The flavors and ingredients in Austrian cuisine are largely inherited from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Its most well-known dish is schnitzel, and meat dishes are predominant.

Czech cuisine has been influenced by all the surrounding countries and is a true Central European synthesis.

Hungarian cuisine, considered among the world’s most important cuisines, is quite colorful and rich. Meat dishes are common, and freshly made homemade pasta is also an important element of the cuisine. “Goulash,” accepted as the Hungarian national dish, is among the best-known flavors.
