PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents listed in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since there is a possibility that our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue.

HEALTH 

We do not expect to encounter any problem threatening your health in meals to be taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entrances and upon return to the country.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES        

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY     

It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE      

The Eastern America Region is 8 hours behind Turkey in time zone.

For example, when it is 16:30 in Turkey, it is 08:30 in Eastern America.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS    

If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothes that will keep you warm and allow you to move comfortably.

FOOD CULTURE            

The country does not have a distinctive cuisine, and a fast food-oriented culture prevails. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is widespread, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Even if there is no food culture, its cuisine contains many cultures.

ELECTRICITY            

The electrical current used in America is 110 volts. In Turkey, it is 220 volts. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter with you.

SHOPPING          

There are shopping opportunities at shopping centers in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fee

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from within the vehicle with guide narration and not including museum or ruins entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour due to being closed to visitation by local authorities, not allowing entry, or closed roads due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - New York
After meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, and after completing your baggage and ticket procedures at the Turkish Airlines counter, you will depart for New York on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival in New York, after meeting your guide, you will leave the airport by private vehicle and head to your hotel for transfer. (Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and later.) Afterwards, we will carry out our New York city tour. We begin our tour of New York, one of the most exciting and colorful cities in the world, with Central Park, which is larger than Monaco and is accompanied by the colors of thousands of plant species. Then we continue to Times Square, the heart of the city, the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal, which has hosted many films, the Empire State Building (from the outside), and Rockefeller Center, and conclude our tour. After the tour, we return to our hotel, where we will stay overnight.

New York - Orlando
We are departing the hotel in the morning for our flight to Orlando and heading to the airport. We are traveling to Orlando on a scheduled flight with the local airline. Upon arrival at Orlando Airport, we will transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Our guests can get information from our guide about activities and excursions that can be done in the city. Overnight at our hotel.

Orlando - Miami
In the morning, we check out of our rooms and board our vehicle for our journey to Miami. After a pleasant trip, we arrive in Miami. Today will be a full day of free time. Miami
Today we will be taking our Miami city tour. We start our tour at Miami Beach, America’s famous holiday and entertainment center. Our first stop is South Beach, where we will see the endless Miami Beach coastline. By walking along Ocean Drive, we will have the chance to see the Art Deco buildings and photograph the famous mansion of the renowned fashion designer Versace, one of the symbols of Miami Beach. After free time for walking and shopping on Lincoln Road, which we can describe as Miami’s Istiklal Street, we visit the Wynwood district, where famous graffiti artists work together to turn it into a giant work of art. During our visit to Little Havana, where Cuban immigrants live, we will have the chance to try the famous Cuban coffee, “Colada.” At the end of the tour, we head back to our hotel to rest after the day’s fatigue. Miami - Istanbul
Today we will have a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may get information from our guide about activities and excursions that can be done in the city. At the time determined by our guide, we will depart for Miami International Airport. After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will take our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. We will spend the night on the plane.
