctor. We also recommend that you do not drink tap water and instead consume bottled water from sealed bottles opened for the first time during your trip.

Optional tours and activities are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and are not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, tours may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. 

Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the third person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach-style beds, participants who are the third person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply only to one child per two adults within the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour services are served according to the local breakfast culture, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.

The currency of Uzbekistan is the Uzbekistan (UZS) som.

The currency of Kyrgyzstan is the Kyrgyzstan (KGS) som,

The currency of Kazakhstan is the Kazakhstan (KZT) tenge.

Dollars and Euros can be easily exchanged. Although credit card usage is not very widespread, caution should be exercised against credit card fraud.

Uzbekistan is +2: When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 14:00 in Uzbekistan.

Kazakhstan is +3: When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 15:00 in Kazakhstan.

Kyrgyzstan is +3: When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 14:00 in Kyrgyzstan.

PHONE USAGE

All mobile operators can be used if your phone is enabled for international roaming. However, there may be areas without network coverage.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

We recommend bringing t-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, shorts and cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

Uzbek, Kyrgyz, and Kazakh cuisines are close to our taste preferences. Since we will eat at our hotel and the best restaurants, you will encounter no problems. Furthermore, we will have access to sealed bottled water everywhere we go. You should never consume food sold openly or water from taps. The hotels where we stay are high-standard facilities regarding health information, so these risks are minimal.

ELECTRICITY

Generally, 200-220 V is used. Many socket types are compatible with our two-pin plugs. To avoid issues where sockets do not fit, universal plug adapters sold in electronic stores can be purchased.

SHOPPING

In Tashkent, Pushkin Street is one of the city's important shopping locations. The best way to find items unique to Uzbekistan is through the local bazaar markets. The most famous of many local markets is the Chorsu Market.

OSH Bazaar, located west of the city center, is one of the city's most popular shopping centers.

Almaty's most popular shopping street, Gogol, is located north of the city center. Local bazaars are set up in the Zhibek Zholy area.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not guarantee entry into the country. Passport police have the authority to deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler. 
The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the current tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the designated day and time, due to any event causing road closures, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available options, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul – Bishkek – Ala-Archa National Park – Bishkek
We will meet at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After completing our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Bishkek on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Bishkek, we will complete our passport and entry formalities, then meet our private vehicle waiting at the airport to begin our city tour of Kyrgyzstan's capital. First, we will visit Victory Square (Pobeda Meydanı), a symbolic landmark commemorating the end of World War II. Next, we will head to Duboviy Park (Oak Park), one of the locals' favorite relaxation spots, known for its expansive green spaces, walking paths, and outdoor sculptures. Continuing our tour, we will see Ala-Too Square, the political and social heart of Bishkek; the National Art Museum showcasing the country's artistic heritage; the Instrument Museum displaying works related to traditional music culture; and the National Philharmonic, one of Kyrgyzstan's significant cultural institutions. After the city tour, we will proceed to Asia Bazaar, where we can experience Bishkek's vibrant local life firsthand. This bustling market, famous for its fabrics, colorful carpets, diverse local products, and lively atmosphere created by shoppers, offers us opportunities to capture colorful snapshots of daily life in Kyrgyzstan. Our journey continues with a trip to Ala Archa National Park, located approximately 45 kilometers from Bishkek. Situated on a ridge of the Tien Shan mountain range, this stunning natural area was once accessible only to those with special permits during the Soviet era. Here, we will admire breathtaking views formed by towering mountains, steep valleys, and lush greenery. Guests who wish may take a short walk along the valley to explore Ala Archa's natural beauty more closely. After the excursion, we will return to Bishkek and have free time for personal needs and shopping. In the evening, after enjoying a traditional dinner at a local restaurant, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Bishkek – Korday Border – Almaty
After enjoying an early breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the Korday Border Crossing to begin our journey to Almaty. Once border formalities are completed, we cross into Kazakhstan and continue our trip toward Almaty. Upon arrival in the city, we start our Almaty city tour with a visit to the 28 Panfilov Guards Park, dedicated to the soldiers from the Almaty region who fought under General Ivan Panfilov during World War II. Within this popular green space among locals and visitors, we see the Eternal Flame, monuments honoring various heroes, and the Ascension Cathedral, a striking example of Russian Orthodox architecture. Next, we take a short walk to Green Bazaar, one of Almaty's most colorful and vibrant spots. This traditional market offers a unique opportunity to explore the culinary traditions of Kazakhstan's diverse ethnic groups, where we can view and purchase local products, dried fruits, spices, and other regional delicacies. Continuing our tour, we head to a falconry farm to experience closely the tradition of hunting with birds of prey, an important element of Kazakhstan's heritage. There, we watch an impressive display featuring specially trained golden eagles, hawks, owls, and vultures, gaining insight into the strong bond between hunters and their birds and understanding the significance of this tradition in Kazakh lifestyle. After the show, we return to Almaty for dinner at a local restaurant. Following the meal, we transfer back to our hotel. The rest of the evening is free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Almaty
After breakfast at our hotel, we head towards the Huns Ethnographic Village, located approximately 40 kilometers from Almaty's city center. Here, we will immerse ourselves in Kazakhstan's traditional lifestyle, nomadic culture, and centuries-old customs. Our visit begins with "Shashu," a traditional welcome ceremony. Next, we watch an impressive equestrian performance by the "Sarbaz Rukhy" team, which showcases Kazakh history, warrior traditions, and horse culture. During the show, various traditional riding maneuvers and on-horse performances are presented, culminating in a vibrant display of Kazakh folk dances. Continuing our tour, we explore Kazakhstan's traditional culinary heritage, observing the preparation of local delicacies such as Kavurdak, Cent, and Kattama. We then enjoy lunch in traditional yurts, experiencing the region's authentic atmosphere. Following this enjoyable cultural experience, we proceed to Kok-Tobe, one of Almaty's most beloved spots, situated atop a lush green hill at an elevation of about 1,100 meters. We take a cable car ride up, offering us around ten minutes to view the cityscape of Almaty and the surrounding mountains from a unique perspective. After spending time at Kok-Tobe—a popular destination for both locals and visitors, featuring restaurants, children's playgrounds, a small zoo, a Ferris wheel, and various entertainment areas—we return to the city center. After dinner at a local restaurant in Almaty, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Almaty – Tashkent
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Almaty Airport. Following check-in, baggage handling, and passport procedures, we fly to Tashkent on a scheduled flight operated by a local airline. Upon arrival in Tashkent, we meet our private vehicle and begin our tour of the city's historic quarter. First, we visit the Hazrati Imam Complex, one of the most important religious centers in Tashkent. Inside the complex, we admire the elegant architecture of the Barak Khan Madrasa and the Mu-i Mubarak Mosque, which houses significant religious artifacts. Here, our guide shares information about the historical Quran attributed to Caliph Uthman and other sacred relics. Continuing our tour, we visit the Khoja Ahrar Veli Friday Mosque and the Kukeldash Madrasa, one of Tashkent's oldest educational institutions. Next, we head to Chorsu Oriental Bazaar, one of the city's most vibrant and colorful shopping destinations, where we enjoy free time for shopping among a wide variety of goods ranging from spices and nuts to traditional products and souvenirs. In the afternoon, we continue our city tour to explore modern Tashkent. Highlights include Independence Square, symbolizing Uzbekistan's independence and its modern state identity; the Amir Timur Monument, one of the city's key symbolic landmarks; the Tashkent Metro, renowned for its unique station designs and decorations that make it resemble an art gallery; and the Courage Monument, representing the city's rebirth following the 1966 Tashkent earthquake. As the final part of our tour, we view the Tashkent TV Tower, one of the tallest structures in Central Asia, from the outside, completing our city exploration. After dinner at a local restaurant, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation. *** The Almaty-Tashkent flight may be scheduled for the previous evening depending on flight availability.
Tashkent – Samarkand
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Tashkent Train Station. Once station procedures are completed, we board the Afrosiyob high-speed train and head toward Samarkand. Upon arrival in Samarkand, we meet our private vehicle and begin our city tour to explore its historical and cultural heritage. Our first stop is Registan Square, one of the most magnificent examples of Central Asian Turkic-Islamic architecture. This iconic square, which has become a symbol of Samarkand, comprises three remarkable madrasas: the Ulugh Beg Madrasa, built in the 15th century as a major center for science and education; the Sher-Dor Madrasa, renowned for its striking lion motifs and rich ornamentation on its facade; and the Tilla-Kari Madrasa, famous for its opulent interior decoration and golden details. After a photo break at Registan Square, we continue our tour to Shah-i-Zinda Complex, where monumental tombs adorned with blue and turquoise tiles stand side by side. This site holds great significance in the spread of Islam in Central Asia and includes the tomb of Qusam ibn Abbas. Next, we visit the Ulugh Beg Observatory, founded by the ruler and astronomer Ulugh Beg, who played a pivotal role in establishing Samarkand as a leading center of science and culture. Here, our guide provides insights into astronomical studies of that era. Continuing our journey, we explore the Central Market, which reflects the city's daily life through local products, spices, nuts, and traditional flavors. Afterwards, we proceed to the Gur-Emir Mausoleum, one of the finest examples of Timurid architecture. It houses the tombs of Emir Timur, founder of the Timurid Empire, and members of his dynasty, featuring a turquoise dome and exquisite interior decorations. Samarkand – Bukhara
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to the train station. Following check-in procedures, we board the Afrosiyob high-speed train and head to Bukhara. Upon arrival, we meet our private vehicle and begin our city tour to explore Bukhara's historical, religious, and architectural heritage. Our first stops include the Chor Bakr Necropolis, one of the city's most significant historical burial grounds; the Mausoleum of Ismail Samani, an exquisite example of early Islamic architecture renowned for its elegant brickwork; the Mausoleum of Ayub Makam, famous for its believed healing spring; and the Bolo Khauz Mosque, notable for its facade surrounded by wooden columns. Next, we visit Ark Fortress, which served as the administrative center and residence of Bukhara's rulers for centuries. We then proceed to the Po-i-Kalyan Complex, which best reflects the city's religious and architectural identity, featuring the towering Kalyan Minaret dominating Bukhara's skyline, the grand Kalyan Mosque with its expansive courtyard, and the Miri Arab Madrasah, one of Central Asia's most important centers of Islamic education. Continuing our tour, we walk through the domed bazaars of Toki Zargaron and Toki Telpakfuruşon, which preserve Bukhara's commercial legacy along the Silk Road, before reaching Magoki Attori Mosque, one of the city's oldest religious structures. Finally, we visit Lyabi-Hauz Complex, one of Bukhara's most iconic sites known for its historic pool and traditional atmosphere, the Monument of Khoja Nasreddin, and the Nodir Divanbegi Madrasah, distinguished by its elegant facade. After completing the city tour, we enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and return to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Bukhara – Khiva
After breakfast at our hotel, we continue our Buhara city tour from where we left off. First, we visit the Mausoleum of Bahauddin Naqshband, one of the most prominent figures of the Naqshbandi Sufi order. Revered for its spiritual atmosphere, this site is considered one of Buhara's most important pilgrimage destinations. Here, our guide shares insights into Bahauddin Naqshband's life, teachings, and the centuries-old Sufi tradition that has flourished in the region. Next, we explore the Summer Palace of Stora-i Mohihosa, which served as the summer residence of the Emirs of Buhara. This palace stands out with its striking salons, elegant decorations, and ornate details reflecting court life of the era, blending traditional Central Asian architecture with European influences. Following these visits, we have free time in Buhara. We reconvene at the time specified by our guide and transfer to Buhara Train Station, departing via high-speed train toward Khiva. Upon arrival in Khiva, we meet our waiting vehicle and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Afterward, we are transferred to our hotel for rest and overnight stay.
Hive
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our city tour to explore Khiva's historical and cultural heritage. First, we visit Ichan Kala, the historic walled city center listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. With its narrow streets, madrasas, mosques, and traditional adobe structures, this area resembles an open-air museum. Here, we see Kunya-Ark, which served as the administrative center of the Khiva khans for centuries. Next, we admire the Friday Mosque with its wooden columns and distinctive architecture, the Islam Khoja Madrasah renowned for its elegant tile decorations, and the Islam Khoja Minaret, which dominates the city's skyline. Continuing our tour, we visit several key examples of traditional Central Asian architecture: Allahkuli Khan Madrasah, the magnificent Muhammad Amin Khan Madrasah, the culturally and educationally significant Muhammad Rahim Khan Madrasah, and Shirgazi Khan Madrasah, a historic religious educational center. We also see Pehlivan Darvaza Gate, one of the main entrances to Ichan Kala, and the Tas-Khovli Caravanserai, which bears traces of Khiva's commercial past along the Silk Road. After this city tour, during which we closely experience Khiva's centuries-old historical atmosphere and architectural richness, we enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Following the meal, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
