PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a participation requirement of at least 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
VISA
If you hold an Ordinary Passport, you must obtain a visa from the foreign representative offices of this country in order to enter or transit through Norway. Those who hold a Service or Green Passport are not required to obtain a visa for trips not exceeding 3 months within 6 months.
You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and is no older than 10 years.
HEALTH
We do not think you will encounter any issue in the region's good restaurants and hotels that would threaten your health. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return home.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, excursions cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the third person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants booking for a third person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the room and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and are generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
It is advisable to have Euro (EUR) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a 1-hour difference between Turkey and Norway. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 11:00 in Norway.
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend that you bring a T-shirt, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater that can be easily put on and taken off. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.
CUISINE
Seafood predominates in Norwegian cuisine. Smoked salmon is like a national dish. Norwegian stew, elk kebab, and cabbage meat boil are among the traditional dishes.
ELECTRICITY

SHOPPING
Many products can easily be found in shopping centers in Norway. Imported goods are more expensive and tax rates are high. It is known as the most expensive country in Europe.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for destinations/passports that require a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. Passport police have the authority to refuse you entry to the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport services fee.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. The agency is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot within possibilities at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
